Good very tasty, red curry and fried chicken were amazing. Pas Ke mao could have some more sauce and more moist and Singapore rice packed a bit of flavor. The most important thing is that they were so accommodating with our diet restrictions and were so nice about it. Would definitely recommend this place for service and overall flavorful food.

The food here is absolutely great and delicious! Every dish was flavorful and well-prepared. However, the service was a bit challenging as the waiters only spoke Spanish, and it was difficult to communicate in English. Despite that, they made an effort to understand, which was appreciated. The overall vibe of the place was nice, creating a good dining experience. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for great food, but be prepared for a bit of a language barrier!

Tons of options. The service is fantastic and the bao bun was really good. Came with a lot of pork and it’s a good portion.

I was expecting a lot of options but that disappointed me. I am from the US and when it comes to a Thai or Chinese restaurants, we have many different kinds. Since there were limited options, we went ahead with what I shared in the pictures (forgot the name). It was really good so loved my decision. The service was a little slow and the lady was not so nice but it was fine. Probably won’t be back but still wanted to share my thoughts.

The menu del día is fantastic. Great deal for €12,95!Food is yummy and they actually make the food spicy(not like Spaniard spicy). Server Diego was great and accommodating.

Google
The menu here is huge and full of Asian dishes with twists. The place itself has a really nice vibe—I could totally see it being a great spot for drinks, too. The food was okay, but nothing mind-blowing. I got the tocino burger, but it tasted more like orange chicken than tocino. Parts of the bread is a bit cold too. Taste-wise,it’s not bad, just not what I expected. The duck, though, was solid, especially with the hoisin sauce—perfect combo. The customer service was awesome! Super fast, and the servers were really on it. Overall, a decent spot with good vibes, great service, and a menu worth exploring, even if not every dish hits the mark.

In concept, I think this place is interesting, and maybe we just had bad luck, but I found the food underwhelming. We ordered the mango salad (not pictured) which would have been good if it wasn’t drowned in a sauce that was way more sweet than sour. The Gai Pad was also too sweet for my liking, and again just felt very heavy on the sauce. It was also rated as being pretty spicy and I didn’t taste a hint of spice, i had to ask for hot sauce. The singapur noodles bring the rating up a bit. They weren’t amazing but they had a nice smoky flavor from the spicing that was nice. Had a lower spice rating than the rice and was somehow spicier. The service was good.

The ambiance seems cool and that's what attracted us to come in. In general, the atmosphere in the bar is very quiet and unpleasant. We came during dinner, but it was quite empty. I wasn't overly satisfied with the Pad thai shrimp, nor the burger. tasty, but very dry. Everything is unsalted and I honestly wouldn't come again.

Yelp
Ambiance is so cool. Felt like I was in a anime movie. The food is fresh and ingredients are authentic. Plus the presentation was very nice as well. We definitely enjoyed our experience.

Yelp
This place is ok Asian food. I'm not the biggest fan of their food but the Pho is on the good side. Its a chain so think about what Olive Garden is to Italian this place is to Asian food. Also its not just one type of Asian is all the countries mixed together so its meh. I have a friend that loves it but I was not impressed.

Yelp
After weeks of endless paellas and tapas eating, I was ready for some soupy Asian noodle dishes, so I decided to give Tuk Tuk a try. However, the mediocre food quality, small portions, and poor customer service left me feeling disappointed. My table ordered the Malay Curry Laksa and the Pho. In the former, the chicken tasted dry and the broth greasy. In the latter, the beef meatballs were mushy, tasted off, and remained untouched after the first one had been devoured. The broth was also mediocre. The portion sizes were minuscule. The small portions were placed in a large bowl filled to the brim with broth, making me initially believe that I'd have difficulty finishing my Malay Curry Laksa but that was far from the case. I have a relatively small appetite but left the restaurant feeling hungry even after finishing the whole bowl of noodles. Also, the servers were brusque and lacked manners. Both servers I encountered seemed to either dislike their jobs or be in grumpy moods and it showed in how they treated the restaurant patrons. If you want authentic Thai food or a better version of Westernized Thai food, I'd recommend not coming.

Yelp
We loved this place so much, we ate dinner here twice! The pad Thai con pollo was full of bean sprouts, pickled onions, peanuts and egg that lays on top of it all like a lid that you have to open to reveal all the goodness underneath. It's a very small restaurant, but it has a ton of character because they put a table in any nook and cranny big enough to hold one. It does a healthy delivery and take-out business because bags were lining the counter top both times we ate there. At the end of the meal, you pay at the counter, so don't flag the server down. I brought my mom here, who was totally anti Thai food beforehand. She is now a believer. Tuk tuk converted her to a Thai food lover!

Yelp
Worst Asian food I ever had. Food was bland, room temperature and very little protein - all rice. Strange interpretation of General Tso's chicken. There was about two tablespoons of chicken in the entire dish. Fried rice was missing the egg that was suppose to come with it. Service was good but food was bad. Go elsewhere.

Yelp
Stopped by Tuk Tuk took our very last day in Madrid. This was a great break from the tapas and local food we had been eating. Really tasty Thai fusion. Had the Nasi Goreng and Beef Rendang. The fried rice was good, a little too sweet for me. Was quite a different interpretation than I've had before. The Rendang tasted like you'd find it in Indonesia. Was excelllent. Will be back for sure.

Yelp
This is the 2nd time eating at this location, and both times the service has been pretty good. I love the food here, especially because I am vegetarian and can exchange just about anything for tofu. The second time I came here with my family and the waitress was very patient with my mother's pickiness and helped to find a dish that served her well. I usually order the Gai Pad Grapao Kai and exchanged the chicken for tofu. The soups for me are too tang or too acidic, but for the most part you can't go wrong with any of the rice bowls.

Yelp
Food: Fantastic! There is a great menu mixed with different Asian dishes from different countries so if you don't know what you want there are great choices to chose from. The drinks (mixed drinks) are phenomenal. Unfortunately the price is a bit too high considering most other restaurants in the area are fairly cheap. Atmosphere: It is a cute little restaurant. While it seems small it is pretty cozy. Service: Awesome! All of the staff has always been incredibly personable! Price: A bit expensive as previously mentioned. I wish they had a menu del dia but sadly they don't. I feel like they should offer something similar like maybe an entree and bebida combination or something. Overall this is a wonderful place! We love it and have gone there more than once. The food is great and so is the service. Definitely try it out! They also deliver too! For some reason they won't deliver to the Gran Via metro area even though it isn't that far.

Yelp
Sucked, food was cold (each and every one of the four dishes we ordered) and demonstrated the "chef's" complete lack of imagination. I truly hope I don't get food poisoning.

Yelp
Tuk Tuk was a cool restaurant in Madrid that I had one night when I was craving Thai food! The staff was AMAZING! My waiter was a young man who was awesome to carry a conversation with and spoke English. He was originally from Paris, but had spent some time in London and now lived in Madrid! He was also easy on the eyes! Now the food - I had Pad Thai (I know, basic order), but it was definitely really good. I also had a few pints of beer and it was great! The restaurant is in a great area and the decor is awesome! I loved Tuk Tuk! NOTE: The only side note is that as most restaurant's in Spain, do not expect to have an early dinner here. They don't re-open for dinner until 8 pm!

Yelp
The best Asian food out of Asia we have ever had. Excellent food, cold beer an huge and delicious drinks. Cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Very attentive and helpful staff who speaks English.

Yelp
The rice bowls here are delicious. The meat is well cooked with the right blend of spicies. Drinks are a bit over priced but overall the service was good. Would definitely recommend for anyone who likes South East Asian food .

Yelp
I ordered a general Tso, but it wasn't a general tso at all. Not even 50g of chicken, just big amount of rice. So basically i just ate rice and still hungry. The food was bland, no taste, very far from a general tso. It is the worst general tso i had in my life, but it wasn't a general tso. Its a rip off for the price considering the baby portion. I will never order from them again. I always been hesitant ordering from Tuk Tuk , now i know why. They should take it out of the menu, its a shame, it is not a general tao. Its some sort of unflavourful saute with some red oignon and coleslaw. Look for yourself online what is a general Tso, its far from this. Very misleading! What they are offering is a misinterpretation of what it should be and should have received. Maybe they can trick most of their clientele, but im from north america and ate many general tso in a lot of different restaurants, and its nothing even close to what i received. Yes from a restaurant to another there is variation, but they all have some similar in the way they are made and served. What i received was a poor sauté, with VERY little chicken, nothing close to they real thing. For me i just wont order from this restaurant anymore, nothing asian street food. Even is its on my street and literally 30 sec away. After that, i dont want to try other items on the menu. I hope the restaurant can fix this, for them to serve a real general tso, or just take it off the menu.

Yelp
Been twice, tried a few dishes. Grew up in Southeast Asia so I wasn't expecting a full on authentic experience but I can't say it was a great substitute either. Staff were friendly which was a plus but Tuk Tuk missed out where it really counts, the food! Rice was almost cake-like, Pho was missing some of the basic(but important) condiments but what really threw me off were flavours of Rendang and Char Siu which were quite foreign, I couldn't quite make out what we were having.

Yelp
Ambiance is great. The service was okay. Everything else, not so much. The food was overpriced and not authentic at all--too westernized. Although food presentation was nice, the meat to rice ratio was unproportional. Where was the meat? The Gaen Keaw Wan (green curry) was overly thick and the Hong Kong Char Siu in general was bland and overly compensated with its sweet sauce. This restaurant is overrated.

Yelp
I reached the Tuk Tuk Restaurant in Chueca at 11 pm. I had a warm welcome by Ricardo (a globe trotter and the owner of the restaurant). Thai food is my favorite. And I have to say that this was the best Thai food I had - even If I compare to the food in Thailand. The taste - the quality - the quantity - the price and service is exceptional. I can't wait to go back with my partner.

Yelp
Yummy yummy in the tummy! What a nice change to Spanish food. I had chili mango pollo. Delicious! Highly recommended while in Madrid.

Yelp
Delicious. A bit tricky when sitting downstairs to get attention of the staff but everyone was friendly and the meal was excellent

Yelp
The service is great, however the food has WAY too much salt. Prices are ok and there are several options on the menu, they even have an allergy guide menu to help those with intolerances.

Yelp
I'm a huge chicken pad thai fan, it's always been my comfort food. Since moving to Madrid about four years ago, I haven't been able to find a decent Thai restaurant. I know Tuk Tuk is more than just Thai food, but for me the chicken pad thai is my benchmark. So happy to finally have a decent place to go for pad thai! Restaurant was crowded, but not unpleasantly so. The place is clearly super-popular. I've gone a couple times now and the staff always seem cool and friendly no matter how slammed they are. Much appreciated.

Yelp
I made a booking through Yelp for tonight, received the confirmation and when I got there it was closed for holidays!! It would have been nice if they would have told me in advance prior to making my way there. :(

Yelp
Great food and friendly, helpful staff. They are open when many other places in the neighborhood are not so we always hit them a few times in August for late lunch. Go for some affordable, spicy Thai food! You won't regret it.

Yelp
This place is amazing. Food is excellent. The service is brilliant and portions are filling. One dish is good for a person. You usually spend about 11-12€ a person for one dish and a beverage. If you're about 3-5 ppl order a starer o share and your main dish you end up spending 18€. But well worth the money.

Yelp
We enjoyed this place! The service was very good, granted they weren't too busy, but both men were very friendly and helpful. The food might not be the most "authentic" Asian food you could find, but tasty and filling. I'd say it was similar to some "Asian fusion" places I've been to in California.

D H.

Yelp
Was hoping for SOMETHING Asian but was totally denied. Normally, I would not get pad Thai noodles as they have been totally homogenized in the US to be virtually worthless. I thought maybe here they were at least more Thai? What an idiot. All I can say is that this was NOT pad Thai, no was it even Asian. Maybe I'm snooty coming from the SF Bay Area but, ugh. It was food and the place had AC and cold Coke Zero with ice. That's really all I can say. If you want to eat like the whitest of all white Americans, then this might be your place.

Yelp
Went to Tuk tuk on Monday at 20.00 (horario on facebook) and 20.10 they were still closed. Went in again this Friday and was a full house. Good thing the service was pretty attentive. Feeling quite emotional since some of the names on the menu were in Indonesian. Totally bring back the Jakarta feels! Ordered ayam bakar sambal and babi panggang. Being Indonesian and have eaten (obviously) these food back home, gotta say that it was faaaar off the mark. Pretty dissappointed that my ayam bakar (litterally means barbequed chicked) came as fried chicken (with crispy skin and all) and the sambal was just spicy sweet soya sauce, instead of the smashed chilli. Babi panggang (roast pork) looked more like babi kecap (pork fillete with sweet soya sauce). Talked to one of the staff about this and he explained that perhaps there were difficulties finding the herbs and all. Okay but at least for my plate, the describtion on the menu obviously stating barbequed, not deep fried. Well, lesson learned, especially more to the restaurant.

K C.

Yelp
No real vegetarian options. Lovely staff though who tried their best to put something together, but there wasn't much to eat for us unfortunately.

Nichole B.

Yelp
What a disappointment! The Pad Thai was SUPER sicky sweet, I had to stop eating halfway through because my stomach was hurting. And the 4 shrimp that came with it were NOT fresh at all. Although it's fast, for the price (8.95 euros) it should at least have fresh ingredients. I won't be going back.
