Turtle Bay Inn

Rooms were nice, big and clean. Hotel has a small bar and pool in a very relaxing atmosphere. |Staff were exceptional. They assisted in booking a 4 hour boat excursion with a phenomenal captain. |Area has lots of restaurants and plenty of water activities.

Claudia and Carmen were the kindest most welcoming staff. The hotel is very well situated to explore the south west and west of the island. It was also very clean, comfortable and quiet.

My wife and I decided to stay overnight to relax and have a nice time, and from the moment we arrived we were welcomed and treated with love, which makes your stay start well. They gave us directions on breakfasts and where to eat good food in addition to the hotel. In the afternoon and evening, a young man whose name I don't remember now was very courteous and friendly in the pool area and prepared some good coffee for us. In short, a very good place to stay, very clean, clean rooms with a nice smell, spectacular!!! That's why this isn't the first time we've stayed!!!

The employees were super attentive and helpful at all times. I loved their attitude and willingness to assist us. The hotel was close to everything so we were able to walk everywhere without taking the car out. The rooms were cozy and beautiful.

This place is amazing! Easy walking distance to the plaza in town with many restaurants. The staff here is incredibly helpful, friendly, and easy to talk to. Carmen made the best drinks we have had in a long time! Alandra brought us breakfast in the morning so we could sit by the pool and eat. The room was incredibly comfortable and we slept great. We hope to get back soon, this is an amazing value and great place to stay.

With family, going on an evening excursion to see the bio algea glowing in the bay, we stayed here over night. Zachary and Carmen were pleasant, the room filled our needs. The ac is newer but the fan speed was lacking. I'd stay again for an overnight trip.

The location is centrally located...walking distance to everything. The rooms were incredibly spacious and very clean , with all the amenities of comfort, especially for seniors. The staff is very friendly and helpful, excellent food and drink Ten years in the hospitality business and I have never seen better.

The toilet seat was barely attached. There was a dog that sounded like it was being tortured on the property next to the inn every day, all day. Sleeping in was not an option. The staff were all very friendly, and besides the toilet, the room was small but very cute & cozy. I won't be staying here again because of the dog.

Turtle Bay Inn is beautiful, charming, comfortable, and extremely clean. All the things you hope for when booking a place to stay on your vacation. What really set them apart though, was the people who run this inn. They were so lovely and welcoming, and seemed to genuinely care about us having a good time there. Not just at the inn, but the things we did while we were there as well. They talked to us about our plans, gave tips along the way. They made sure we knew of all the factors that could impact our trip to the airport on our final day. They were literally the best. We enjoyed them so much that we spent the end of our evenings at the inn bar, chatting with them because we really enjoyed their company. They also know how to make an excellent drink, with really fresh ingredients. That leads me into breakfast.... So fresh and tasty! They give you great options to choose from and you can even decide if you want to eat breakfast on the patio or have it delivered to your room. They really know how to enhance a vacation! This was the best part of our trip in Puerto Rico. The beauty on this side of the island is insane. It's a little bit cooler, which we loved! And swimming in the bioluminescence was unforgettable. 12 out of 10 recommend!
