First time purchasing plants from them, and unfortunately it will also be my last. I ordered a maple tree on preorder, with an estimated delivery window of 16–30 December 2025 as stated in the email. However, it was only delivered on 9 January 2026, well past the stated timeframe.
There’s a saying that “good things are worth waiting for,” but that certainly wasn’t the case here. The maple tree arrived in a pot with an uneven base, despite the website claiming it “comes with a sturdy and weighted pot.”
The tree cannot stand on its own without support and was delivered slanted and leaning against the wall, which suggests there was no proper quality check before dispatch. To make matters worse, I found a broken branch tucked inside the tree.
I also purchased a pomelo plant, which was delivered without a pot, even though it was supposed to include a free red plastic pot. None of the plants were labelled with their names, unlike purchases I’ve made from other plant shops. I had to cross-check their website just to confirm whether I received the correct plants. Came across their advertisement on Instagram showing how they packed an order which is definitely not the case they did with mine. Have attached the screenshot that I have took from Instagram. What a misleading and false advertisement to entice customer to purchase yet fail to deliver the same standards as advertised on social media.
As of now, there has been no response from customer service regarding these issues. The only time they are prompt is when you need assistance adding more items to your order.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience in terms of product quality, packaging, and after-sales support.
