It’s been remarkable watching this site rise from early construction to a massive, high-tech campus. In the beginning, deliveries meant dirt lots, temporary trailers, strict check-ins, and carefully timed windows—safety briefings, badges, and escorts every time. Even then, the on-site logistics team was professional and clear about where to stage and when to roll. As the project matured, access improved dramatically: paved approaches, better signage on Innovation Circle, defined staging lanes, and a streamlined gate process that keeps trucks moving while maintaining tight security. Communication remains excellent—quick confirmations, precise PO/dock details, and courteous coordinators who understand time-sensitive drop-offs. The surrounding area has grown right along with it. New services, roads, and support businesses along the I-17 corridor have made scheduling and turnarounds easier than those early days. From a vendor standpoint, TSMC Arizona has been a reliable, safety-first partner throughout a fast-changing build—impressive transformation and a smooth place to deliver.

If you are into tech stuff this place is truly full of golden opportunities in the microchip business. I've never seen so many rainbows shine directly onto one site in my life, just saying!

Arizona native here... This place seems like a waste of our beautiful land and resources. For what? To make chips? Where are they? Something is off, cant say what but I do not appreciate this Hideous, gigantic facility.

This place is a real marvel. Glad to have a factory like this in the US thanks to Taiwan. Worth a visit just to see how massive it is. The manufacturing here is extremely important for technological progress.

Unprofessional security guards could learn some simple manners. Front desk boy named Tommy appeared to have an attitude problem. I told Tommy to have a good night and then his buddy behind him stared me down like he was some kind of thug. He looked at me like he really needed to poop. I would pick better people to be the face of TSMC.

Really amazing intelligent building among all the world 🌎 I never had seen something similar with this great construction. I wish all fully happiness 😊

I'm confused. Supposedly this place has been making chips since last year. Where are they? Are they in the room with us now? No, seriously, are we able to buy these supposedly US made semiconductors yet? Because all I see are cards that say 'Made in Taiwan' Seems like a massive guffaw, a scam. I would love domestic semiconductor fabrication, but this seems like more fabrication than anything.
