Lock on bathroom was broken off, door didn't close properly, not private at all to use the toilet. Beds are very hard and I did not sleep well. Looked clean though. Most times noone on reception so had to sit and wait. No bell to even try to get attention. Had to pay for any sort of drinks including tea. Great if you're on a stag or hen do as the alcohol probably knocks you out, and the location was very good for that.

Rooms were nice, though it had its quirks. The bathroom door was a frosted glass that didn't lock, making it akward for anyone sharing a room. And the shower light didn't turn off making it hard to sleep. The bed was comfortable however and the room had good AC.

really friendly staff, amazing location , 10 minutes from the train station, 5 mins from Matthew st and 10 minutes from the steam packet terminal. nice modern clean room but the location was the biggest plus. there was a Greggs next door so very handy for a coffee and bacon role before you head out for the day

Pleasant 1 night stay in this lovely hotel. Very clean, comfy beds and pillows. What a great spot on Castle Street with everything from Greggs to The Ivy on the doorstep. Close to the docks and city centre too.|No windows in the room but that was fine. Big Tv and twin beds. Had everything we needed. Staff were nice and helpful.|Unusual building with a maze to get to your room but well signposted. It's across a few very old buildings so there's some grand staircases and creaky floors but it's lovely and smells divine.|There were a few odd noises and creaks and some running water noises but otherwise it was great. Would stay again for sure.

the rooms are great, i keep getting told that we are going to have no window in the room, but we do. it is great value for money and have now stayed here 4 times. different rooms and on different floors. there is wheelchair access and an elevator to get to your floor. we will be staying again. the area is safe and the roads have concrete blocking traffic from coming down the road. there are plenty of coffee shops, eateries, pubs and an amazing tattoo shop, Gentleman Georges near to Sainsburys with a competition winning artist.

Good location. Rooms nice and clean. Is quite a maze of a hotel to get to your room, but we’ll sign posted. We stayed during the heat wave, and the rooms are very small and claustrophobic. The windows don’t open and the air conditioning hardly worked so the rooms were very hot with no air ventilation.

A good quality room, comfortable bed and new bathroom, good shower. Friendly reception. Good for a one night stay. It can be noisy outside, so earplugs recommended. Left luggage worked well. Location is ideal near to James Street station.

This hostel is exactly where you want to be: smack in the middle of the city! There's restaurants and bars right outside the door and it's a quick walk to the shopping center! I was able to have a private room with a queen size bed, bathroom and two thick, fluffy towels were provided, as well. Some hostels provided towels for free/included, and some charge a small fee. Very clean, modern and affordable. Highly recommend!

Do not book this hotel ! It's a trap ! It's just not right . It can be somewhat cheap if you are in a budget but ' Hotel A and Hotel B' : I don't get it . No! No! Save your money
