TUR GUB CHAN NEIGHBORHOOD

New community spot in Khlong Toei area, about a 10-minute walk from MRT Khlong Toei station and close to Mae Nam railway. People say it gives strong Vietnamese vibes — the building looks like an old apartment divided into small rooms, with shop signs and decorations along the corridor. There are 3 floors with a salon, clothing store, coffee shop, smoothies shop, and even a golf simulator. Each shop usually opens around 10 AM. There are also many trees inside, both big and small, which make the place feel lively and unique.

Beautiful new community spot in Khlong Toei that feels like a hidden gem. The design is modern with plenty of aesthetic corners and photo-worthy spots. Not many shops or F&B options are open yet, so it’s still a little quiet, but it has a lot of potential once more places open up. A nice space to explore and relax for now.

Hip and chic interior design. The dining itself isn’t really the highlight, but it’s a trendy place to try — there’s a fashionable haircut studio on the second floor that’s nice to check out.

Full of interesting approaches, this place was a part of major delivery company in Thailand. The whole building was rent and run by a famous hair dresser on 3rd floor. More than 5 unique & charm F&B brands, wine bar, crafted bakery, stylish seafood and more.

As a tourist this place feels like a hidden gem. Most people here look like locals and everyone looks like an influencer, very stylishly dressed and good looking. Theres 3 levels but probably only L1 is relevant for most people. L1 is where all the food and cafes are. The space is actually quite small and there aren’t that many cafes to choose from. I had grapey for late lunch and vancoffee for coffee and cake, both were good. L2 is a hair salon and L3 is mainly for virtual golfing to practice the swing. Nonetheless there are many aesthetic spots all over the building. Worth a visit.

Van Coffee is on the first floor. The lady there is very friendly and works alone. The shop has plenty of seating and is spacious. The coffee is also good. I highly recommend giving it a try!

Very remote place, and all the shops are closed on Tuesday except KN coffee. There’s no clear indication of shops close and opening hours. Though it I was quite disappointed to make the trip here today, I could tell this place is curated well and it will be a relaxing spot when it is opened and there are more people.

Nice and pretty community spot especially lovely buildings and architecture. The selected stores were okay however it was inconvenient to commute to this place.
