The Tom Ka soup is the best I've ever had! It is so rich and flavorful! We've been here several times and tried some new things this time. Everything I have ever had here is some of the best Thai food I've ever had! This time we got the drunken noodle and the Thai pumpkin curry. Huge portions, which is perfect because these taste just as good the next day. I drive by 10 different Thai restaurants on my way to get to this one. Well worth it! I am a foodie and seriously, this is one of my favorites restaurants!

Google
This is the best place to get Thai food! I had the shrimp pad Thai and the tofu red curry and it was so delicious 💜 I love that the atmosphere and the aesthetic of this place is clean and modern. Love the lights and other decor. It is not overwhelming but relaxing environment. The servers were kind and super welcoming making sure my food and drink was more than excellent! Definitely worth your time and money to come eat here along with bringing your friends and family

Google
The food was incredible and you get a lot of it! The staff are quick to help and respond. The atmosphere also is really nice. I recommend it for a luncheon for work or for dinner with a date!

We have loved every dish we have tried here. The prices are better than a few other Thai places we have been but they don't skimp on quality. I recommend the Thai Pumpkin Curry, Pineapple Curry Fried Rice, and Panang Curry with Salmon. We get level 3 spicy most of the time and it's perfect for us, though we like spicy. The Tom Ka and chicken wings are great to share too. The chicken wings kind of resemble Korean fried chicken! And the Mango Sticky Rice is one of my favorite desserts ever. Next time, I would like to try their Drunken Noodles, Papaya Salad, and Lychee lemonade.

Google
My favorite spot for Thai takeout! I love their yellow curry with chicken and the Tom Kha Kai soup. Everything is so flavorful and fresh. I’ve ordered takeout at least 15 times and it’s always fresh and hot. I appreciate that they indicate which items are gluten free on their menu, makes it easy to order for my celiac fiancé

Google
Absolutely the best place to eat!!! Portions are excellent. The atmosphere is so intriguing. The service is Paramount.

Google
Tuk Tuks delivers not only amazing Thai food but also outstanding service. Mani, our go-to server, always makes us feel welcome and goes the extra mile to ensure our meal is just right. The rest of the staff is equally attentive, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere every time we visit. It’s the exceptional service, along with the great food, that makes Tuk Tuks a place we keep coming back to.

Google
Simple and Straightforward. It's all about the food here. Large portions, full of flavor, served steaming hot and ready. Delicious and Nutritious. Worth a Visit

Yelp
I love this restaurant. They have the best Lao food in the salt lake area. What's Lao food you ask? No disrespect to the Thai community but it's basically a much more flavorful and savory version of Thai food. Their Lao style som tom, made with Padaek, is awesome and so is their hard to find in SLC dish, nam khao. Oh and their wings are heavenly. As far as spice levels go, if "Mom" is in the kitchen, you're gonna wanna hedge low on the spice scale. I like spice and I ask for level 1, spice fanatics will probably not want to go above 2 or 3. Regardless, the spice only adds a level of exhilaration to this amazing cuisine.

Yelp
Mango sticky rice is great! I prefer the white rice over the black rice. They have very limited vegan options. They said they can only make the curry dishes vegan. Server was kind and knowledgeable.

Yelp
I have been a loyal customer for a long time, but THIS IS THE LAST TIME IM EVER COMING HERE! Not only have the food quality and menu choices gotten worst, this store hides shady, unethical surcharges without the customers knowledge to try and squeeze every dollar. WTF! Today when the server brought me my check, I paid for it with my card. A few minutes later, she came back and told me SHE voided my card because she forgot to add something. I thought she forgot to add an item. Turns out, she added 15% tip for herself! I ask why? I always pay tip with cash. She says it's for gratitude. WTF?! First off, you squeeze my family into a tiny as$ booth with no room when there were plenty of tables all around us. Second, you canceled my transaction without telling me just to add fees that is not listed anywhere. SMH....i hope it was worth it cause I'm never coming back!
google avatar

Yelp
The flavors were definitely all there. The shrimps were huge in the yellow curry. Their second to highest spice level wasn't hot at all so hope that helps you spice lovers. It was a much more filling plate than it seems so if you get an appetizer, you might not finish your meal. Pad See Eew was also good. Some might want more sauce and spice but it's all preference at this point. Service was regular. Nothing bad or nothing great. Did what they needed to do.

Yelp
I love the family history behind this restaurant. Grandma works the kitchen with authentic Thai recipes and the kids work the dining room. The ambiance is nice, Clean and inviting. But without a doubt, the good is the winner!!! Plus, they are expanding. Super happy to best that they have a new restaurant near me in Draper!! This just became my favorite Thai food restaurant.
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious! We had the satay skewers, a chicken pad thai and chicken pad see eew but don't let the name fool you it was fantastic. They serve their dishes in family size portions like most Thai places, and the vibe was cool and it was very clean . Moderately priced and very quick service here we'll likely be back very soon.

Yelp
Super service! Great meals! Wonderful value! I had the Pad Ke Mow. I love how much thai basil they put into it.
google avatar

Yelp
These guys are fantastic. My favorite is the pineapple fried rice. The service is always great.

Yelp
I ordered food from here via Uber Eats! I tried the Thai fried rice, Pad Thai, and Drunken Noodles all with shrimp. They were all prepared with the authentic Thai flavors you'd expect from each dish and absolutely loved. You can pick the spice level and I got a level 2, which definitely had a kick to it! The shrimp were large and not the salad shrimp some restaurants tend to use. The portion size was considerable for the price. I would definitely order from here again whenever I'm in the Salt Lake area and I highly recommend it.
google avatar

Renee I.

Yelp
The Drunken Noodles were very tasty and quite spicy might I add. I got the spicy level 3 and it was borderline too much. I think the spicy in combination with how hot the food was is what made it this way. Either way, all the flavors came together and made for a yummy dish. The portion size was generous so you definitely won't be able to finish in one sitting.

Yelp
I'm a food enthusiastic. The "spring rolls" which should be called summer rolls tasted nasty and they said nothing. I've ordered pad Thai without cilantro and peanuts, then they still added on them. So disappointed after hearing all of people saying this is a good restaurant with good service, but it is not. When we asked for box to go, they kept chatting with other people and took them over 15 minutes to bring the boxes.

Yelp
Decent meal... not incredible... The pineapple rice dish was presented well, as you can see. It was just not that incredible tasting, although not bad... It was nice that the small bowl accompanied the meal, so there was a quality portion provided. The restaurant associate greeted me and sat me at a table that was fine. Unfortunately anytime a restaurant does not invest in a menu for customers, they lose a star from me. I do not appreciate having to use my phone and struggle to read the small print on their menu. Very inconvenient and it takes much longer to see and order. The best part of the meal was the dessert, the Thai ice cream was good. The ambiance was decent, quiet for the most part because there were only a few tables occupied. Once the meal arrived, I was not spoken to again. Nobody asked how things were. I put my card on the table and after nearly 10 minutes someone noticed it and took it to run the charge. My water glass was empty for the last 10 minutes of my visit. Lot's of employees there, just not attentive. I will not be adding this to my Collection for SLC.

Yelp
FIVE STARS Y'ALL!! Okayyyy Tuk Tuk's pop off! This meal was absolutely perfect. My husband and I are big Thai food fans and we thoroughly enjoyed the food we ate tonight. We kicked off the evening with shrimp spring rolls and they were delicious. The vegetables inside, rice noodles, and shrimp were bundled together into a lovely roll that felt fresh and light. Paired with their yummy peanut sauce, it was the perfect appetizer. We then shared two plates: Pad See Eww and Pad Thai. We did the Pad See Eww with beef and a level 0 spice. We topped that Pad Thai off with chicken and level 1 spice. These dishes were both full of flavor and so fresh! I loved how neither of them felt heavy or oily as well. Sometimes Thai food can get a little heavy, but these plates were just right. The Pad Thai was a perfect level 1 spice that balanced nicely with the acidity of the lime juice and sweetness of the dish. Not to mention the dishes came out quickly and piping hot!!! The service deserves five stars as well. Multiple different Tuk Tuk's employees came by our table to make sure that we had everything we needed. They refilled our drinks often and were extremely friendly as well! We were very very impressed. Ambiance was awesome. The restaurant is clean with a very modern feel. They also played cool music throughout the evening as well. We were overall VERY impressed with Tuk Tuk's! Good Thai food can be hard to come by, but this restaurant is definitely at the top of the list.

Yelp
Great food with large portions! Ambiance: Cozy with multiple booths, cool murals on the wall, and a Thai cooking show on the TV that I couldn't stop watching. Service: Got seated super fast. Everybody was friendly, water refills were timely, and food came out fair quick. Food: We got the pineapple fried rice with chicken spicy lvl 2 and nam khao with pork and also spicy lvl 2. Both were delicious with great flavor and just the right amount of spiciness. I actually thought it was spicier than expected considering their max was a lvl 6, but it good overall. The fried rice even came in an actual pineapple! Overall, great place for good thai and we definitely walked away with leftovers. Would come back!

Yelp
Unfortunately, 2nd time at Tuk Tuk is absolutely terrible. I won't go back to Tuk Tuk again. 1. I found out there is a 4% processing fee from the receipt (see attached picture) without any notice from the waiter or the owner. I don't think this is regular practice in Utah. Feel cheated and angry. 2. When we were ready to check, the waiter brought us a machine with preset tip percentage 18% 20% and etc, and i was inclined to give 15% (before realizing there is an additional 4% surcharge), so i asked the waiter, and he responded that i should do it in my own calculator. This makes the whole dining experience rather uncomfortable. Also if i knew there is a 4% surcharge, i probably will only do 10% tip. One word to the owner, tipping and the credit card surcharge is killing your business. Your food is not too bad, but the way you charge your customers is rather disheartening.

Yelp
Had my eyes on this place for awhile with all the hype. Finally swung by for a lil date din din. Don't judge it from being in a strip mall on the outside. Inside it looked good. Love the murals, and decor. Service was fast and friendly. I really wanted to try the fried som tum, but was just too full! Shared the chicken skewers, Ñam Kaho( highly recommend and was our favorite) and parang curry with salmon. All were yummy, with great flavor. Wasn't our favorite salmon curry, but it was good. I would def like to come back and try more different dishes.

Yelp
Stopped here for dinner on a trip. The restaurant has modern décor with neat murals on the wall and plenty of booth seats. We were seated quickly without any wait on a Friday night and the customer service was excellent. The drunken noodles and pad ga prow were delicious with just the right amount of spice (they have a 1-5 scale) to pick from. The Thai iced teas and shrimp spring rolls were good too. Would highly recommend this restaurant is you are looking for really good Thai food in the SLC area.

Yelp
On business travel, and found Tuk Tuk's Thai Food. Initial first impressions of the restaurant was clean. Service was kind of odd when I came in, and the menu was a QR code on the table. Waiter was not very helpful, and some what arrogant abut my questions regarding the menu. I ordered the salad rolls, which are fresh. Peanut sauce was not my favorite. For my dinner I ordered the Pad Him Ma Parn. It was very good, fresh and full of flavor. Highly recommend this dish.

Yelp
A solid Thai option in WV with attentive service. They're in the running for best shrimp spring rolls in Utah- excellent balance of fresh ingredients and the peanut/soy sauce was delectable! The chicken satay also had an excellent peanut sauce, and the chicken was so crispy yet juicy- it was even great alone. The server was quick to give advice and recommendations, which was helpful. I wouldn't recommend adding pork to any dishes- it was pretty soft and slimy, so I'd try a different protein next time. Otherwise, the pad see ewe had some solid flavors going on. My husband enjoyed the Massaman curry. Planning to try the beef jerky in a future visit.

Yelp
Great Thai spot in this plaza that serves large portions that are great to share family style. They are lively and service here is nice and moves quick. They are knowledgeable about the menu too if you have any questions. I just got the Pad Thai and Papaya Salad and both were great. I got it super spicy, but felt it could have been more. Overall great spot to try out if you're in town. The inside is also modern too with some cool designs.

Yelp
Kind of tucked out of the way but totally worth stopping in. Food was amazing! The pineapple rice was very unique and a must try for anyone new coming here.

Yelp
Ok looked for a place to eat close to hotel. Couldn't find the first place and settled here. They have great reviews so should be good. This score is basically because I left so mad at the way I was served then anything. The restaurant was almost empty I arrived 50 min before they closed. I ordered an appetizer and my meal in hopes of relaxing after a 8 hour drive. My egg rolls came out quick but they were kinda stale even though hot. Not a ton of flavor but ok. Before I had the first done my dinner came out. I understand fast but let me finish my app first. The drunken noodle I ordered was chicken level 4 spice. That usually means keep me hydrated. Wrong not here they would rather BS with customers and try to get you to pay before you finish dinner. I basically had to wave my hands to get more water. The flavor was ok but Thai food has a different spice then red Pepper chili flakes. Lacked flavor other then spice. After the 3rd ask I paid my bill and left pissed. More people came in as they still had 30 min before close. I feel sorry for them.

K P.

Yelp
Never dined in but always get to go and it's always SO FRESH! The massaman curry, spring rolls, & chicken wings are my favorite. The chicken wings are so crispy!
google avatar

Jeda H.

Yelp
My go to for family functions since there are so many options and all are delicious! I personally love the egg rolls and could eat them everyday. Our vegan, veg and dietarily restricted fam always find good eats too. Of note, the nam khao w/ or w/o sour pork, papaya salad either way is delish, chicken wings, pad Thai... everything is literally amazing. Go 1 on the spice for a first timer!

Yelp
Was with a few business associates today, it was close to 2 PM and none of us had gotten lunch. I wanted something Asian, something good and tasty yet light. Someone suggested Tuk Tuk's as it was on the way to my hotel. We were nicely greeted upon entry. Within seconds we had a booth for 4. It was most comfortable. Staff were all friendly, efficient. Clearly this is how wait staff should be. I wanted a couple of appetizers, food to hit the spot yet not spoil dinner. Let's look at what I had. EGG ROLLS $9.00 Served with homemade sweet Thai chili sauce. They were deep fried and quite greasy. I did not eat much as I struggle with greasy foods. The flavor was not bad, my guess is they had pork. It was a generous portion of 4 huge egg rolls. The sweet Thai chili sauce was tasty. It's just the dish was a tad too greasy and rich for my palate. TOM KHA $6.00 Coconut soup with your choice of protein. This was some of the best tom kha I have ever had. I did not expect this. I selected pork as my protein. The pork was light, tender and melted in my mouth. The mushrooms were fresh and delicious. The broth was textbook perfect. If I knew it was going to be this good, I would have ordered an entire pot, saved the rest for dinner. Service was exceptional. It was efficient, friendly. Prices are fantastic. If the egg rolls were better this would be a 5 star review. I will definitely try this establishment again.

Yelp
Food was amazing. It was fresh. A lot of flavors. Customer service was excellent. I can see that they care about their customers because they came often to refill our drinks and check up on us. Everything that we order was delicious. Highly recommend it.

Bethany D.

Yelp
Worst service I've ver received at any restaurant. Explained after I got a dish there was an ingredient in it that was NOT listed on the menu that I was allergic to so I couldn't eat it. Argued that it was my fault that I should have listed my allergies and only wanted to give me 50% off of it rather than remove it from my bill. Kept blaming me for it and argued for about 10 minutes saying they had no way to remove it until they finally did. So rude. I've been to places that will take a dish back simply for you not liking it, but to refuse to remove it when they didn't properly list ingredients and there's an allergy is really shocking. I HATE sending back food, I've been a server and it makes me feel awful but I couldn't eat it and there was no warning so I just wanted it removed from the bill and I was really kind when explaining but after they started arguing and blaming me I got really upset

Christy H.

Yelp
I feel like what I'll share won't do this place justice. I wish I could give it 1000 stars because wow! The food was incredible, service was out of this world. The ambiance was nice, I'd describe it as intimate. It gets busy fast but they make you feel important.
google avatar

Tony L.

Yelp
Possibly the best Thai food in Utah? It's definitely up there in my books. I have a few favorites that my family and I visit on a regular basis but this restaurant may just take our number one spot for the best and flavorful Thai dishes. If you like noodles I highly recommend the pad see eew and pad Thai. They also make this amazing peanut sauce for their spring rolls which was very memorable. If you haven't come here yet to visit, you owe it to yourself to have a great Thai food experience here at Tuk Tuk.
google avatar

Julia J.

Yelp
Still my favorite Thai spot in UT! For my 30th birthday, we ordered the Pad Thai along with the Drunken Noodles, Penang Curry, Chicken Satay, and Mango Coconut Sticky Rice. All of it was worth returning for, although the Pad Thai was more of a red/saucier texture than I prefer. My husband is still raving over the satay! Interior is always kept so clean, and the tv shows they have on are usually educational and fun to watch about other cultures while eating. We love the staff and their efficient service. Literally have so much love for this spot and always enjoy return visits! Thank you, TUK TUKs for providing us outstanding Thai food in the SLC valley!
google avatar

Connie S.

Yelp
Delicious food and excellent service! We ordered about six dishes for three people. The Thai chicken wings were SO GOOD! Crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and fresh from the fryer! Highly recommend! We also ordered yellow curry, pad thai, papaya salad, fried rice, and nam khao. There are different spice levels that you can pick for the dishes. Perhaps it's because I don't eat spicy food often, but the spice level 1 was spicier than I expected. The pad thai had just the right combo of sweet and sour. The papaya salad was fresh and extra spicy! We had plenty of leftovers that tasted just as good the next day!
google avatar

Sarah H.

Yelp
I was very shocked by this place! The food was delicious and there was a constant stream of people coming in and out for pick up orders. This is in a random spot in West Valley City that kind of looks like a hole in the wall but it was SO good. The pad Thai was so good and filling. I did a spicy level of 3 but felt like I could do a 4. The red curry with seafood was delicious, I might not have picked seafood as my protein but it had good flavor. Got a level 4 spice, but I felt like the pad Thai was hotter. You get rice with your meal but the rice could have been better, I wish it was stickier. The sticky mango was sooo good - we got it with purple rice vs. white which I felt like was a good choice. Such a great dessert option!
google avatar

Mehruba A.

Yelp
Got to try Tuk Tuk today for the first time and I have no regrets. I got pad thai and pad see ew to go and both dishes were made perfectly. Amazing spice level. Really good flavor. Vegetables were crisp. The noodles had a nice smokey flavor you can only get from a wok. Highly recommend this place!!
google avatar

Paly K.

Yelp
Yelp's #ThankYouThursday! This is definitely one of the best authentic Thai restaurants in town! The staff is always friendly and fast! They're always checking in on you to make sure you have everything you need! Amazing service! You definitely want to get there before 7pm as this is when their busy rush starts. We made reservations for 530pm on a Saturday and it was great! Wasn't too busy yet and food came out fast and delish! Every time we are here it never disappoints!!!
google avatar

Lilly K.

Yelp
Seriously blew my mind! The lao jerky is a MUST try. Even better to take home for snacking later. The panang curry with chicken quickly became my favorite, especially the long corn bits in it and the family styled portions leave plenty of left overs for the next day. I also loved how full and filling the shrimp spring tolls were and enjoyed the peanut sauce.

Eric F.

Yelp
Food was amazing, also came out in just 10 minutes. Will definitely be coming again. Kid friendly, staff were lovely.
google avatar

Derek U.

Yelp
This place as become my favorite. We had Red Curry, Panamg Curry and Pad Ga Prow. Great service and great food. You will not be disappointed.
google avatar

Raizel S.

Yelp
Loved this place! We are in town for a tournament and had to wait to pick up the rest of our party to land! Within minutes of ordering, the food gets to your table! Quality of food is great and if you pay cash you get a discount! Will come back the next time we are in town.
google avatar

Sisi T.

Yelp
Still a solid restaurant. They've streamlined their ordering and service. You can tell they are comfortable with their menu and dishes come out quickly. Large portions. Packed with flavor. Love this place every time I visit. Kudos to the staff and owner.
google avatar

Gemini U.

Yelp
One of the best Thai places in town. You won't go home hungry when you eat here. Huge entrees with enough to share with everyone at the table. My suggestion is everyone order something different that way you get a plethora of food to sample. Large groups are welcomed here, and service won't go by the way side because you have a group of 10 like we did today. Very attentive staff and the many plates of food came out quickly and piping hot. Everyone was able to taste each of the different dishes. A favorite at our table and was the Pad Thai (rice noodles, bean sprouts, carrots, green onion, egg, cilantro and peanuts) with Massaman Curry as my personal favorite (carrots, potatoes, onions and cashews. It also comes with a side of white rice) . Different spice levels available, I always go with a 2. Hot enough to give it a kick, but not overly powering with hotness it will burn your mouth. Gluten and Vegan options on Request.
google avatar

John T.

Yelp
Great quick service. Clean. Simply delicious Thai food. The Pad Thai was quite saucy but it didn't take away from the dish. If you like spice and can handle it, you can always go for their 5! I would blow out my back on a 2... soooooo 1 it was
google avatar

Andrea T.

Yelp
Best Thai place in Utah. Usually in other Thai restaurants, Pad Thai is on the dry side. But here at Tuk Tuk's, it is saucy with the perfect flavor. I got level 1 spicy for the pad thai and it didn't taste spicy at all. The thai papaya salad was pretty good. However, if you are not a big fan of spice, don't get the level 1 spicy for the papaya salad. I was literally chugging down my water because it was super spicy with all the chili peppers inside. The chicken wings had the perfect crunch and wasn't overly battered. Mango sticky rice is a classic dessert. Must get if you like mango and sticky rice with condensed milk 10/10 would recommend. I would come back for the pad thai
google avatar

Dylan C.

Yelp
Nothing but good to say about Tuk Tuk's. Low price, a very clean and well designed interior (I picked up my food), prompt service and most importantly - very tasty food. The pad thai was flavorful and the egg rolls were some of the best I have ever had.
google avatar

Christopher F.

Yelp
Not a huge fan of Thai food but turk tuk's pad thai portions are HUGE! enough to feed two. This is not a traditional Thai dish, but their chicken wings are delicious! Fried and seasoned perfectly. Highly recommend getting that as your appetizer!

Jenny C.

Yelp
Service was so amazingly kind extremely attentive to our needs. The pad Thai noodles was yummy just needed more chicken very skimpy on protein! The coconut tum Kai soup was very yummy even if they didn't use correct Asian mushrooms they used Costco American mushrooms but still had lots of flavor! I don't Do Not recommend appetizer Thai chicken drum buffalo wings was too hard too dry!!!
google avatar

Travis N.

Yelp
Went back to Tuk Tuks the food is great, but watch your bill. When the waiter brought the credit card machine around so we could pay it, he stood there watching what tip we put in. I don't like the 4% processing fee that they add to the bill so I put my own tip in. He took the credit card machine back from me and printed out my receipt I put in my pocket left, looking at the receipt a few days later, he upped the tip for himself. Make sure you always look at your receipts.
google avatar

James H.

Yelp
Found Tuk Tuk on on Yelp and the reviews were right. The service was great as the team all worked together to get us food and drink efficiently and HOT (temp - not spice). We will be back when we're in town again.
google avatar

Yelp
Place is bomb! It's a little pricey but so is everything else. It's quality Thai food. There are only two places I'd go for Thai and this is one. The other is Chabaar/Tea Rose. This is good stuff.
