I absolutely love Trust Coffee! ☕✨ The quality here doesn’t even compare to other coffee shops - it’s on another level. Every cup is rich, smooth, and made with so much care that you can truly taste the difference. On top of that, they have phenomenal vegan and gluten-free pastry options that pair perfectly with their drinks. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the team always makes you feel right at home. Trust Coffee has become my go-to spot, and honestly, once you’ve had their coffee, nothing else comes close!

Lovely cafe ☕️ surprisingly tasty bacon, egg, cheese muffin - my friend had a sausage, egg, cheese muffin sandwich - we both agreed they were very delicious and flavorful. Loved my caramel latte and the cashier’s friendliness clinched it for me. I’ll be back.

Very friendly staff. I ordered a simple latte, and I'm kind of a snob, but the milk was steamed perfectly. I've never seen a heath bar scone, it was lovely. Apparently the sandwich bread and all the danishes are baked in house. It's got a real comfortable vibe, spotlessly clean and not overpriced. Too bad I live so far away, I could see myself coming back here again.

Had the chicken sandwich and a chai latte. Both were really good. Portions are huge and definitely shareable. Indoor space was comfortable and cozy.

Adorable coffee shop. We LOVED our coffee and food. Members iced coffee, Irish Coffee, Avocado Toast, English Muffin Sandwich, and the banana chocolate muffin were all delicious. Highly recommend the avocado toast, easily the best I've ever had. The interior is so gorgeous and girly here and the service is friendly. It's a popular place with a good amount of seating, including two bistro tables outside, but not an place to hangout with medium or large size groups.

A cute cafe tucked in the plaza in Bay Village. Very lively at lunch time - busy, but service was efficient. It’s strangely noisy but not so loud you can’t hear your lunch partner. I wasn’t super excited about eating out of a paper container but otherwise all was good. Fresh ingredients - interesting salads and sandwiches and a raspberry muddled lemonade that was Amazing!

I was in town for just one night and needed a quick coffee and bite for the road. Loved it—and if you’re a sucker for almond croissants like I am, this is must-visit. Also appreciate the nostalgic ice cream parlor vibe, so cute. Next time I’m in town I will definitely revisit this shop! Well done everyone. :)

What a fabulous professionally run establishment!!! For being there on opening day today, the staff was polite, knowledgeable, and handled the nonstop crowds of people all day like true veterans!!! I ordered the mortadella burrata sandwich on foccacia bread , and it was awesome!!! great flavor!!!! One small suggestion for all your sandwiches, they are a bit pricey, I would like to see a bag of kettle chips maybe miss vickies brand & a pickle to be included for this price.. This would seem more reasonable...I m glad i had the draft cold brew with splash of vanilla cream to wash it down, it was outstanding!!! I'm so happy I made room for dessert!!! I ordered the salted chocolate chunk cookie, it was a perfect choice to end my meal!! Great addition to Bay!!! I def will be back!!! FYI they have great selection of wines too!!!

Cute place with seating availability for a casual reading/work spot. I do like that the matcha latte seems to be with real matcha powder instead of a premade mix. That being said, it won't be sweet unless you ask it to be ( I liked it how it was because it tasted more authentic). The focaccia sandwich is quite filling because of that fluffy bread. You can definitely share it if you are just medium hungry.

Fan-freaking-tastic coffee shop. After sweating to death we headed to trust coffee and were immediately sold. I got the matcha with oat milk and my friend got a cold brew with cream and we are now yapping about how much we love our bevvys. This spot has great music, seats and strong AC. Definitely will be back. If you go you MUST buy the London fog cookie because oh my god is that the star of the show. Like I'd buy a dozen if they'd had them. I cannot explain how good it was. Anyway friendly staff, speedy service, good beverages, and amazing cookies!

Trust Coffee is an all-day café occupying the former Java Bay Coffee and Andy's Shoe Repair. It's a newish concept from the owner of Thyme Table. It's a lovely space to vibe all day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (clearly indicated on the menu). The cafe is dainty and truly gorgeous with pink hues, most adorable to-go cups in CLE, and golden accents. It most certainly fills the Bay Village caffeine void. At 8 something in the morning, the cafe had a lot of clients, most ordering to-go beverages. Few lingered with their work laptops and paperwork. The café is tranquil enough to work at all day. Guests ordered at the checkout, received their order at the counter, and could sit anywhere at the café. Seating options include half booth/half table seating and high tops. I was impressed with customer service. The line was moving quickly, baristas shared helpful drink recommendations, and were friendly. Orders were up lightning fast. My order: - Two cold brews ($5 a cup) - Trust Coffee features coffee from Ohio City's Duck-Rabbit. The coffee was aromatic, bold, and tasty. Not too acidic or diluted like some cold brews tend to be. - Iced fresh to death (apricot oolong tea, vanilla, and lemon) ($5) - This drink was one of the featured drinks. It also can be ordered hot. This drink did nothing for me to be very honest. I didn't pick up on vanilla or apricot. It was a little sour and not flavorful. It also seemed too diluted. It's not a drink I'd order again. I did not order any food but there were plenty of choices - breakfast menu and pastries. The pastries looked delightful. One of the options was Nutella croissant! How exciting! I saw sandwiches on some guests' plates, and they looked very small. I'll venture out to try pastries next time! In summary, I recommend Trust Coffee. Bring your "camera." It's such an Instagrammable place! I'll be back to try more items on the menu and linger.

This place has received A LOT of hype, which always makes me nervous since I don't buy into that type of thing lol. However, I was pleasantly surprised by this little place! It's located in a shopping plaza, so plenty of parking available. It's a small place; very loud. Not the type of place to bring a laptop or read. The line was out the door, but it moved quickly. It's just because the place is so small and not a lot of people can fit in the queue without being outside. So don't let that scare you. Not a lot of frills here, so don't expect crazy drinks or anything. I got a vanilla latte and it was absolutely delicious. They use Duck Rabbit coffee btw! Breakfast offerings are also no frills. Very simple. I got an egg and cheese English muffin. Nothing I couldn't make at home for myself but I was hungry lol. The inside is decorated so beautifully! Well-done! I was loving the mauve color! Overall, I would definitely come back and recommend !

Finally found some time to stop at this place and I'm so glad I did. It's such a cute spot and was a great place to do some work for a change of scenery. I got their iced honey lavender latte and the delicious Heath bar scone. Both were amazing. I definitely plan to add this to my coffee shop rotation.

This was such a cute coffee shop to stop at this past weekend!!! It's new and has the cutest decor/design.... Even down to the cute pink to go cups!!! Although busy as can be on a Sunday after church... the workers were so kind and helpful!! They answered everyone questions with hesitation and made sure everything was perfect!! I decided to order a breakfast sandwich + an iced carmel latte! Sadly, it was so packed there wasn't enough room for me to stay and enjoy, but this cafe is definitely one for catching up and chatting away with friends!! The breakfast sandwich was simple but delicious!! It comes on an English muffin and easy to eat!!! The iced carmel latte was of course delicious!!! And didn't lose its flavor as I was drinking it, as some do!!! I will definitely be back to come try new things and chat with friends!!! Thank you Trust Coffee for a wonderful Sunday breakfast (:

I received a hot tip to try Trust Coffee in Bay Village. As I am always curious to try to coffee shops I have not been to. The tip I received was totally on point! This place is cool , cozy, and quaint. I ordered my usual espresso & americano. Both very good. I really enjoyed the coffee and the vibe this place has. Will definitely be coming back!

Beautifully redone! what a calm, peaceful and welcoming environment! The staff was very attentive and gave a great vibe to this cute little coffee and wine cafe! I got myself a Carmel latte (I'm not a huge coffee drinker) but my goodness!!!! That was the smoothest creamiest latte I think I've ever had. Not too sweet or bitter. Pretty much perfect! I'm sad to be leaving the area when this great place just opened up! I highly recommend, a perfect place to chat with friends, do some work, or just people watch at the lovely window bar!

New spot in Bay Village! Enter this quaint spot and you'll be greeted by adorable feminine decor and warm vibes. Cozy, cozy, cozy! I stumbled upon the sign "Trust Coffee Co" and ventured in with my toddler, therefore I was a bit surprised to see the large menu was almost entirely alcoholic drinks. I was a bit embarrassed that I stopped in for hot cocoa with a kid, until I saw a small framed menu near the register with "all day drinks". I love a great cocktail, don't get me wrong.. was just expecting a coffee shop! Kids cocoa was enjoyed, my caramel latte was good as well but could've been a hotter temperature. I think our next visit will be an adults only stop in the evening (they're open until 9pm!!) for drinks.

New favorite. The décor/styling is captivating right away; it's open, grounded, earthy, and vintage-feeling all rolled into one. I've been here a few times now and the experience was consistent: service done with a smile, recommendations done with friendliness, and orders done with speed! Every time I've gone, the place was hoppin-- the last time I was in, I met some friends and there was SRO! We stayed and stood until seats became available because it's a place you -want- to hang out in. The coffee is good (not the best I've had, but good), and the latte art is absolutely a nice touch. For something cold this summer, their "Blush & Bashful" drink is a must-have. It's in a shopping plaza, so getting in, parking, and getting out are easy. Library is literally across the street. There are plenty of reasons this place stays busy! Highly recommend stopping in to both support them and treat yourself. If you bring your laptop, a good book, some friends, and/or a smile, you'll be in great company.

Stopped here for the first time on Sunday morning around 10am. It was pretty busy. Line to the door. People were standing in the way of the line, talking to people seated along front window. Employee at register was very nice! Ordered a pumpkin spice latte and a lemon blueberry scone. Coffee was delicious! Loved the presentation! Juicy blueberries in scone. I found glaze on top a touch too sweet for breakfast. I did eat the entire thing though

Ample parking. Friendly staff. Fresh tasty coffee and highly recommended. The location is easy to get to. A+

Love this spot. We sat outside and so many friendly people to talk to and a beautiful spot to drink coffee and play cards! The coffee was so good and very reasonably priced. Inside is so cute! We got the members only coffee drink! Nutty and smooth yummmm!

Such a classy atmosphere and this chicken sandwich was so hot and fresh. Nice lighting and easy going atmosphere as I needed a good spot to work on a poetry project.

Great place but expensive! The filet sandwich came with no side ítem. Sandwich was great!

I was craving a refreshing iced latte and I just happened to be in the Bay Village area. Truss Coffee is an amazing and so trendy! The prices were really reasonable and the staff was so friendly.

Have been here 2 times and plan on returning. I ordered the carmel latte which was excellent. Service was good. I like that they open at 6:30am Pricing is fair and atmosphere shows owner is into the details and willing to invest in the business. I appreciated the branded coffee cup which also indicated they are not cutting corners to save a buck. have received ultra flimsy cup at a different coffee house in the past and while drink was respectable penny pinching on cups has steered me elsewhere. I give Trust Coffee 5 stars.

Probably one of the best sandwiches I've had lately (herb chicken). It came with chips and was super fresh. I got a cold brew with vanilla and it was delicious - normally I find coffees from local cafes to have an off taste, but this was delicious! The restaurant is so beautiful and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely go back!

From a food and coffee prospective, this place is awesome! Truly the best coffee house we've found. However, even though I agree with other posts that it's not a great place to come sit with a laptop or bring kids too, it is often full of just that. Add in that it's usually very busy and doesn't have a lot of sound deadening surfaces, it gets very loud and it's very difficult to have a conversation. If you happen to time it right, I'm sure it's a delightful experience, but we haven't yet found the right time to eat in for that to happen. Grab something to go though and you won't be disappointed.

Staff are very nice, nice ambiance. It's not a place to take your laptop and work, I had an avocado toast. The bread is small, not toasted. And the avocado spread is just guacamole spread, there's a difference. There was nothing special about the food that tempts me to go back again

Food, coffee, service, atmosphere all great! It is a small shop with only one register so you may have to wait in a line, but the line moves quickly. Even though they were very busy I had a spot to sit and they got my food and coffee out quickly. I had the trust me breakfast sandwich and it was GREAT!

Nice updated vintage style remake of coffee shop that was Java Bay. Beverages and service are both good. Food is inconsistent. Avoid the chicken sandwich. The bread is very good but the chicken has been tough and stringy. Used to be good when they first opened. Hard to even bite through. Alcohol and wine drink service starts at 11am.

Lovely little coffee shop! We enjoyed the variety of beverages offered along with the desserts!
