If I could give more stars I would! The customer service experience is absolutely phenomenal! We were looking to book a last minute paddle boarding excursion for our last day in Maui, and Peg was able to work her magic and squeeze us in. Unfortunately, we ended up with food poisoning that day and were too ill to make it on the water. She was very kind and understanding of our situation and has been diligently working with us to get it resolved. Peg truly wants to provide the best experience possible. I would highly recommend Turtle Town SUP Rentals and Paddle On! to anyone looking for a fun adventure in Maui!

Peg is fantastic! She couldn’t help see that we could use a few pointers on our SUP session, so she swam out, gave my wife her own board, and helped us improve our form. She’s great and highly recommend you go out with Turtle Town SUP

The crew was very helpful. Our scheduled day for paddling it was very windy. They worked with us to reschedule and Saturday were able to learn to paddle. The crew was very patient to train our kids to paddle. The kids loved it and had a great time.

Booked two paddle boards last minute, but Peg accommodated us, and was even prepared to add an announced request for a third rental. She and her colleague also assisted my friend who prefers shallow waters. They gave us clear directions to Makena Landing, and also gave us useful pointers, which helped a lot since we had forgotten some of the basic moves. We saw a big honu swim underneath our paddles too. Great times. Thanks so much!
