Great budget hotel in a great area! Loved the convenience of how close the hotel was to the metro. The staff at the front desk were always very nice and friendly. The rooms are very small, especially the bathroom, but they were clean. AC worked nicely and that was must.

Nice little hotel with great AC and friendly staff. They make a point of accommodating early arrivals, as both my sister and I got our rooms early. Good quiet location as 1/2 block in from main street. Super easy access from Montparnesse (train) station as direct bus was just outside for 2E. Lots of restaurants, boulangeries, and shops a few steps away. Metro access was about 1.5 blocks away. Only drawback were the super tiny bathrooms in our standard rooms. My sister and I are both 5’2”, and our husbands are 5’6” and 5’7”, and we all felt bathrooms, especially toilet, were too squishy. Was OK for a few nights but would choose differently if staying more nights.

If you're all about location, this was a perfect spot. If you're looking for front desk/ concierge suggestions and help, this is not the place. No recommendations for a yummy patisserie nearby (no suggestion for the well-reviewed one on the corner). If you like a sink that drains, full sized towels, full sized pillows, a secure front lobby door where anyone can walk in, and wallpaper that isn't pealing/ baseboards that aren't chipped, you may want to try elsewhere.

Location is primo. Walking distance to a bunch of great eateries and most all of the major museums and attractions. We had a great stay and the room was clean and bathroom was small but had modern upgrades. All that we needed as we didn't spend much time in the room. We didn't eat the breakfast but it looked nice, but we wanted to sample the local bakeries instead.

The location of Hotel Turenne Le Marais is absolutely perfect. It's a great neighborhood. The Saint Paul metro is a 4 minute walk away. There are many shops, markets and restaurants in the area. There was a great laundromat just a 4 minute walk away. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the street side. It was well soundproofed. We did not hear the street noise. The standard room is very small. It's 13 square meters or 140 square feet. If you have a clam shell type suitcase, the only place to open it up would be on the bed or maybe under the desk area. I think they have a twin room that is 151 square feet. I would ask for that. The 10 extra square meters would be a bonus. We did not eat the breakfast because it did not look as though they offered any hot dishes such as eggs or sausages. We would stay there again as long as we could get a larger room.

Located on a quiet street just off the Marais district. Very easy walking distance to the St Paul metro station. Several quaint street side cafe/wine stops perfect people watching. Staff were wonderful, helpful and very friendly. Room was small but then the city is huge .. so spent more time strolling and touristing :o)

Lovely boutique hotel, perfect for the two of us. The bed was very comfortable, and excellent service at the front desk. They can give many great suggestions for dinner. The area is perfect for shopping, cafes, bakeries etc. Wonderful location, near St Paul metro station as well. Highly recommend this hotel for Paris in the heart of Marais.

Great location, rooms quite clean (normal Paris downtown size), elevator worked fine, breakfast was nice (they had prepackaged GF bread for me). Very convenient water fountain for reusable bottles.

Yelp
7 days of a welcoming stay in Paris. It's our first time visiting the "City of Lights" and we appreciated how everyone at Hotel Turenne are very hospitable and helpful. We loved the hotel's convenient location for a mix of our sightseeing (walkable to the Louvre, Notre Dame and 59 Rivoli) and shopping (tons of nearby vintage and boutique shops) activities. We totally enjoyed the comforts of the hotel, including the endless supply of sparkling water! We highly recommend staying at Hotel Turenne Le Marais.

Yelp
I just can not recommend this hotel. It has a good location. That's it. The staff and service could not get worse. The hotel is run down and dreary. The rooms are small. Breakfast is expensive and not with it. The worst thing though is the unfriendly, incompetent staff. Makes you feel uncomfortable

Yelp
If you want to stay in the trendy Le Marais neighborhood but don't want to spend a boatload of cash this is a good bet. A short walk from Metro station St-Paul on line 1. There is a breakfast area downstairs, but with so many great boulangeries around you'd be silly to pay for that. The hotel has free wifi but signal is fairly weak. All staff was very friendly all the time. Rooms are clean but very small, with limited space for bags and moving around the bed. Bathroom is even more cramped, but the shower is super nice, with a few rain and variable massage settings. Bed is comfy and daily made. There was some room-to-room noise but nothing terrible. There are tea / coffee making facilities in the room as well as a small fridge. Our room had French doors (duh!) to a narrow balcony overlooking the street, but there is no real view. Surprisingly, no street noise at all (5th floor). Overall, good option for a basic hotel in Paris.

Yelp
Perfect little hotel in the heart of Marais. Try to get a room on the 5th floor as those rooms have small balconies with a great view of the roof tops of the surrounding Marais. Walking distance to places like Cafe Martini, Le Petit Table, Notre Dame, Centre Pompidou and all of the lovley Marais quarter packed with places to eat and street markets Rooms are small but hey, that is typical for Paris! Free WiFi and very helpful English speaking staff
