Scott and Liz are incredibly hospitable hosts. Staying at their B&B has been nothing short of wonderful. Scott is an incredible baker and you will never start your day hungry with his wonderful baked goods! The Tuck Inn is also conveniently located and is very close to all the shops and eateries in downtown Rockport. Just a short walk through the neighborhood and you're ready to shop and eat! I've attached a couple of pictures of the baked goods mentioned.

Truly lovely stay, and Liz and Scott were excellent hosts. The room and bed were very comfortable, the location is blocks away from the town center, so They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and the breakfast was a treat. They even gave us a goody bag of some baked goods to take home since there were leftovers. Scott's homemade bread was particularly delicious.

5/2018. A nice weekend away in Rockport turned into a fantastic weekend because we stayed at Tuck Inn. Liz and Scott could'nt be nicer people and so accommodating. Friendly chats over a fresh baked buffet of breakfast breads made by Scott that morning. Liz is refilling your tea and coffee while she informs you of the "what's going on in town to see and do". The room had everything one needs and more with your own door and key to outside. Wish we were staying longer. Highly recommend this B&B as the best we've ever stayed at! T&G Ashby, Ma.

This was tied for our favorite place to stay. Scott and Liz are perfect hosts, friendly and attentive. They are close to the center of town (walking distance) so location is great. The rooms are clean and comfortable and there is a pool also. We stayed Sat and Sun nights and I must say Sunday morning breakfast offered a bit of a surprise we didn't expect for breakfast. I won't tell here stay for a night and find out for yourself. If visiting the. Cape Ann area make this the place to stay.

We stayed at the Tuck Inn on our first night ever in New England and we are so glad we did! Liz and Scott gave excellent dining, shopping and sightseeing recommendations. We enjoyed reading by the fire at night and talking with the other guests. Rockport was so nice to visit - we were able to walk around the little town and shop and sight-see. There is a state park nearby which has the most beautiful views as well as several small towns that are within driving distance. Of course, the breakfast was incredible - we could have sat and continued eating all day! We certainly recommend The Tuck Inn for anyone visiting Rockport or the surrounding area!

What an excellent B&B in Rockport! Your hosts will make you feel at home and Scott bakes the most delectable breads and pastries in the morning! Very well situated, clean, neat and very cosy. We enjoyed our stay there very much!

Good location, easy to walk to much of Rockport from here. Not right on the main drag so it's quiet at night. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet in the morning (no hot breakfast like eggs etc, but that's fine by me). Comfortable bed. It's homey, so don't expect decor like the W Hotel or whatnot. My only complaint is that the walls are fairly thin so I could hear the neighbors jabbering til 11pm, and the upstairs guest had their elephant shoes on. That kind of thing drives me NUTS, but at least no one was blasting their stereo til 3am.

Yelp
Tuck Inn made our visit in Rockport Wonderful! Lynn and Scott (the owners and operators) keep an amazing house. It's beautiful and very old New England - meaning mainly every time you take a step it makes a huge creak. I feel sorry for any teenager that might have grown up in this house because you had NO chance of sneaking out at night ;). The rooms are spacious and very nicely kept in an older style. The breakfast is appropriately titled the "feast" and has some excellent choices. Our favorite were the scones and apricot bread. The location is prime and just outside of the main harbor in Rockport and walking distance to everything in town (which is true of just about everything in Rockport anyway). They even had a fire going every night and we got the chance to read with a group by the fire which was really fun. The price was very good and the Tuck Inn is highly recommended!

Yelp
What an amazing place! Liz & Scott are so kind, generous and hospitable. The rooms are warm, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is an assortment of fantastic baked goods, coffee/tea, and fruit. Very good food! The location is perfect, it's a short walk to all the nice shoppes and restaurants. I would definitely come back here again and highly recommend anyone a weekend stay, or longer!

Yelp
A pure pleasure from start to finish! Excellent location, stellar innkeepers, lovely rooms. My daughter & I had a vacation of a lifetime. This is a charming place that I give the highest possible recommendation!

Yelp
Very nice, quaint, nice hosts. If you like pastry and breads for breakfast, this is your place - all homemade. Within walking distance to Rockport stores, art galleries and beach.

Yelp
Wonderful place to stay. The breakfast is amazing. The place is very clean. The inn keepers, Liz & Scott, are just the most wonderful people. They made our stay here enjoyable.

Yelp
Hard not to love this cozy home with gracious hosts Liz and Scott. Lots of guests who have been coming for years. We stayed in attached room (only one w 2 beds); clean and well appointed. (Liz came up with toothbrush which was forgotten!) Breakfasts yummy fresh baked assortment with yogurts, fresh fruits, etc. Did miss protein option (hard boiled egg or the like). However guest refrig provided so you can stock something of your own or store leftovers from dinner out. Living room had guests gathered in evening chatting and playing games and snacking on left-over breakfast coffee cakes or breads. GREAT location...just couple blocks to harbor, restaurants, shops. Hosts very helpful with orientation, suggestions, etc. Even drove us to train in rain (we had no car). Liz and Scott clearly love what they do and their repeat guests love them back!

Yelp
On the way home from the Tuck Inn, I couldn't wait to sit down and write a review. Liz and Scott were made to be inn keepers: they're warm and friendly and very good at making each and every guest feel incredibly welcome and interesting. They also maintain a beautiful, clean inn and serve a delicious breakfast featuring fresh, homemade baked goods. Our room was exactly what we hoped it would be: cozy through its decor, but spacious and modern enough to be comfortable. The private bathroom was newly renovated, too. Gorgeous. We didn't spend much time in the rest of the inn, but the living room was inviting, and Scott built a fire both nights we were there. We made good use of the Wi-Fi, too! Oodles of notable views and cute shops are within walking distance, and Liz and Scott gave us great recommendations for dinner and walking trails. The town is adorable and well worth a visit, but staying at the Tuck Inn really put our stay over the top. I hope to return someday!

Yelp
you can't beat this place, i absolutely love it here. we went in the off season last march and loved it. its quiet and romantic and just ideal for a little winter getaway. the owners liz and scott were the perfect hosts and made sure we had whatever we needed, dinner recommendations, directions, wine opener! haha. the room we were in was great we had our own entrance, it was very spacious and immaculately clean. the location is perfect, there are a few restaurants (most are BYOB which is awesome because until recently the town was dry) that are within walking distance which even mid winter is fine with us! its also walking distance to the towns center where theres a great breakfast place, plenty of shopping and most everything was still open during the off season. be sure to take a drive to the coast and check out some of the houses, so beautiful. we loved it so much we booked again this month and can't wait to get back! lovely romantic break from the daily grind with classic new england charm, highly recommended :)

Yelp
Everything about Tuck Inn is wonderful! We were there for a 30th birthday girls weekend and had a great time. Aside from Rockport being a charming town, the B&B is lovely. We were on the 2nd floor and had 3 of the 4 rooms. We were the only guests on the floor so it was like being in our own home. Two things stand out - (1) the amazing breakfast with the best Blueberry scones ever and (2) Liz & Scott took the time to learn our names. That little personal touch made us feel more like guests than customers.

Yelp
You can tell when the owners love what they are doing and Tuck's owners, Liz and Scott truly do. Liz told us she wanted us to feel at home - we did. Scott's home baked breads and muffins are not to be missed and Liz's fresh made fruit salad and sauces make breakfast a real treat. Look at their web site, read the blogs, see the history of this beautiful inn. It has all the comfort of a newly constructed hotel with all the charm of a 100+ year old New England home. Liz and Scott have done a wonderful job restoring this home. This was our first visit, but won't be our last. We look forward to becoming one of their repeat guests...
