Trulivo was a highlight of our trip! The trulli is full of historic charm with modern comforts, and Marco is an amazing host with deep local knowledge. Breakfast was unforgettable—homemade bread, scones, granola with almonds from the property, and their own olive oil. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed at Trulivo for 6 nights and it was a unique and perfect experience. The setting is quiet and beautiful, the location is great for an extended stay exploring the area, and you are treated like family. Marco and Carla have struck a balance between the relaxed feel of staying with friends/family with many of the subtle touches you get when staying at a hotel. And I haven’t yet mentioned the Trulivo mascots, Ulisse and Gino (dog and cat). They are very loving animals with wonderful spirits and we CANNOT WAIT to see them again (if you don’t like cats or dogs, don’t worry! They have great intuition and will snuggle with you if you’d like and leave you alone if you’d prefer). Trulivo is a very special place run by very special people.||Highly recommend.

Really a fabulous jewel. Marco & wife Carla are the ultimate hosts. Daily beakfast was beyond what we expected with Carla's homemade breads/jams & pastries... delicious! The property is very nice, and well maintained, but the Trulli's are very well designed. Very tasteful with so much more room than expected, the bathrooms are enormous & unique. Every design feature was well conceived & executed. I cannot imagine another property to be nicer, (seriously). And a short drive to Monopoli & Poglinano diMare Pictures on the website do not do the property justice. We will recommend to everyone! Arrivederci Marco & Carla

We arrived at Trulivo to a warm welcome from Marco, one of his son’s and their pet dog Ulysses. The property is located in a very quiet location where they grow olives, apricots and the biggest almonds I have seen. They also have chickens that supply the fresh eggs for breakfast. |We chose to stay in the lamia Olive which was just perfect, it was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. |Breakfast each morning was fresh, varied and very filling. Carla baked fresh bread and made different cakes each morning and along with this there was fresh fruit, muesli with homemade yoghurt and jams and eggs were also on the menu. |Trulivo is the perfect place to stay while exploring the surrounding areas but we would have been equally happy to have just stayed at the property and spent time relaxing. We stayed for three nights in June and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Marco and Carla were fabulous hosts. We can highly recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved our stay at Trulivo and can not recommend it more highly. We had a wonderful, warm welcome from Marco and felt instantly at home. So much so, that our daughter immediately wondered off to spend time with their very friendly cat. The Trulli bedrooms are like staying in a 5 star hotel. The breakfast was amazing, delicious home made bread and cakes. Our only complaint, we should have booked longer than one night. We hope to come back.

You can feel that this place was created with a beautiful idea in mind — one that values simplicity, nature, and genuine hospitality.||The food is absolutely amazing — freshly prepared using local products, full of flavor and authenticity. Mornings here are something special: sharing a coffee and a warm conversation with the hosts, getting great tips on how to make the most of the area. It’s not just accommodation — it’s an experience you won’t forget.

This was one of our stops as part of our daughter's high school graduation present. We wanted to do something different in Italy than the usual destinations. The area, the owners and the facility were fabulous. I have stayed at high end resorts, hotels, lodges, etc. on business and pleasure over the last 30 years. Rarely has one met expectations. Trulivo absolutely did. Marco is a local and has traveled extensively prior to opening Trulivo. His wife Carla, previously at the Four Seasons, provides a wonderful and varied organic breakfast every morning. My daughter didn't want to leave!

We had a very relaxing stay and the two hosts were very nice (and the dog and cat as well)! Breakfast was freshly made each morning and tasted very good. Also it is a perfect spot for exploring Puglia, as many sights are within driving distance. Definitely highly recommended if you travel to Puglia!
