TTC Hotel - Ngọc Lan

We stayed at the suite facing Xuan Huong Lake. The views were great! If it's your first time to Dalat, it's a good hotel to consider. However, due to its proximity to the night market, there can be quite alot of noise. The breakfast was average.

The worst 4 stars hotel I’ve ever experience. Room is too old, smell bad, too noisy. The worst is that the room has full of small ants, they are on the table, the bathroom, chairs… I have to spray, The hotel restaurant on the fifth floor have partying with noisy karaoke at night that made me headache, couldn’t sleep.

We booked 2 rooms for a 3 night stay. The rooms were spacious and had decent amenities. The hotel location is within walking distance of the night market and other local restaurants. We also booked a daily tour and our tour guide, Mr Hung, did a fabulous job at taking us around in his van and explaining the lore and history of the attractions we visited. Since he's a Da Lat local, he knows many good places to eat, so you won't have to spend too much time on looking for one 👍 We recommend his service if you plan on having a private tour with your family and friends at a fair price. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. 10/10

The balcony should have a small table and chair to enjoy the view !

This is my first time staying at this Hotel. I was impressed with the best location & the service that the hotel provided. Exceeded expectations!

Slipper is reused, it was packed and we noticed that there is hair inside slipper bag.

Location: the hotel is in a perfect location that is walking-distance to Chợ Đà Lạt. There are many coffee shops and street food vendors, as well as restaurants nearby. We could hear a lot of street noises during the day and it gets more quiet at night. Staff/Accommodations: the staff was polite. The breakfast option was quite limited to mostly Vietnamese food. Nothing super special to say here. Check-in: we stayed for 1 night in Jan 2023. The check-in process was smooth with no issues. Room: We booked 2 Deluxe Lake View rooms next to each other on the 3rd floor. The rooms were spacious and clean, but the furniture is a bit outdated. There is a beautiful view of the lake with adequate natural lighting. The shower in the bathroom didn't have that much hot water. I don't remember there being an air conditioning in the room but it is definitely not needed. I think this is a good option if you are looking for a short-term stay that is close to the city center, with a beautiful view of the lake (Hồ Xuân Hương). The rooms were spacious but I would have loved if the hotel had more sound insulation and more breakfast options.

Great location, wonderful lake views. Hotel is upgraded, modern, everything works! Super staff! Long story but they found a diamond ring we left behind. Excellent breakfast. Can’t go wrong with mini-suites (with fake fireplace 😉).
