Really nice lounge at Miami Airport ✈️. The staff was absolutely amazing — super friendly and always smiling, which made the whole stay much more pleasant. The lounge itself loks clean and modern, a great spot to relax before your flight. The choice of cold snacks is a bit limited. On every table there's a QR code where you can easily order hot food like scrambled eggs 🍳 The service was fast and the food tasted good. Drinks? No problem! There’s access to wine and stronger alcohols too 🍷🥃, perfect if you want to chill before your flight. Something small was missing to make it perfect — maybe a bit more variety in food or a slightly cozier vibe? But definitely a good experience and worth a visit if you’re flying through MIA. What really made the difference for me was the amazing staff and the cool view over the J concourse of the airport ✈️ — it’s a great spot to watch planes and the airport action! Because of the service and the view, I’m giving it a full 5 star.. Definitely worth a visit if you have the chance!

I have to give it to the staff who is working there very efficient. They move as much agility as possible, even though the lounge is really crowded and they try to keep it as clean as possible, considering the amount of people . . When I visited, there was a huge line. I had to give my details for the entry , but. I got a call within 10 minutes.. I was surprised. . I guess the air conditioning has to be turned down a little more because it is really warm for the number of people crammed in the small place . . The food was tasty . They had some menu you can order. I just not have the time to order. They had sandwiches cookies, soda, some wine and some beer.

An exceptional experience at the Turkish Airlines Lounge in Miami! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with impeccable service and a luxurious atmosphere. But what truly made the difference was the incredible service from Elisa Campone and Johan Ramos—they were simply the best! Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to make my stay perfect exceeded all my expectations. The lounge itself is beautiful, offering a great selection of high-quality food, comfortable spaces to relax, and a peaceful atmosphere—perfect for unwinding before a flight. However, the warmth and personalized service from Elisa and Johan made the experience even more special. A huge thank you to the entire Turkish Lounge team in Miami, and especially to Elisa and Johan, for making my visit such a pleasure! I will definitely be back on my next trip. 100% recommended!

3/16/2025 - The Miami International Airport has two Turkish Airlines Lounges. This one is at Concourse E and the other at H, which is bigger. The lounge provides complimentary drinks, including wines and spirits, etc., in addition to food. Staff are friendly, and services are excellent. The entire lounge only has a few power outlets for phone charging. If you are lucky, you may take an advantage of the Airport Lounge Service to save you a 25-minute walk from the check-in security gate to this lounge entrance. Thanks Priority Pass for providing the access.

This Lounge is bigger than Turkish Lounge in Miami Airport located in Concourse D. To order hot meal you need to scan QR code located on the table. At 7am there are only 2 sandwiches and poor selection of some cold stuff. There are showers here. Lounge located in Concourse J past security. You need to take elevator to 3rd floor.

I visited the lounge and was really disappointed by the lack of basic hospitality. As soon as I walked up to the entrance, the attendant repeatedly yelled “boarding pass”—no greeting, no smile, just “boarding pass” over and over. When I got upstairs, I greeted the second attendant, who completely ignored me and simply repeated “boarding pass” again. I even greeted her a second time hoping for a bit of acknowledgment, but once again, just a cold “boarding pass.” Once inside, the bartender had a slightly better attitude, but nothing to write home about. I understand that hospitality can be a tough job, but the staff at this lounge clearly needs customer service training ASAP. A little warmth and courtesy can go a long way—especially in a lounge setting where travelers are looking to relax.

Great place to come while you’re waiting for your flight . Bar opens at 10 . Food is standard .But bar should open earlier ☺️

Very disappointing experience with the lounge access system. Even as a Mastercard member, I was required to pre-register and pay — what’s the point of being a program participant if I still have to pay extra? The whole process felt frustrating and misleading. Definitely a negative experience.
