Another 5 Star review for TTL and their awesome customer service. I see Google Categorized this as a record store.They are so much more! I just purchased a turntable from them and I’ve Been buying hardware from them since they still had the storefront on E. 7th St. in Manhattan. It’s a great place and it’s an opportunity to buy from a small business, which is good for everyone!

A go-to for my vinyl purchases. I generally get things I haven't heard of and simply decide off of the track previews. There's always some gems here!! Also, had an issue where I order De La Soul 3 Feet High and Rising but there were two of the same side. Turntable Lab quickly helped with this!

Researched turntables for months and once found, decided to support a smaller company in TTL. Big mistake. Waited two weeks for delivery - the package never came to my home for delivery, then customer service began asking me to drive across town to pick up at a CVS. They've had my $700 for over three weeks now and nothing to show for it. Still waiting for them to cancel and refund. Disappointed to say the least...

Fantastic experience! Ordered a gift for my wife. UPS lost it along the way and when I reached out to Turntable Lab they immediately tracked down my order, filed a claim and sent a replacement out that day. Wonderful and responsive customer service despite being a busy time of year and correcting someone else’s mistake (looking at you UPS). So appreciative of all their help and can’t recommend enough!

Couldn’t be happier with my recent purchase and customer service experience from turntable lab! Unfortunately an item in my order arrived damaged from shipping. The team responded so quickly and got a replacement part within days! Also so helpful in answering questions surrounding set up and speakers to optimize my new turntable. I will definitely be shopping again here in the future!

I can’t speak highly enough about my recent TTL experience! I was deep in a research rabbit hole when I found this shop and not only was their website a huge wealth of resources but Perry and team were quick to answer my questions with in depth detail and recommendations that met my needs and budget. Pre-ordered two that's 2 daft punk books 12/31 they ship one only and told me the distributor shorted them books? How is this my problem? I ordered (2) books very disappointed the pre-order books took forever to come in and without explanation until I emailed them(slow cust.serv.) they told me why they refunded me one book without explanation. I wanted my 2 books not 1. Sadly my first and last order with them.
