After visiting the store in Key West and not making a purchase, I immediately regretted it! I came home and looked through the website and the Instagram page, which helped me choose the hat that I wanted. I Love the packaging it came in too, and I love my new hat! My son’s name is Tucker, so I will wear it proudly😁

Buyer Beware - Up to 50% Upcharge For Most Items This was always a favorite stop every time we came to Key West the last several years. Last Sept I relocated to KW full time. I needed a pair of shorts & I knew this would be the only place that would have something in the quality I wanted. I found a pair of Carve Design shorts. With tax I paid $91.38 for 1 pair of shorts. It seemed VERY high but I really needed a pair of shorts so against better judgement I bought them. I went back home, found the company online & the EXACT shorts were $65. If you signed up for emails, you scored 15% off plus free shipping. Went back a few weeks later. Found a dress on sale for $55 thinking I'd be ok with the sale rack, right? Wrong! Bought it, went back home, dress was not on sale from manufacturer & still $10 cheaper plus 15% off email coupon & free shipping. Few weeks later, saw pair of Outerknown Shorts for $120. Direct from manufacturer, $88 plus 15% off email coupon & free shipping. I just scored those shorts only sale for $35 from manufacturer & they're still $120 at Tucker's. Saw a cocktail book for $35 - bought same book on Amazon for $16.99. I understand KW rent is expensive, but you'd drastically increase revenue if you didn't way over charge from manufacturer's retail price vs taking advantage of customers.

Stopped back in today after purchasing a pair of shoes last night….different saleswomen , but same great experience. Found two dynamite shirts and leather wallet that were appropriately pointed out by lovely women who clearly knew her clothes and what styles would fit for me. Amelia was funny, helpful and knew the store as if it were her own. Highly recommend a stop in!

Truthfully we were excited about this store and enjoyed everything in it besides the employees. Not only was she VERY rude but she when my wife, mom and mother in law were leaving the store after they got sick of being talked to the way they did, the employee said “bye bye blondies” while laughing. Will never go back and will let family and friends know to avoid this place at all cost.

I’m a size 4 30 yo woman. As soon as I walked in the woman working the counter started suggesting oversized mumus to me as “so you”. I tried on a dress that fit me but she came running up telling me it’s too tight and she can see my “back fat”. Yep! It was a very farm style matronly dress too. But, she said, “You should take it off but thanks for giving it a try.” I don’t know if this woman (who was twice my size) was projecting or what but I can’t say I’ve ever been treated so rudely. If you don’t want to pay $100 for a t-shirt while being called fat, stay away. While I’m a pretty confident mom of 2, her issues could really damage someone else’s day.

Pretty, organized and hip clothing/accessories/postcards/souvenir store. Worker was attentive and friendly. Did not end up buying anything though because of the high prices.

Best customer service I have had shopping in town. Amelia greeted me upon entering the store with a smile and gave me time to look around and asked if I needed help. I was shopping for my husband but I ended up buying for he and I. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for acknowledging me and all your help.

One of my favorite stores in Key West. The merchandising in the store is very artistic from how they display their inventory, the music they are playing to the selection of colors and textures - just beautifully done. You are always greeted and helped by the staff without feeling pressured into buying. Complimentary cold drinks makes shopping even more fun here! A complete experience - highly recommended.

We found the shop to have a great selection of Key West specific items that weren't cheap or mass produced - think along the lines of a high end surf shop with reasonable prices. We bought a tee-shirt and two ball caps and were satisfied with the options throughout the store. Joseph, the gentleman minding the shop, provided detailed explanations of everything we purchased. Furthermore, he provided examples of some other great shops with items not available at Tucker's. Overall, this was exactly what we were looking for in terms of high value "souvenir" clothing, with the added bonus of excellent service from Joseph.

This is a great shop with a lot of neat items. The associate was super nice. The quality of all their products are high end. Very nice linen items for the hot heat in Key West. Definitely worth a visit. My wife got a very nice linen dress that she's been looking for for years. For those looking for a sale, the sale items are all the way in the back. Nice discounts. Will be headed back there upon our return to Key West in the future..

Store is amazing and has amazing products. Wanted to purchase a couple things on 4/21/2021. The wan who was working the store could not have seemed more bothered to help customers. I inquired about merchandise and it was clear she was not interested in a sale. Also she harassed my husband about wanting a receipt...if its to save paper, say so instead of harassing a customer and making them feel bad. She audible. Let out an ughhhhhh when we left the store. Disappointing.

I wandered in here yesterday while exploring Duval and fell in love. It's adorable curated with fun items like cookbooks and cards, but also has great and stylish island essentials like dresses, shorts & sunglasses. Bought a cute black dress with fringe on the bottom & chatted with the owner a bit. Will be back next time I'm in town. LOVE!

So great to see a business like this on Duvall Street. There are just too many souvenir shops and my wife was looking to do some shopping. They have great quality clothing and goods. Hope to go back one day.

I bought a birthday gift for my sister. The day I purchased the credit card machine in the store was not working, so I was given a hand written receipt. My sister tried to exchange the item, or get a store credit, but was told that nothing could be done because it was past the 15 day return time frame. The handwritten receipt had no dates on it. All my sister wanted to do was get something else, but the store would not provide a credit, exchange, or just get something else from the store. Because it was my charge card, I went into the store to resolve the issue and was provided with the exchange. Key West is a small town, once the tourists leave the locals are the ones spending money here. You need to take care of the locals too.

LOVED this place. It was such a wonderful little store, not something you would typically find on Duval street. Great items, loved their jewelry and gifts. So happy I walked by this place.

Such a cute little shop with lots of unique finds, as well as some well known brands. Came here twice during my stay in KW. Deff will be back!

I LOVE the stuff here. Both for men and for women and actually, for kids too. Really nice men's stuff, super cute kids clothing, accessories, and toys. The women's stuff was great and I bought myself a few things. My only complaint is the price. I can't say it's overpriced, bc I don't know that it is overpriced for the quality. The quality seems really good. Lots of the materials are nice, soft, and few are that junky, jersey cotton. Nevertheless, the price is my only complaint. I wanted to buy so much more but had to stop myself once I checked the price tag. $50 for a pattern tee with an open back?? I loved it but I put it back. Also, I really liked the saleswoman. We had a chat about our daughters and she helped me with my clothing and answered questions about some of the kids toys I was interested in. Check it out.

One of a handful of places in Key West that's not the usual tourist offerings. They have a really good selection of casual warm weather dresses too. They also have some cute handmade leather items.
