Awful customer service, mediocre food. Knew to expect a long wait, so the 90 minute estimate wasn't too shocking. However, after waiting a bit more than 90 minutes and being called up, apparently they gave our table to someone else who they were very chatty and chummy with, AFTER telling us we were about to sit. If you've JUST sat a party accidentally, it seems like a minor thing to tell them "oh I'm so sorry, you're not the party we meant to seat here" and correct the issue.
Next, to "make it up" to us, they very excitedly told us they were getting a high top in the bar ready for us very soon, but we had 2 children one 3 years old so a high top was not exactly an option, but it likely would've worked for the party who they gave our table to.
We were upset to say the obvious, but the staff was all laughs dealing with us, as though that would brighten our moods as we're starving and dealing with starving kids. I expected they'd offer us a drink on the house, maybe a couple of appetizers, but nothing.
Things happen, I'm an adult and I get that, but when a restaurant that has an hour+ line every night screws up, they should make it right for people even if it's a small thing, because we know they're not struggling to stay open.
Would NEVER return, food was nothing extraordinary
