TTC Hotel - Ngọc Lan

Loved our Premium Deluxe Room—clean and very spacious room & bathroom, and even had a separate living room with couch area as well! There was a fridge and minibar area too. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a separate bath tub shower. They offer dry cleaning services too! Location is great—short walk to the night market and right across the street are some local cafes and bars. There is a spa too and guests got 20% discount—it’s located in the garage area. The massage was great but location and ambiance was not my preference, felt like I was in a basement.

Great location. Warm tea on arrival, professional staff. Room is a bit old style but we don't mind. Great for the price!

a great location in the heart of Dalat city, The bedroom is average. Good quality breakfast in clean dining room, delicious food suitable for Vietnamese people, very good price for rest and food for travel,

The location is very convenient to eateries and just few mins walk to Da Lat night market. The service staff is also very friendly, approachable and could speak relatively good English.The only not so good thing is the location of charging port in the room. It is all located below the tables which make it difficult to access

We are tourists from Canada. This is the first time we are at TTC NGỌC LAN. Service is excellent, and also ALL THE STAFF from Doorman, Bell boys, and ALL THE FRONT DESK STAFF. ALL THE STAFF IS DESERVED TO GET A BIG 5 STARS( If there's 10 stars we absolutely rate them 10 🌟 STAR 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 Only a few recommendations are tourists install the screen windows so that bugs won't be able to get in as windows opened, and also having the shower curtain cleaned or replaced. In summary we definitely come back and recommend to others

There was no air conditioniner. A smelly room and hallway. There were mattress rather than a bed. I was told slippers are missing when checking out, so I knew they should have supplied.

Rooms are comfy and those with a balcony have a view of the lake and the local market. The local market is within a few minutes of walking distance, with a large variety of merchandise, vegetables, fruits and street food and is very lively.
