Great experience buying from Turntable Lab. They are thoughtful and create speaker and turntable packages depending on your needs, including specialized tutorials as set up can be a little tricky for those who may not be used to it. The whole process was approachable, and customer service was fantastic!

I purchased an equipment package on 11/26 and the site references 1-3 for order fulfillment. It's been four days days and all they could tell me when i called to inquire was "soon". When i asked about expedited or upgraded shipping method i was told it couldn't be done. I could've purchased this equipment at a lower price and had it here already but i wanted to support a small business that specializes in their field... my mistake.

This is one of my favorite places to purchase records. The selection is great, the prices are reasonable, the records are shipped well and presented in an attractive manner. On top of all that, the customer service team is outstanding. I highly recommend doing your business here!

Turntable Lab has excellent customer service. I live person answered the phone right away. Nate was awesome in taking care of my issues and was great at following up to make sure all was good. Great experience. Customer friendly and knowledgable.

I had an excellent experience with Turntable Lab. Being new to vinyl, I wanted that “in-store conversation with an expert,” and while I was sad to learn that TTL’s retail store closed, I basically still got this experience through customer support emails. Working with my needs and budget, the rep from TTL answered no less than 10 of my questions, then got my new record player delivered to my home in *record* time. And it sounds great. Good value, good advice, good customer service… all in all this is a great place for vinyl heads! Shop local. Shop with the folks who know.

I tend to come for their selection of deep house music. I truly love this place they possess a knowledgeable staff. They have the gambit of genres. They have a good selection of vinyl whether rarities, reprints or new. They approach The late producer Jdilla. That within itself is respect. The pics are from a 2016 visit, I've been back sooner tho. I just purchased better turntables recently. I wish I had them than. I would've got that stark reality vinyl. A great place. I purchased a $595 Ortofon 2M Black Stylus from TTL in July. The suspension on the stylus may have failed and Ortofon recommending sending it back for replacement which I did. I received the replacement stylus in an open unsealed container and was told it was a new replacement. It did not appear to be new and was identical to the one I had sent them and even dragged on the record like the one I had originally sent. I reached back out to customer service and got no response. So I reached out to Ortofon directly with photos and they confirmed the stylus was faulty and immediately had me send to them for replacement. Unfortunately my experience with Turntable Lab was not what I had expected or hoped.

My experience here was phenomenal!!! Not only friendly staff but knowledgeable staff as well. An extensive vinyl collection that's very well organized made my visit an extremely pleasant one. What more could you ask for? This was my first time visiting and it definitely will not be my last. Keep up the great work!!!
