I stayed at Tune Hotel recently, and while it’s a budget-friendly option with a convenient location, there are a few things to consider.
First, the parking rate is quite high, so I recommend using public transport to get to the hotel. The hotel is accessible via a connected bridge from KLIA2, or for a quicker route, you can walk directly from the arrival area.
The amenities are very basic, with only soap and shampoo provided. There’s no in-room iron, so you’ll need to go to the laundry room near the lobby if needed. The room itself is not soundproof, and I could hear noise from outside, which might be disruptive for light sleepers.
If you’re traveling with small children, note that the hotel doesn’t provide extra mattresses or blankets, and the bed is quite high. This could pose a risk for children falling off during sleep. Be sure to bring your own alternative to cover the floor for added safety.
On the positive side, the breakfast spread was simple but delicious, and the staff were attentive and professional. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, which I appreciated.
Overall, it’s a good option for a short stay or transit, but there’s room for improvement, especially in amenities and soundproofing.
