The staff deserves special praise: warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their hospitality truly elevates the whole experience. The food is another standout. You absolutely must try the mtsvadi at Natella. Breakfast is also excellent, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The estate itself has a wonderful atmosphere. Surrounded by a large, peaceful park, it’s a place where you can fully relax and recharge. Highly recommended 💖💖

This hotel and grounds have a lot going on, including two museums. The service was professional. Our room was well-appointed. The included breakfast was extensive and delicious. Their homemade yogurt was one of the most satisfying bites of food I had in Georgia. The views from the top floor, (which includes an infinity pool and gym) are stellar on a sunny day. The green spaces around the hotel were phenomenal for bird-watching. Be sure to tour the historic wine cellar - we had a private tour with an extremely pleasant and informative guide. Of all of our stays in Georgia, this is the place that I long to spend more time at.

The hotel is surrounded by an expansive garden, offering a rare sense of peace and complete escape from the chaos of everyday life. The grounds of Tsinandali are stunning in every season. We visited during winter, and the entire estate was beautifully covered in a blanket of snow — a truly magical sight. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. It was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh fish and different types of nuts — a real treat that exceeded our expectations. I can confidently say that the quality fully justifies the price. This hotel offers not only comfort and elegance but also a genuine sense of place and history. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and culturally rich getaway.

Amazing place , honestly the only spot in Georgia where we truly enjoyed the service, and it was flawless. The food at the hotel was delicious, the spa area was fantastic, and after our stay in Lopota it felt like a real breath of fresh air. The sauna and the view from it were absolutely unreal and incredible. Pure beauty in one word. Thank you guys for the wonderful time 👍👍

This is a truly remarcable place that I would gladly return to. Comfortable rooms, cozy atmosphere during any weather. Beutiful pond view with adorable duks. Great food, wine tasting, rooftop pool with sauna were especially nice during the cloudy day. And the library to spend an evening with friends. The staff is helpful and polite, would recommend.

Wonderful hotel in an area of outstanding beauty. To wake to a view of the Caucus mountains in the distance is stunning. However, the carpet floors in the hallway corridors and inside the rooms are old, not very clean, or sometimes damp, and they create a very strong odor. When the room door is kept closed, the smell inside becomes quite unpleasant. Therefore, our recommendation is to review and replace the carpets in the corridor areas and in the room floors.”
