I visited the lounge and was really disappointed by the lack of basic hospitality. As soon as I walked up to the entrance, the attendant repeatedly yelled “boarding pass”—no greeting, no smile, just “boarding pass” over and over. When I got upstairs, I greeted the second attendant, who completely ignored me and simply repeated “boarding pass” again. I even greeted her a second time hoping for a bit of acknowledgment, but once again, just a cold “boarding pass.”
Once inside, the bartender had a slightly better attitude, but nothing to write home about. I understand that hospitality can be a tough job, but the staff at this lounge clearly needs customer service training ASAP. A little warmth and courtesy can go a long way—especially in a lounge setting where travelers are looking to relax.
