Turkish-German Bookstore & Cafe

An excellent coffee shop is right on the pedestrian street. It offers different types of coffee and cakes and an enjoyable atmosphere. The cold coffee was great, and I enjoyed having a short break there.

I have come to that place so many times! I love it, it's such a lovely space to drink some coffee and read, chat or just have some chill time in the middle of the city. Drinking some coffee either a cappuccino or a Turkish kahve is a nice idea. I also tried the cakes this time. I must say that I didn't like them that much. They didn't give me that sparkle that I needed from a cake, maybe some taste, some lemon notes or orange flavor. Maybe they weren't that fresh... I'm not sure. But definitely the staff, the people working there have been always really nice and kind!!! I always like the interactions with them :) good choice and you should certainly visit it

I was really looking forward to visiting this quirky spot, but sadly the staff’s attitude ruined the experience. The guy I spoke to was sarcastic and a bit rude for no reason, and at one point even seemed to mutter something to his colleague while I was asking about the cakes. I still went ahead, ordered, and sat outside. The food and concept are actually great — lots of books and a cool vibe — but I just didn’t feel welcomed. Disappointing, because the place has so much potential. Do better !

I had expected a better mole cake, to be honest. Apart from that atmosphere is amazing. The only bad thing is the wifi is really slow and not functioning properly.

The worst coffee I had during my stay in Istanbul, unfortunately. The milk of my flat white was burned, couldn't even finish. The barista must also either hate tourists or his job, didn't even make an attempt at latte art. Coffee looks like it came straight out of a vending machine, and tastes that way. They also add an unexpected 10% service charge to the bill, which is the final nail in the coffin. Absolutely can't recommend this establishment.

We stopped at this interesting cafe and only had soft drinks. This place has two floors. The wooden decoration gives you a relaxing atmosphere. It is a wonderful place to relax, read a book or work.

Great price. There is also lots of seating areas and outlets to get some work done. Worst part is I didn't want to leave! Large selection of drinks. Good coffee. Very beautiful place.
