My bucket list for Tokyo. It didn't disappoint. I was impressed about the collections specifically architecture, design and gardening. Even though I don't know the language, I had a fantastic time. Far from an avid reader, I absolutely enjoyed browsing this bookstore. It's unlike any bookstore I've seen before. There is food and drinks available, including beer on tap. Cubicles to read/study in.

When in Tokyo, visit Tsutaya books! Especially during night fall to see the light and experience the atmosphere. Amazing selection of books and magazines and utilites. Mainly in Japanese. Nice place for a relaxing cup of coffee. Which I had one in my home town.

I the most comprehensive photo book and graphic design resource book store I’ve ever seen. I don’t know how this store could get anything less than 5 stars. Great pop up shops of local designers made for additional great shopping. All high quality goods. The restaurant had amazing atmosphere and great food. We went out of our way 2 times to visit this store.

This is a must-visit place when you go to Daikanyama, which is great for taking a walk. Among them, the shared lounge on the second floor is highly recommended. For backpackers, the snack bar where you can quietly rest, recharge, and use unlimited snacks is heaven.

Awesome bookshop divided into 3 buildings. Beautiful surroundings with comfortable seats for reading. There are english books available. A must visit!
