Turnul Croitorilor

A gem of a fascinating mini-museum set in a beautiful tower, housing various historical/anothropological exhibits - and all free entry! The staff on site were extremely informative and helped us understand a bit of the background of the building itself and the exhibits (in perfect English). Worth noting that the stairscases to the higher floors are a bit scary if you don't like heights.

Not very big, yet rather interesting. Has changing expositions, good historical information about the building itself, and (when I was there) free of charge. All floors can be visited, including top floors, from where you can see the city from a more elevated position.

Free admission, amazing. Lots of history about the place and old pieces of Cluj. Some interesting art pieces. Short visit. Worth it!

It is a really nice experience. Here are often organized activited and art exposition which you can also attend for free. You can learn about Cluj history and about local artists.

I didn't go inside, so i can't comment on that. However the surrounding area is clean and well maintained. There is also a statue just around the back of the Tower (photo attached).

A fortification tower that is very well preserved until this day. It has a rich history since the medieval times and is amust see for those that hunt historical monuments.

Sadly, you won't learn anything about Cluj's medieval times, for they turned the tower into some kind of modern art museum. There was also an exibition about some Romanian guy who went to Antarctica once. I expected more history, given that it is the only tower that's left.

Free entry & exhibition inside. As I know they change it from time to time. At the top it’s a history exhibition with the history of the building. Modern structure inside but still keeping the old vibe with the brick walls kept intact. Clean and fresh.
