I hope this is the only One Star review I have to leave ever.
We booked a stay for three nights via the hotel's own booking page.
Under amenities, they list "parking" which turns out to be that guests are on their own to find a parking spot in the street. For anyone who have been to Spanish cities, this is a stiff challenge at best, impossible at worst.
Most hotels in the world also be able to boast all kinds of advantages "out in the street" but they don't, because that would be deceptive.
There is a parking garage 200+ meters from the hotel, at 24 euros a night (or 18 euros through the hotel), but obvioulsy that cannot truthfully be listed under "amenities" (a desirable or useful feature or facility of a building or place).
A closer look shows that they gave listed a "free airport shuttle" as well. Not true either.
Both the receptionist and his call to management only resulted in lame justifications but no solutions, so we canceled our booking right away (this rating pertains to lack of service) and found another, truthful accommodation instead.
There are 110 Sercotel hotels worldwide, so we can safely delete all of them as options.
