I ordered a SoundBurger for Christmas, and it traveled from NY to Arizona in only a couple days without paying an exorbitant price for shipping. I just ordered a rare pressing from them and it is already expected in a couple days even while being shipped via USPS ground. I have not needed to seek customer service support, nor have I had any problems overall. I’m very happy with TTL!

I absolutely love this company and whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone with a turntable...and for anyone that doesn't have a turntable, this is the place to get yourself one! I happened to come across this place by chance while passing through the neighborhood. I stopped by for a moment, and to my absolute surprise, I found the limited edition Sims Soundtrack LP, a game that I liked so much during my entire childhood! The Sims was my only refuge for me, growing up in a disadvantaged and struggling household. Through this heart-pounding game, I experienced the advanced technology of United States for the first time. The Sims was my window to the United States. It’s where I began to dream, and somehow, those dreams led me to actually living here in America today. At the moment I found this LP, I bought it immediately. When I got home and finally unwrapped it, I was so emotionally overflowed and I burst into tears. My husband ended up crying right there with me. Thank you so, so much for bringing these precious memories back to life. This means more to me than words can express. This will be a truly priceless Christmas gift for me.

Fast shipping and an excellent selection. I am currently swapping out paper inner sleeves for their perfected inner sleeves, love them. One of the few newsletters I actually look forward to a read all the way through every week. And they seem to have a preternatural knack for listing that record that I was JUST searching for in the shops. Love this company. They ship fast, their prices are reasonable and they have a great, curated selection of both music and gear. Also love the little zines that come with some orders! A very old school touch that is lovely.

Only great experiences from this company. Have ordered many vinyl products from them, alongside various cleaning and storage enhancements. Every product I have received has been in near or perfect condition and was packaged expertly. Cost has never been egregious and shipping comes in either on time or before the scheduled date, I have never had something delayed or lost and if I need to cancel an order it has been done with ease. One of the best vinyl distributors and their exclusive catalog consistently introduces me to great music that I missed in the past. The only thing I cannot comment on is their turntables, and expensive audio equipment as I have yet to buy that kind of product from them. Considering how amazing they are when it comes to the music though I bet that is given just as much attention and care.

This place is just the best. They have a DJ-quality selection in most genres and have introduced me to a lot of new music through exclusive reissues and comps. Also, you get stickers in every order and usually they are new and different from what you've gotten from them before.
