We were the first tour of the day - tried to avoid too much sun & heat. The place is beautiful and lovingly setup. Lots to learn - the history of truffle hunting, the importance of dogs in the process and the value to the local cuisine.
The staff are high energy, engaging and professional. The dogs are cute as well as productive.
The food preparation was fun & educational. The amount of food and dishes to try were amazing. Of course, they serve an endless supply of their house made wines (red & white). You’ll see their grapes being grown when you are out on the tour.
Highly recommend!
