I had a brioche with kimchi. The kimchi was a bit too sour for my taste, so the overall flavor leaned quite acidic. That said, the other ingredients were nice.
One small suggestion: it might be better to use slightly shallower plates. It would make cutting the food a bit easier and more comfortable, as the current plates can feel a little restrictive when using a knife and a fork.
The flat white was excellent. They use a double shot of espresso in their drinks, which suits my preference for a stronger, more intense coffee perfectly.
The matcha flavor in the cookie was quite mild, but it had a lovely buttery aroma and was still enjoyable overall.
