Excellent lounge to wait for your flights. The staff is veeeeeeery attentive. Top notch! There is a variety of healthy food, hot dishes, and desserts. Also in drinks. There is a business center if needed. Totally worth the reservation fee. Highly recommend reservation in advance...

The Turkish Airlines Lounge at MIA is everything a lounge should not be. A lounge should be an oasis of peace and serenity away from terminal. This is exactly the opposite. You need to escape the madness of this lounge for the relative serenity of the terminal. Long walk to get here, long queues to enter, and absurdly overcrowded. No seats, loud, more like a bus terminal. The terminal itself is far more civilized and MIA is not known for its civility. It is completely shocking to me that Star Alliance can't do better than this for its best customers in a major airport like MIA. What's the point in status when we are sent to a place like this? Avoid!

This lounge should not be marketed as a Priority Pass Lounge. I tried accessing this lounge three times over a couple of weeks. The first two times, they said it was full and you either needed to make a reservation or fly first class to gain access. The third time, they again told me it was full, and then I showed them my first class ticket to which they let me in. THE LOUNGE WAS EMPTY. While the lounge itself is very nice with great food, the number of frustrated priority pass holders turned away because "it's full" is a blatant lie. If Priority Pass is paying this lounge some sort of commission for members to gain access, then this is truly an unethical business practice and a scam.

Pretty average lounge at Miami airport, below what we expected from Turkish airlines - it was pretty crowded with not too much space. The range of alcohols was good, with wide availability of liquors, juices, soft drinks and coffee/tea. The range of food was limited. They had some small burgers for grabbing, and then some others you could order on a QR code, which had relatively small portion sizes. If you’re looking to get work done and be productive, unfortunately this lounge is not conducive for that.

The worst! Don’t even try to spend your time here! They are not able to accommodate people, taking chairs away, have weird lay out, staff doesn’t speak English and the food is absolutely mediocre and lame! But you can enjoy the liquor and nobody stops you.

It is better than seating in the boarding area. Food selection is limited and you use a QR scan to order hot food. Also very limited.

Horrible hostesses who behaves like an insolent bouncer vs professional welcomer. Priority Pass members are never welcome at this location. Even with reservations they seem to be always fully booked unless you're flying first class on Turkish Air. This "lounge" is the quintessential example of how to degrade American Services to that of fourth world standards. Skip and go to any airport in the world which will be much better than what is offered in Miami.

This is the worst lounge I have ever visited. If you are in concourse D it is not worth the walk. It's always packed into a small, dingy, place. Usually standing room only. All beverages are warm. Food is scarce and mediocre. Really sad compared to the global good quality of Turkish lounges.
