Turmhotel Victoria

Turmhotel Victoria is a charming, traditionally styled alpine hotel standing out with its distinctive tower. Located just above Davos Dorf station, it offers guests a warm and welcoming atmosphere with solid service, making it a great choice for both leisure and business travel.

Beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The parking is a little small but still effective. The staff are polite and kind. Lots to do and see in Davos, and this is a good starting place!

This was, without a doubt, one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had in years. Let’s start with the restaurant prices, which are nothing short of a rip-off! CHF 74 (€79) for a Wienerschnitzel with a small side of vegetables that weren’t even properly cooked (pict), CHF 120 for a 200g filet, and CHF 43 for a plate of Spaghetti Napoli – absolutely outrageous. On top of that, parking fees soared from the usual CHF 30/day to an absurd CHF 100/day during the WEF. To make matters worse, we overheard staff mentioning that the hotel’s SPA was closed (NB: the Hotel didn't inform us that it was closed, even though we paid for it as it is part of their arrangement) during the WEF because staff's rooms were rented out to guests, forcing employees to live all together in their SPA room for a week. This is a disgrace to the Swiss hospitality industry and a complete embarrassment for Switzerland.

Excellent stay! Breakfast was very good, location is great. There is also a playroom and playground which was perfect for our 4yo. The service was excellent, everyone was so nice, we felt really good. Marcello from the reception took a very good care of our comfort.

This is my second time here in Davos and same hotel. It is as lovely it was, staff is very nice and always forthcoming to help! Rooms are nice, clean n cozy

Fantastic hotel, very kind personnel (very attentive to the well being of guests), very good food at the restaurant and fantastic breakfast! Rooms very clean and with great balcony view. Perfectly situated for on-piste skiing and skitouring and 1 minute from the train station! Free parking available. Very recommended ++

Good location, nice hotel. At our arrival we got a room that has a communicated door to the next room but even with closed door we could hear everything what was going on there. Therefore we asked for a change, we got allocated to a room without balcony this time. Honestly the noise of the road/train was less bothering. In case you would like to have a good night sleep, take earplugs with you. ||Staff: all very attentive, kind, helpful and nice. An extra thank you to Martin in the restaurant who made our stay even better. ||Food is average, breakfast ok but dinner is nothing special. ||Spa is extra small, can hardly fit more than 10 people. The Saunas were randomly working or not, sometimes there were too cold, sometime not warm at all. Probably it's due to the fact that it's low season and they just simply don't check on it. However whenever we were complained they were really reactive and tried to solve the issue. ||Fitness room is old and equipment is from the 80's. ||Overall nice stay but compared to other 4 star hotels in Switzerland, there is a lot to be improved on.

Great place. We had a lovely stay. Beautiful room and great service. Everyone was super kind and the personel in the front desk speaks multiple languages. It is pet friendly (not just pet tolerant) and it is in a great location.

We went here for fondue. The food was good and the service was great. The restaurant itself was really warm, very busy and loud but it was a great time!
