Had heard great things but it was pretty average. Service was all over the place, overheard the server ask the table next to us what they wanted for dessert to which they replied “we are still waiting for our mains”… Not many veggie options and 21€ for a bit of cabbage is quite steep in my opinion. Seats are crammed in and the waiters have to shimmy through the gaps to get to tables, feels so cramped in there. Place could be so good with better service and a warmer atmosphere.

Not worth the price, or the wait. 2 stars for: emotionally upset about food Steak, chewy, not seasoned and luke warm. We had 2 other starters, the same. Service for main was 50 minutes. We paid 75 for all + 2 drinks.

We spontaneously decided to have lunch at Turbo and we were extremely pleasantly surprised. The menu is highly original and we decided to share five plates (between two people). First surprise: the portion sizes. No arrogance here, you will actually leave the table feeling full and satisfied. Secondly, even what may seem like unlikely pairings at first are balanced to perfection, like the shrimp arrancini with lime cream. However, the stars of the show for us were some of the most ‘simple’ plates, like the milk bread with whipped butter and the coppa. Amazing. Of course, the interior design and vibe were also a big plus. Very curious to come back another time !

Food is absolutely out of this world, so fresh. Waitresses are so kind and accommodate. A large wine list if that’s your thing but small range in classic cocktails. Tips are shared. Would recommend this place to someone looking for a classy vibe yet still fun and modern, would come here again. Prices from €8-€30

We had a lovely meal here but as an FYI be aware that we were informed reservations made via the Google interface may automatically assign you to a table on the outdoor patio. While the patio is equipped with heaters, it was a bit of a surprise upon arrival, especially since it was quite cold out. If you are sensitive to the temperature or visiting in the winter, you might want to double-check your table placement or contact the restaurant directly to ensure an indoor spot if preferred. The culinary experience itself was excellent. Everything we ordered was fresh, well-prepared, and featured an interesting balance of flavors. We genuinely liked every dish that we had. For wine lovers, they have a great selection of organic wines. The restaurant is a small, quaint, and intimate space. The menu is also pretty limited.

The place is so cute! I think of it like a midcentury interior vibes?? Well all the food is nice specially the milk bun! It melts and served warm wuhuuu so yummy <3 the gnocchi is also yummy with the mushroom, oh but the burata taste just okay.. there are not many food and desserts options tho but they really did curate the food well (everything’s taste amazing!) if you want to choose one dessert choose the peach! ♥️

I visit Turbo on a (bi)weekly basis, usually for the after drinks and bites. Most of their menu is just really solid, no dish where I had my eyebrows raised. Vibe is good, staff is friendly, and they have the biggest wine menu on the Linneausstraat, next to Tros. Their Kuhling Gillot Chardonnay is a good value wine.

Just wow; the food was INCREDIBLE. Unfortunately the day I went, there were not enough staff working, and it was noticeable. Even still, the quality and flavors of the food made up for it!
