Stopped into the Tumi store twice last month, first to get some breoken bags repaired, and second to redeem a coupon for the bag that Tumi couldn't repair. First off, the service was really great and the salesperson was very helpful and friendly - five stars for that. However, Tumi itself has slipped off my radar a bit - first, there is nothing in their catelogue that isn't HUGELY expensive, and second, they have abondoned their "lifetime warranty" which was the basis of their serious premium in the first place. When the roller bag we brought in was deemed "unfixable" (The main plastic casing around the retractable handle fractured and came completely apart) we were provided a $160.00 gift certificate towards a new bag. However, those new bags start at around 500.00 and quickly exceed a thousand, so that was out of the question. What can you get for 160.00? Your choice is between a plain duffle and a fanny-pack. So great service, but we'll get a suitcase from TravelPro...

I had a Very bad experience. TUMI all over the world offer a cleaning service for any bag that was purchased through the boutique store however, when I arrived to The TUMI Store Located at Beachwood Place the employees there seemed shocked of my request like it’s not one of TUMI privileges that was weird and not acceptable from a high end luggage brand like TUMI.

I went to the Tumi Store today to get my luggage repaired and I was amazed by the excellent customer service. It is nice to enter a store when the customer service reflects the price that you pay for one of these luggages -5 Star. Thank you - Richard Folph (Store Manager).

Courteous employees, but the prices for luggage are just too expense. Airport luggage is cheaper, so I'm guessing you are paying for something other than just the basics. Then again, if you are paying for something other than just the basics, why are you in a luggage shop in a mall?

I have 4 Tumi purses, a Tumi briefcase, and Tumi luggage. I took one of the purses in for repair, as one of the metal connectors had failed. They removed the strap that had the failed part so they could ship it in. Then I didn't hear from anyone for weeks. I contacted them and they gave me the contact info for the repair facility. I contacted them and they said that the records show that the strap never left the store in Beachwood. Contacted the store again and they said that "UPS lost it". Their "solution" was to give me the amount I had paid for the purse a few years ago; that seemed good until I realized I'd have to pay an additional $100 to buy a replacement. They tried for weeks to find a strap and none were ever right. Months went by. I finally reached out to Tumi corporate offices; they connected me to the service facility and they had a strap that was exactly like the one that had been lost. It took them one day. This store does not have its act together.

Excellent experience at Tumi today .. My wallet clip was loose after a few months ... Walked in and explained and they replaced it instantly. I know Tumi products are more costly.. They are soooo worth it! Great products ... Great store ... great service! Thanks Tumi.

Terrible customer service! I have been a Tumi customer for years. This was the first & last time going to the store in Beachwood, OH. Someone needs to reevaluate their customer service training. Honestly p, the worst experience I have ever has at ANY retail store.
