We entrusted your store with a budget for a gift basket and relied on your expertise to put together a selection that would reflect this value. You invoiced even more. Before passing it on as a gift, I decided to open the basket and was very disappointed to discover that the contents did not justify the price at all, you put products for 160 eur and invoiced 262 eur. The wine bottle was a cheap 12 eur wine. It feels misleading and leaves the impression of a scam.

This hotel gave us the key to our room. And gave another guest a key to our same room.||We got the room key at 11am. Went for lunch. Returning at 4pm. ||My son walked into his room and the other guest (a strange grown man) was urinating in the bathroom with the door open. My son left immediately. ||We did not feel safe in this hotel. They gave keys to our room to another guest. This is my worst nightmare, a stranger entering my hotel room. This situation was not safe for us or the other guest. ||I informed reception immediately. They called the manager on the phone and asked me to speak to him. He told me this is safe. He did not care. ||He said it was a computer error. And that he would not be refunding us for the room. ||He argued over the phone and would not listen to a word I said. He was shouting and irrational. He would not let me speak. He refused a refund as the computer error is not their fault. ||We were told we would get a room on the 3rd floor instead. But what if they gave that room key to someone else too? I did not feel safe staying in this hotel. ||We left extremely upset and dismissed. ||The room itself was dirty. The shower was covered with black mould (screenshots included). There was hair on the bed and old food in the mini fridge - yogurts and cheese. The bathroom sink was blocked. The rug had stains. The air conditioning did not work. ||This was a horrific experience. If I could give zero stars, I could.

Initial impressions were positive based on the photos provided by the hotel and the location on the map. You believe that you're getting a sweet deal until you actually enter that hotel. From the first moment of interaction with the front desk, to entering your room, to trying to use any of the basic functions of the hotel, you will brace yourself for complete disappointment.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! DO NOT BOOK! We booked four rooms through booking.com and were welcomed to the rudest hotel staff, no towels or changes of towels, non-operational WiFi even though our rooms came with it, pigeon feces all over the balconies, broken glass on the floor, and in-operable air conditioners in the middle of a heat wave.||||We regularly asked for help from the front desk and they were rude, telling us getting towels or finding housekeeping wasn't their job; that wifi doesn't have to work and that air conditioning isn't guaranteed. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel...||What makes it even worse is booking.com even tried to negotiate with these people and they were blatantly rude to the on the phone! So much so that the booking.com people were openly empathetic about the difficulty of the staff and owner.||||Oh man ... and may patience be with you if you call the owner at +49 178 42 68 786 ... I finally got ahold of him and he immediately asked, "Are you booking.com??" When I began to explain the issue thinking this person would be rational, he called me a liar and that I was "talking bull..." ... wow. Good luck to anyone willing to sink money into this waste pit ... the owner is scum and the employees reflect the toxic and diseased atmosphere of the hotel.

Visited the Citta Trueffel Hotel in May 2019. This was my first visit to Wiesbaden. The hotel is in a good location with easy walking to restaurants and shops. There’s a good buffet breakfast that you eat in an adjacent restaurant. The Wi-Fi is free and works well except you have to sign in every time you enter-it does not remember your device. The bed the bath and the shower were good. The staff was good but they work limited hours. I would not hesitate to return.

My stay at the Hotel Trueffel was very pleasant. The room was super clean and was quiet at night. The concierge was friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a quiet, pleasant stay in the old town, within short walk to the Kurhaus concert hall and restaurants, shops.

Great location, VERY friendly staff ... it is an older hotel, rooms have been updated (Halogen lights, AC). Parking is 12€ a day in a public lot 5 minutes away. Casino, theater in walking distance. Great location in the middle of town. Price (120 € per night, breakfast buffet 16€) could be better, if you compare it to Motel One or similar.

I loved this little hotel with its great location in the heart of town. The small staff is attentive and helpful while the room was large and modern with a very comfortably bed and all the conveniences you can need. The oversize bath featured a deep tub for speaking after a long day and a shower! Very comfortable and warm all around!
