I stayed here as a solo traveler with a small group tour. Our small group was housed in a block of rooms facing the cobblestone access street. There are no elevators and the exterior stairs to my second floor room were steep. The assigned rooms were very rustic and charming but a bit dark. My assigned room was equipped with a large bed, a mobile plug in heater unit, two bedside tables, a table and two chairs and a wardrobe. The bedcover was rough, natural and wooly in texture and contributed to the quaint, rustic feel of the room. The thick comforter was welcome during the cool night. There were only a few electrical outlets in the room. A teapot, tea/instant coffee and cups were thoughtful touches. The lighting in the bathroom was a bit dark and there was a little vertical shelf next to the sink to store toiletries. The WiFi signal was good. The hotel restaurant was located in a separate building and served excellent food in a homey atmosphere. The breakfast spread was excellent with multiple fresh options. The restaurant staff was helpful and friendly. Other rooms depicted on the hotel’s|website appeared to be more updated and modern.

Clean cozy rooms and friendly helpful staff. If you’re lucky enough to get a room with a balcony, you’ll never want to leave!! I will note that there is no AC or fans in the room, so the street noise can be a bit loud with the windows open, but otherwise we had a great stay!

My friends and I stayed here for a single night while touring outside of Yerevan. It was our favorite spot. Dilijan itself is charming and this hotel is so lovely. Great views. We unexpectedly had a 4th person join us...for our 3-person room...and the staff was able to find a way to make it work. They were SO nice. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and such a treat for us to try all those foods!

We explored the charming streets of the Tufenkian Old Dilijan Complex and were transported to an earlier era. Though we didn’t stay, the beautifully preserved 19th-century wooden balconies reflect the region’s love for fine craftsmanship. The area offers handmade wooden and clay crafts, perfect as souvenirs. Strolling through this historic street is an unforgettable experience, full of culture and heritage. A must-visit for history and art lovers!

We spent two nights at this hotel. The plus points are that the room was large, clean and generally comfortable. We had dinner one night which was very good. The breakfast was adequate but lacked yogurt and dried fruit and nuts and the bread was a bit dry. The main negatives are that our room was right on the roadside and was very noisy all night - from both traffic and dogs barking. Also, the curtains were thin and let in far too much light. The final issue was that the shower drain smelled dreadfully.

What else can one say? Beautiful, old-style rooms with a modern touch. Outside is gorgeous, and the food.... wow. Dinner was exquisite, as was breakfast (if breakfast could be done earlier, would be nice). Loved this place.

The duplex were clean, quaint and stylish. Central location and good breakfast. Lighting and ventilation was not great!

This is a very special place, a charming atmosphere in old Dilijan. The only manco is that there was not hot-water in the shower, but the rest was awesome.
