Turtle Bay Inn

My wife and I decided to stay overnight to relax and have a nice time, and from the moment we arrived we were welcomed and treated with love, which makes your stay start well. They gave us directions on breakfasts and where to eat good food in addition to the hotel. In the afternoon and evening, a young man whose name I don't remember now was very courteous and friendly in the pool area and prepared some good coffee for us. In short, a very good place to stay, very clean, clean rooms with a nice smell, spectacular!!! That's why this isn't the first time we've stayed!!!

The employees were super attentive and helpful at all times. I loved their attitude and willingness to assist us. The hotel was close to everything so we were able to walk everywhere without taking the car out. The rooms were cozy and beautiful.

This place is amazing! Easy walking distance to the plaza in town with many restaurants. The staff here is incredibly helpful, friendly, and easy to talk to. Carmen made the best drinks we have had in a long time! Alandra brought us breakfast in the morning so we could sit by the pool and eat. The room was incredibly comfortable and we slept great. We hope to get back soon, this is an amazing value and great place to stay.

My apologies for such a late review, however excellent service always needs to be recognized. My wife and I stayed here last April for her birthday week. This place is awesome! The rooms and hotel itself are very neat and very clean and the service provided is the best. Everyone was very nice and Kristina who helped us check in was amazing. She made us feel at home and whenever we got back to the hotel she would stop to talk to us and would listen to our adventures for the day. She also recommended going to La Parguera where we had a great time. One day we forgot to fill out our breakfast card and the staff went out of their way to make sure we got our breakfast before heading out for the day. The coffee and breakfast sandwiches were perfect. Our time in Puerto Rico was definitely an adventure and there were lots of things that went wrong but our time at The Turtle Bay Inn was one of the best experiences we had on this vacation. We definitely will be back soon and will recommend others to stay here as well.

Wonderful place! While there’s not too much to do in the area besides snorkeling and boat tours, we had a lovely time just hanging out at the Inn. If you have a rental car, then you can easily explore other cities and beaches near by. For breakfast, you have 3 options that you pick the day before. You come in at your designated time for breakfast then they make your meal fresh! Both the sandwich option and waffles are delicious!! We stayed in the Villa Suite which was separate from the main building. It felt like we were at the Inn mostly by ourselves. Small staff, but super nice and helpful. The bed, pillows, and sheets were comfy. The only complaint is the shower takes a bit longer to warm up, and the pressure can vary during your shower. Would definitely recommend!

Very clean, food was great, service and help with boats was super easy. |Overall a super great experience |Parking, pool, power generator, a/c drinks and coffe in the bar, a golf car to take you to town wich is 5 minutes from hotel walking. |Bathroom worked good and clean towels.

Lovely little hotel! We stayed for one night following a bio bay kayaking tour. Excellent experience - super friendly staff, gated parking, impeccably clean and bright, and we had a yummy breakfast on their patio before heading off to our next destination.

The location is centrally located...walking distance to everything. The rooms were incredibly spacious and very clean , with all the amenities of comfort, especially for seniors. The staff is very friendly and helpful, excellent food and drink Ten years in the hospitality business and I have never seen better.

Turtle Bay Inn is beautiful, charming, comfortable, and extremely clean. All the things you hope for when booking a place to stay on your vacation. What really set them apart though, was the people who run this inn. They were so lovely and welcoming, and seemed to genuinely care about us having a good time there. Not just at the inn, but the things we did while we were there as well. They talked to us about our plans, gave tips along the way. They made sure we knew of all the factors that could impact our trip to the airport on our final day. They were literally the best. We enjoyed them so much that we spent the end of our evenings at the inn bar, chatting with them because we really enjoyed their company. They also know how to make an excellent drink, with really fresh ingredients. That leads me into breakfast.... So fresh and tasty! They give you great options to choose from and you can even decide if you want to eat breakfast on the patio or have it delivered to your room. They really know how to enhance a vacation! This was the best part of our trip in Puerto Rico. The beauty on this side of the island is insane. It's a little bit cooler, which we loved! And swimming in the bioluminescence was unforgettable. 12 out of 10 recommend!
