Turin Palace Hotel

Excellent hotel. You are welcomed while checking in and well attended during the stay. Polite and well mannered staff. Eager to provide assistance. Cleanliness exceptional. Decoration for our taste discrete and "pleasant". Location very convenient and safe enough although next to the train station. We did not compare prices with other hotels so I cannot comment on this. We booked a deluxe with terrace which had an overwhelming view and made our stay an amazing experience.

Very closed to center and everything is within walking distance, which made getting around super easy and convenient. The breakfast hall is huge and beautifully designed. There are plenty of options to choose from, including sweet and savory dishes, as well as fresh fruits. The view on the terrace is beautiful. When it is not cloudy :) The only thing that needs attention is the entrance — the revolving door doesn’t work properly and should be fixed.

The hotel is simply excellent and is ideally located directly opposite the train station, which makes both arrival and departure extremely convenient. In addition, access to the metro and other public transportation is outstanding. We walked a lot around the city, but whenever we needed public transport, it was easy and efficient. The staff are excellent. We were fortunate to receive a room upgrade and stayed in a very large, comfortable room with a small balcony. Although it was winter and temperatures dropped to minus four degrees at night, the room was still a pleasure to use and very cozy. The breakfast is wonderful—tasty, high quality, and with a wide variety of options. Although we were not traveling with children, as a parent it was clear that there is also a great selection suitable for kids. The in-room coffee machine is excellent, and the coffee served at breakfast is also very good. The only drawback, in my opinion, is that the spa operates only during limited afternoon hours. This made it difficult for us to use, as once a full day is planned, it is not practical to return specifically for the spa. Opening it in the late evening or in the morning would be a great improvement. Highly recommended—we will definitely return.

Our sister and her husband had stayed at Turin Palace Hotel the previous December and had loved it!  We have to admit we were a little bit unsure about the location, right by the Porta Nuova station. Our concerns turned out to be completely baseless: Our room overlooking the train station was perfectly quiet!  Amazing!!  (An added advantage to being near the train station, in addition to the obvious:  It was so easy to get a cab, anytime!)  Our room was so spacious, bright and squeaky clean.  The hotel itself holds up beautifully that elegance of the Belle Epoque era.  We thoroughly enjoyed our morning hours in the very warmly decorated breakfast room with a huge array of offerings.  The staff at Reception, the restaurant Les Petites Madeleines, and breakfast room was always polite and helpful.  We walked everywhere to all the major touristic sights and thoroughly enjoyed the views and sights along the way.  ||We had considered a few other lodging options based on proximity to tourist attractions and star ratings.  In retrospect, we made a great decision in choosing Turin Palace Hotel for our city break!

My stay at the Turin Palace Hotel was truly wonderful. The bathroom was also lovely, with a stylish design featuring classic black-and-white checkered tiling and a spacious layout that felt both functional and luxurious. Everything was exceptionally clean, adding to the overall sense of comfort.||||The staff truly sets this hotel apart with their friendliness and efficiency. I would like to give a special mention to Giada and Alice at the front desk for their sympathy, competence, and hospitality, as well as Andreea for her wonderful service during breakfast.||Speaking of which, the breakfast selection was thoughtfully curated and served in a lovely, spacious area. ||||Overall, the Turin Palace Hotel delivers a consistently high standard of hospitality and a wonderful atmosphere. Turin Palace Hotel is a fabulous hotel. We stayed in a terrace room which was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Everyone was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The lounge area was lovely for relaxing with a drink in the evening and there was a huge choice for breakfast in the morning. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the main areas and right across the road from the train station, which also has a wide selection of shops and restaurants.

A really excellent hotel with a very convenient location right next to the station and walking distance to all the sights. The rooms are spacious and elegant (and extremely clean), the breakfast was excellent and had everythibg from local cold cuts and cheeses to seven sorts of croissants. And the breakfast room is amazingly beautiful. Best of all was the staff: they were extremely nice and helpful. A really good choice to stay in Torino.

Location perhaps not the absolute best in Turin but still super convenient and close yo our favorite restaurant El Beso. The hotel and staff is top class. Always great service - quick and friendly. Nice big rooms, super breakfast. We come back again and again! Grazie mille

Wonderful stay!! We booked a few nights not knowing too much about Torino and ended up falling in love with the city and the hotel! The staff was warm and welcoming and took our bags and sent us up to the roof, while waiting for our room. Beautiful views of the city. They ended up upgrading our room to a lovely spa suite. The bed was firm (like most European beds) but comfy and super quiet. It was just out of, but next to the historical center-an easy walk. We went to the rooftop at night, as well, and the staff was phenomenal -walking us through their favorite after dinner drinks and giving us tastings. We will absolutely stay here again, next time we are in Torino (and we plan to be back!)

This was truly a palacial stay. I felt like a queen in every way. The room and amenities, 5 stars Spa and relaxation, 5 stars Breakfast spread, 5 stars Walkability, 5 stars Proximity to train station Puerto Nuevo, 5 States I highly recommend this place if you're ever in Turin I need top elaborate more when I have time.

This hotel makes a very nice presentation from the moment you arrive. The light / art installation in the lounge across from the front entry is stunning. The breakfast room is grand with it's high ceilings and large buffet. The rooms are modern with comfortable beds, fluffy pillows, slippers and robes, free soft drinks and water in room, hot pot and instant coffee, walk in closet with safe. First impression walking into the room is very favorable. Back in the lounge, the bar is manned in the evenings for coffee, aperitivo or after dinner drink with comfortable wing back chairs and sofa's for lounging. The roof terrace is a beautiful, comfortable get away overlooking the city and makes a great place to spend an evening. You really feel like you are on vacation up there. In the room I really appreciate the fluffy pillows on the bed, the soaker tub, fluffy towels and the slippers and robe. After walking many, many miles exploring Turin, that tub was a delight. I also appreciate the 'comfort zone' items. A refrigerator is always good to have available and I love a hot pot for coffee in the morning before I'm ready to head down to breakfast. The free wi-fi is excellent - no 'lag' during our visit. The windows are sound proof. You'd never know you are right above a busy street. We travel a lot by train and having such a lovely hotel so close to the train station is very welcome. It's also a short walk from here to museums, Parco di Valentino/River Po, restaurants and shopping. I enjoyed this hotel so much I would make up a reason to come to Turin just so I can stay here.

The walk in closet to store your luggage and tuck away your belongings in an organized way is especially appreciated by those who crave order and serenity while visiting. The rooms are generously stocked with complimentary beverages and snacks and the WiFi is excellent. Sound proof rooms make your stay in a bustling city restful. The staff are friendly and the accomodations are overall quite posh.
