Tutoni's Restaurant

Our new found go to fine dining restaurant!!! The service was great, unique atmosphere and delicious food. It’s really tough to find all 3 but Tutoni’s has it! Thank you for the care you put into the restaurant!!! I also love that part of your menu changes with the season so there are new things to try. The local suppliers warms my heart and makes me feel even more at home. The potato gnocchi with braised short rib is 1 of the best meals I’ve ever had. We’ve been “food sad” since the changes at Visaggio’s and our taste buds and date nights have been missing the special experience. So happy to say, that is no longer the case! PS Delicious winter tea to finish the meal off!!

What a gem! We walked in on a quiet weeknight and immediately felt comfortable with the relaxing ambiance of Mediterranean music and aromas. Upstairs, small private tables allow more intimate conversations over an impressive wine list and wonderful seasonal menu supported by local farming partners. The mussels appetizer brilliantly exceeded expectations with a savory sauce and our venison main course was perfectly prepared and artfully presented with delicious veggies. Ashlee was fantastic and we highly recommend this restaurant! We look forward to visiting Tutoni's again soon!

My husband and I recently moved in the area strolled in here tonight not knowing what to expect .. man let me tell you .. 10/10 phenomenal service I highly recommend great authentic Italian we will definitely be returning definitely enjoyed ourselves! Very nice for a date out with your partner or even for a group !

Im a little late in posting this as my boyfriend brought me here last February for Valentine’s Day. I do remember that the food and service was excellent! Beautiful interior design as well! Hope to come back soon.

Overall a great evening of food and service. We went with the 5 course chef selection and wine pairing. Gazpacho and swordfish were well done but the kitchen fell short on the lollipop veal chops. Grossly undercooked. The pasta with chorizo and chicken was fantastic and the desert was quite the treat overall a good experience.

Having been my second time visiting Tutoni’s, I was excited for another night of good food, laughter with friends and most of all, a good time. This visit didn’t come close. Once we were seated, the atmosphere began to feel off. It began with weird looks and led into a disengaged server throughout my dinner. I tried to chalk it up to their personality until I saw how friendly they were with other patrons. They were laughing and showing excitement and even gave out a few hugs. Meanwhile, I didn’t find out my server’s name until I received my $260 check. Afterwards, we went to visit the speakeasy down below. Again, I’ve been here before and after an awkward dinner, we tried to salvage the rest of our evening. We arrived while the performer was setting up. After sound check and her opening song, (10min later) we were “greeted” by the bartender who told us “seating is for paying customers only” and we were asked to leave. I’m not person to jump to any sort of prejudice or discrimination, but this bothered my entire party. I can look past not liking the food OR bad service , but I can’t look past BOTH. I really hope this is was a “one off” situation because the owners are genuinely good people.

Beautiful place downtown York. Excellent Italian dishes and cocktails. If you are upstairs or in the King George Speak Easy make sure to get a cocktail from Ashley. She is an incredible mixologist and provides great service. Have never had a sub par experience hear and will continue to come back!

I’m Always willing to spending money on a good meal and good service- it didn’t hit the mark on either. To sum up the service I didn’t know my servers name until the receipt came out - the food unfortunately didn’t makeup for the service or unwelcoming atmosphere. We head downstairs to the speakeasy - after 10 mins of waiting for the performance to start we were told by staff “the seating is for paying customers only if you aren’t buying anything we’re going to have to ask you to leave.” Mind you we paid $250 upstairs. Better bang for your buck in so many other local restaurants - disappointing.

Cute little place. Limited parking so be prepared Pricing was on par for the area I think The fried calamari was delicious and I had the black pepper fettuccine. It wasn't rrallly that black peppery - maybe jsut a hint, but the mushrooms were good in it

Visiting one of our satellite offices in York on 8/26/25. A co-worker suggested Italian for supper. I am not a pasta fan but didn't want to be the odd man out. Our party of 5 arrived and a steak was on the fresh sheet. I ordered. I say this as a steak aficionado. This steak was so insanely delicious I could've cried. Wish I lived closer, but from now on, I'm a huge fan of Italian steak.

Disclaimer: The ambiance and service were very good however my rating is based solely on the food. We chose to do 5 course chefs tasting menu and were unfortunately disappointed. We started with a baked buffalo mozzarella with a tomato agrodulce which was too sweet for my liking. Second appetizer was a salmon crudo with a side salad dressed with a vinegarette. The salmon was oddly quite oily, not sure if it was marinated in something but it tasted more oily than your usual salmon however the side salad thankfully helped cut the oiliness. Our next dish was the first entree consisting of house made jemuli (?) noodles with chicken and chorizo in a grana padano cream sauce. If it was just noodles and sauce, it would've been a good dish however the protein additions did not complement in my opinion. The chicken was bland and the size of the chicken pieces were bigger than my actual noodles, made it very clunky to eat. The chorizo was cut small, almost cube like, and was too salty for the dish. It overpowered the cream sauce. Our second entree was an Australian sea bass over couscous with broccolini, this was my least favorite dish (could not finish it). The fish had a very strong odor and it was salty. Broccolini and couscous were fine but had no flavor (which helped cut the saltiness I suppose). And lastly, we ended on pumpkin cheesecake which was basic, nothing bad about it but also not the best pumpkin cheesecake I've had. For $85, I expected a bit more than what we received. TL;DR: $85/person. food was meh. wouldn't go back. This was my first time here so I haven't tried their regular menu items, but when I choose a chefs tasting menu, I honestly expect that the dishes are better than their regular items. (So I don't have much interest in going back to try their usuals). The silver lining to the dinner was my drink! Despite it being non alcoholic, it was delicious (and was the only reason I was able to power through our meal).

Beautiful Italian spot. No one was in the front when we arrived to seat us but came shortly afterwards. We were seated in the upstairs area. Place wasn't too crowded for a Saturday evening. We started with the calamari which came on a platter with what almost tasted like spicy mayo underneath it to dip. The bread for the table was a hit. Nice and warm and fresh alongside the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The kids ordered the meatballs with spaghetti which came out nice and freshly made. Enough meatballs to make sure that you're full. I ordered a pasta with mushrooms and duck and WOW WOW WOW.. pretty amazing! Another friend ordered the pasta and mussels which looked delicious. This place exquisite and charming. So glad we chose to come and dine here.

My absolute favorite Italian restaurant! The food is so fresh and locally sourced when possible. The atmosphere is nice. The speakeasy is fun for after dinner. We now live in Texas and crave it weekly/ nothing compares!

Four of us senior citizens gathered here for a Saturday evening dinner. It was our first time together and we sought a memorable experience - it was! Food was delicious. Special thanks to chef Ty! We shared a five course Chef's table. I wish we had kept track of each dish as ingredients and preparation was largely unique. My best memory was that our dishes were: peach burrata, corn three-ways with crab in a bowl of orecchiette, barramundi on a mixed bed with squid ink infusion, grilled meat and chili pepper, and a double serving of mini-cannoli. Please understand - my descriptions do not do the dishes justice. When the servers brought our plates, it was obvious they were excited and proud - as if they had not seen them before? Sadly, none of us could finish any of the portions regardless of how good they were. We never touched the breadbasket. We'd only water to drink, yet beer and wine selections were made by other tables. Service was tight, timely, and professional. I especially appreciated servers offering added details of each dish. Water glasses full, extra napkins provided, timely bussing, and offers for take home boxes as expected. Ambiance was as expected for a nice place. This haven was in stark contrast to the bumping outdoor dining scene across the street that evening. IF we had to quibble, music and patron noise was louder than optimum for us, but well within normal levels. Also: Plenty of free parking in a public garage around the corner. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. We booked our Chef's table more than a week in advance with Manager Amanda. She was delightful and helpful. She even gave us a hotel recommendation for the evening that we were very pleased with. With generous tip, our dinner was about $450.00. This was appropriate IMO given the level of service, food, and attention we received. This was a special event we did not want to end. Note: we were seated at 6:30 PM and remained until after 9:00 PM and we never felt pressure to vacate the table for others....nice!

Tutonis was such a pleasant find after trying some sub par restaurants in York. Our service was fabulous with a knowledgeable wait staff who really tried to give good recommendations and tell you about the restaurant. The mocktails were fabulous and the wine list is expansive. I appreciate the farm to table aspect and you can taste in their dishes. The ambience is pleasant. A but dark on the first floor but upstairs is nice, however i had to wander around to be seated because the hostess was MIA. however, would absolutely return!

A decent Italian place at York town , Pennsylvania. The ambience is great. I think it's worth it to give it a shot. But personally for me, i think the pasta menus could be modified a little bit to something more exciting like making a seasonal menu. The aglio olio was not my favorite, but the meatballs are!! Their meatballs are homemade & i could taste the meaty , juicy, umami flavor.

Everything was amazing at Tutoni! We arrived later than our reservation (never gets easier leaving the house with a newborn) and they somehow still managed to allow us to experience the chef's table with the wine pairing. I am still dreaming about the gnocchi that we had that night.

I will start by saying that the food was good, and I would say it was above average. The service was slow to almost non-existent. This would include management when asked to speak to them. They added an open kitchen charge to our bills and when we asked they said that was by mistake. The mistake was they got caught. I would not buy any gift cards from them. They did not honor ours. They said the company went out of business. I said we gave you the money when we bought them what does that have to do with the other company. The server said the management declined the use of it. I will not be returning here if they need to add extra charges and not honor gidt card purchases and then won't even talk to you when you ask for the manager. Just read your bills closely.

Great Ambiance and Good Food!!! I went here for a business dinner and loved the vibe of this place. The service was very quick and pleasant. The drinks were really delicious. I ordered Brussels sorout and Gnocchi . BS were really crispy and yummy. My only concern was gnocchi being little too salty for my palate. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

I had the pleasure of coming to Tutoni's on Saturday, November 5th with a 6:45 reservation for a party of two. This was my first time at this restaurant at the recommendation of the other person in my party, who has been many times before. It was a great experience. We skipped the appetizers tonight, even though they looked absolutely delicious. I had the Italian Sangria (White), which was very well prepared and was served in a nice generous size. For my entree, I had the Potato Gnocchi, which was as stated plus braised short rib, some swiss chard and potatoes. It was absolutely delicious and excellently prepared. For dessert, I had a delicious Chia Tres Leches mini dessert. It was so yummy. Although I was tempted to have the entire flight of five varieties, I just couldn't do it. A great restaurant, with a great atmosphere and excellent food in the heart of downtown York.

Really enjoyed the ambiance and food at Tutoni's. Great staff. The next time I'm in town, I'll be going there again.

Really tried hard to give second chances. I always try to find the positive in every experience, a bridge too far. We've always loved the food here, and the second-floor bar setting. The vibe in that space has truly changed, for the worse. Two visits in a row, same thing, bummer vibe. This time $24 for a pathetic wine poor and charged bottle price for a different glass of different wine (which I caught and had changed to glass price). I don't know her name, doesn't matter. The young guy behind the bar is actually worse in behavior and vibe... Sorry Tutoni's, but you needed to hear this.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. My boyfriend and I have been going to Tutoni's for over a year now. From the first time we went there it quickly became our special date night go-to. We just got back from celebrating my birthday there. When we were seated, the hostess handed me a birthday card that all the staff signed. After we ordered drinks we were given a toast of champagne. They also gave me a desert on the house for my birthday. The food here is some of the best I have ever had. The seasonal menu gives the place a unique touch. Are the prices expensive? Yes. Is it extremely worth it? Absolutely. Every dish tasted fresh. We always order cocktails as well as they are always changing and we love trying their new drinks. The atmosphere is BEAUTIFUL. Service is some of the best I've ever experienced. Every waiter we've had has been extremely nice and attentive to us.. I cannot recommend this place enough. We love going here and it will continue being our go to for special occasions (or whenever we feel).

Awesome place with great service. I 100% recommend. Next time I come to York Pennsylvania I will definitely eat here. It has a great atmosphere and my waitress. Tia was awesome.

I'm so glad we were able to be seated on Saturday with no reservation. Great ambience and cute decor. I like their options on the menu and was really excited to try everything. My mom got the rigatoni, my brother got the Buccatini, and I got the ravioli. The portions were a very good size and everything had a great flavor. The only thing I was disappointed in was my ravioli. The dog was way too salty and I actually could not even eat it. However everything else was great. We came exactly at 5 o'clock and the bread was just being made. It came out super hot and the balsamic with olive oil sauce they have to accommodate it was delicious.

They ruined my first date. I paid with a credit card. The card was returned. I left a tip. 20 minutes later while hanging outside they lady who I never spoke in my life with asked me in front of my first date if I "did it on purpose ". She told me my credit card was declined and my date thinks I tried to skip the bill and blocked me on everything. Q1: why'd the random 2nd employee take my card and then give it back without telling me the card was declined? I even motioned for a pen and he motioned back that he didn't have a pen, so I assumed York handles cards this way Q2: why'd the 3rd employee, who i've never seen before in my life, act like I did it on purpose. They didn't talk to me in a professional manner at all. Imagine if I had a business meeting, or was with in laws, and the business ppl or in laws thought I was trying to skip the bill? i'm from out of town and banks always decline cards randomly for security. Plus I wouldn't be hanging out outside the front door if I was trying to skip the bill. The whole situation would've never happened if they just let the original waitress handle the bill instead of 3 ppl touching my bill and card.

Overall I would give 4.5 stars but for the sake of this review I am going all in to a 5 (since I rated it a 4 last time). I had the Veal Orecchiette (restaurant week special) and my wife had the Rigatoni Bolognese. Both were fantastic! The server was great and made solid recommendations. The other couple were with had the Pumpkin Fettuccine and the Gnocchi. They both were very good. They had a great wine selection but I wished they had more "by the glass" options (like Riesling Kabinett Mosel). But the bottle was ok. It is moderately expensive but the ambience is great. It's a great place to go if you are going to The Appell Center for a show. I highly recommend.

We love Tutoni's! I definitely prefer sitting upstairs for dinner, there is such a fun vibe and great decor for the Northern Italian vibe. When we do sit down stairs it's very intimate which is nice when it's a date night. The servers are always knowledgeable about the menus and are attentive. You cannot go wrong with the calamari or any of the 4 staple pasta dishes. We always try a seasonal one when we go and they are always great. My husband has sprung for the steak twice now and he is always satisfied. Wine menu is extensive and the cocktails are always fresh. We want to try the chefs table so I'll update whenever we do

Haven't been in years. Excited to go to celebratemy birthday month and enjoy time with a dear friend. Didn't disappoint. My friend ordered crab & corn fettuccine and I had aglio e olio ( bartender recommended). Both delicious, so flavorful, and filling. She had the red sangria and I had a glass of port. Place was packed on this rainy, dreary Tuesday evening. Glad to see this for downtown York. Hats off to the bartender. She was making all kinds of drinks, giving them extra touches. Neat to watch her to it. Works of art.

Very good food with a warm atmosphere! We ate upstairs where it was very quiet & nice. Service was prompt and constant.

We went here during restaurant week, specifically so that my fiancé could get the squab. Upon arrival, we were seated immediately but we also did have a reservation. We both got a drink, I got a glass of wine while my fiancé got a cocktail. We got the calamari as a starter, and I'm usually not a huge calamari person. But this calamari was probably the best I've had! It was absolutely delicious. It wasn't super chewy like most places, it was in small to medium pieces and breaded and seasoned perfectly. We never got bread, even though all of the other tables got complimentary bread, but whatever. I got the crab & corn fettuccine and it was fantastic. The crab chunks were huge and very flavorful. The corn was buttery. The whole dish was honestly one of the best meals I've had in awhile. I loved this place and will definitely be back. My fiancé got the squab and he absolutely loved it.

Food was good. Our waiter provided terrible service. Didn't bring our wine or bread until after meal arrived. He was nowhere to be found to find out why. Then he made some lame excuse about the bread taking longer than normal. Other wait staff appeared efficient. We were just unlucky to get the one bad one.

Recently popped in for a drink and snack before a show at the Appel, it was one of the only places open on a Monday. We sat upstairs at the Bar area. Great decor and ambiance. Drinks were good. Be a nice place for a date night.

Wow! Just when you think you've tried them all, a nice little Italian place knocks it out of the water! Great atmosphere, awesome cocktails, fantastic food, excellent service. I had the rhubarb duck entree and it was perhaps the best duck I have ever had. My wife had the swordfish and my boys each had pasta dishes. Everyone was thoroughly impressed with their meal. The cocktails are well thought out by someone who clearly knows what they are doing. The "it's getting hot in here" and the "king George" were my favorites. My wife went with a traditional digestive, espresso martini and it was perfect, not too sweet, tasted like coffee for a change. We ended with dessert, a variety of small portioned parfaits with an option for every pallet. Competing restaurants can learn a thing or two here. We will be back!!

Excellent restaurant. Expensive but less expensive than the melting pot and food is definitely worth the parking garage and walk. Making reservations last minute isn't hard either online and usually something is available as long as it's not Friday/ Saturday

I was on a business trip and was brought here by locals for a dinner gathering. The ambience was nice, and we were seated upstairs, somewhat private setting. To start, we had cheese and meat boards- all were fresh and nothing left behind! Plenty of wine selections. For my main, the server recommended the ravioli but said it was my choice (duh). Her description wasn't too convincing, but I took it anyway since the pastas are made from scratch. It was rich and raviolis were sweet, but the dish was mostly overwhelmingly salty. I was raised to finish my plate, so I tried to with a refilled glass of water... I had a taste of the Bucatini & Meatballs, and that was great! The pastas were cooked perfectly, so I can tell they used quality ingredients. I do want to call out, the server gave a strange vibe. I believe we arrived at the restaurant just shortly after they opened for dinner, so it seems too early for the server to be apparently snarky. For example, we were asked the kind of water for the table (sparking, bottle, tap)- we hesitated for a split second, looked at each other, and most of us said tap. She said, "oookay" and actually rolled her eyes as she turned to walk away. I don't think many people at the table noticed, but I happened to be looking at her in that very moment. When she asked about desserts, we wanted to know the different offerings, so she read them off. No one was interested though, and she sarcastically said something along the lines of "have to do that another 40 times this week," as if we wasted her time and in a passive aggressive tone. I originally didn't think much about it, but there were a couple other little things. Nonetheless, I love the story and local resources, and the food was good!

Amazing food! One of, if not my favorite restaurant in all of York. The rigatoni bolognese is otherworldly. I can only imagine it's what the food tastes like in Italy. We've had some other dishes there as well, all outstanding. My husband still talks about the tomato carpaccio with burrata often. Prior to that meal, I'd never been able to convince him to try burrata. The calamari is always a hit as well, but that rigatoni... I crave it some days and only wish I felt more comfortable traveling in the city. The restaurant itself is different from any of the other buildings on the block, or within York City itself for that matter. The inside is beautiful and cozy. They also have a food truck called the Rig-a-Toni although I haven't seen it come by in quite a while. A couple years back the horn was stuck on outside our home and my husband went over & got it turned off for them. I believe they rewarded him with a cupcake, so nice. We've bought their pasta and sauce in the past, hopefully they come around Grantley again soon.

One of our favorites in York, Pa. We meet friends from Baltimore there, it being a good halfway point. Parking is the only problem we consistently face. Street parking is sparse. No valet parking. Once inside, the decor is comfortable. Warning! Do. To eat upstairs if you want a quiet meal that will allow conversation with your friends. The bar gets louder and louder as the alcohol flows The menu is quite limited so check out the website to make sure there is something for your tastes. Once you make your selections, the food will not disappoint. Pricey but good. They use many local sources for their foods which I like. Staff is attentive and friendly. Give it a try! HZ

Came here with my husband for dinner while he was in the area for a work trip. We got the grilled octopus which was pretty over cooked and chewy, and the tuna tartare was pretty bland, to start. For the main courses, we had the crayfish pasta and the market steak. The pasta was good, but the crayfish did not taste fresh. The steak was slightly over cooked. The only thing that was done well were the Swiss chard and potatoes that came with the steak

This was a strange experience for me. I enjoyed the food. But I did not enjoy the service or the price. I wouldn't go back. We made reservations for right after opening. But the waitress seemed surprised and annoyed. Have you had the experience where the waitress dislikes your party from the start, even though you haven't even sat down or said anything? That's how the dinner started. Then she seemed to be further annoyed that we only wanted soft drinks, and no cocktails or wine. We ordered several appetizers and a lot of food. I came to try the home-made gnocchi, because it is very rare that places actually make their own gnocchi. It didn't come with a red sauce, but it was still quite good. One of our party got bucatini and meatballs. I sampled both. I thought the meatballs were much better than average. But I felt the pasta was undercooked. Personally, Not a fan of al dente. The sauce was delicious. We had a charcuterie plate which I thought was really well done. I don't have a problem paying well for a nice meal. But the pasta dishes averaged about $25, which seems a little outrageous. And those were some of the less expensive items on the menu. Like I say, it was good food. But the combination of the food, attitude, and price make me think it wasn't worth it. Good luck, Tutonis, but I cannot recommend.

My boyfriend and I dined at Tutonis a couple of months back. I was afraid we were underdressed, however I was mistaken The atmosphere was relaxing and the food amazing

This place was worth the 90 minute round trip! Although service was a tad slow (no big deal), the food was certainly some of the best in the region. Our party of 4 adults enjoyed the green salad, calamari, N.Y. Strip steak, crab & corn fettuccine, salmon, Nutella mouse and Apple fritter. They also have a great cocktail and wine list. I'll note that aside from Mangia Qui in Harrisburg, there's no better steak within 30 miles. Go get some now! A truly enjoyable experience that will keep us wanting to return for some more. Well done, Tutoni's!

This is by far our favorite restaurant in York. The food is always absolutely incredible. The drinks are great. The service is outstanding. we even tried one of the wine dinners in which chef serves whatever they're in the mood for that night with wine pairings, and again, it's great. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

My wife and I chose to do the chef's special. It is a five course meal. We also went with the wine pairing. In total with tip it was about $300 for both of us. I feel it was a great experience and we would do so again. The server asked if we had any allergies or how adventurous we felt. We said to go for it even though my wife is reserved when trying things. The first meal was swordfish on a skewer with onion jam over greens. It was excellent. Our next course was pork tenderloin with apples. It was cooked beautifully but my wife was hesitant cause it was medium rare. She really enjoyed it after giving it a shot. Next was pasta with prawns in a spicy sauce. It was not spicy but had nice flavor and depth. The prawns were huge but the pasta was clearly home made and excellent. Next was the surprise of the night. Beef cheeks were paired with a tomato based sauce that almost felt like a mole'. It was very good. The final course was dessert and it was a vanilla pralines ice cream with... lard. It was creamy and rich. It was a great finish to the meal. I liked sitting upstairs at the bar when we got there. The main dining room is a little small but we had a nice table for two that was out of the way. The server worked really hard and was very busy. It was restaurant week and I didn't see an empty table. Our meal was long and that was what we wanted. Date nights should be special. Afterward- we checked out the speakeasy in the basement. Small and live music. One drink and a love seat to enjoy each others company. We will be back... and likely bring friends!

Great experience! Seasonal Old Fashioned and the It's Gettin Hot in Herre cocktails were delicious! We really enjoyed the Grana Padano Sformato as a starter...would eat this everyday if I could! We had the Potato Gnocchi and the Rigatoni Bolognese which were both very good. They were very sweet by giving a birthday card and free mini dessert to celebrate! We can't go wait to go back for their next seasonal menu

Great date night out last night service was good as well , short ribs were tender and the seafood paccheri was real flavorful always a good experience at Tutoni's

We thought all the food was delicious. Nice atmosphere. We had the crispy pork belly to start, rigatoni bolognese and crab and corn fettuccine. Plus some panna cotta for dessert. Service was good, but after the first pour, I had to pour our wine throughout the meal. With a Wine Spectator Award for their list and program, service should be a bit more professional. However, I believe their entree pricing is very high, especially for York, PA. We are food people and eat in top restaurants often where the pricing is generally lower, and that includes Baltimore, DC, Pittsburgh and Philly. I mean halibut for $49, flat iron (a lower cost cut) for mid-$50s, and squab also for mid-$50s, are all just too pricey. I realize they add a starch/vegetable, but those prices are just too high. We'll probably stick to the pastas when we return.

I went with a group of friends to York Restaurant Week and ate at this restaurant. I would go back but on a less busy night (it was also First Friday). Parking was difficult and ended up using the valet, which despite the sign saying it was $5 it turned out free since we were eating in. We are downstairs the tiny restaurant, at least there was a curtain that was closed most of the time to block the cold air coming in from the front door. It was busy, crowded, and loud this Friday evening. I ordered off the Restaurant Week menu but we had the option to order off the normal menu. I ordered the Truffled Mushrooms, Sea Scallops, and Orange Cheesecake. The mushrooms were amazing served over polenta with a fried egg. My main course was the Scallops which the only difference between them and the ones on the normal menu was the number of Scallops - I had two vs the three. I found the Scallops to be too salty. The menu said the cheesecake was orange but I did not taste any orange flavor. Maybe they ran out but the server didn't say anything. To drink I had one of the signature drinks - Chandler Bing. It was similar to an old fashion and was very good. I ordered a coffee with my dessert but did not receive it.

We will never go back. Lousy service. We left without ordering having been ignored for over an hour. The biggest disappointment in dining (not eating) in York. One star due to the attractive atmosphere. Too bad the rest was a total flop.

Everything you want in a nice Italian dinner, great service, fun twists on traditional dishes, big wine list, and excellent cocktails.

Great food n drinks love this place happy i found it gets booked and busy quick there's only street parking. We got there at 4 and was told the dinning wouldn't be ready so we went to the bar to eat and drink didn't have to wait for a table it was perfect.

As one can see by my posts my date and I focus on Lancaster PA but also other surroundings in central PA for a weekend dinner. Last Saturday we explored Tutoni's in York as it was close to a Top Gun IMAX experience. When I saw their online menu, I saw the Chefs Table which sounded like fun. Give the chef your dietary requirements and you get five courses at his discretion for $85.00 Sounded like a plan, in central PA $85.00 for two for food is a tad high but reasonable and fun. The atmosphere was pleasant as was the staff. We ordered the Chef's table and off we went. We went through the 5 courses; the food was good. Nothing was exceptional, but the dishes were unique which made for an enjoyable experience. Herein lies the problem when the bill came it was for $170 for the food. Not wanting to make a scene I paid the bill and reached out later to the management via email. I won't bore you with the details but the discrepancy was over the fact that never until I received the bill did anyone state that the cost for the food was $85.00 per person. [I suggested putting pp after the $85 for which there was no magaerial response] At $85.00 it was a reasonable, not exceptional value. At $170 it became the most expensive food price for a meal that I have paid for west of Chester County and East of Pittsburgh. My overall thought is that it is a good upscale restaurant that has priced itself out of the market, especially in York. One can find better selections.
