Stopped by tutti fruity on our way to the Hmart and had a really strange experience. I asked the employee a question about the flavours and right off the bat they were very rude, responding with "why do you need to know". Never have I ever had any one in the service industry respond to a question about their food like that. To make matters worse, I do believe there are some unethical labour practices going on at this location. The actual employee didn’t really speak English as I inferred by their muteness and clueless expression but instead called their daughter out to answer my questions. The daughter was the person I interacted with who was notably rude and definitely a minor. All in all, just strange. Wouldn’t recommend.

The frozen yogurt is amazing. Customer service is good. Store is small but clean and well maintained.

The product is very tasty, but they have lousy customer service. The cashier who was there today 3-28-2023 was very aggressive and in a bad way taking care of you, it's the girl who is pregnant, you come to buy, don't ask, please look for friendly cashiers and that they give you good treatment and customer service, remember that all business comes out thanks to us, the customers.

I used to go there all the time with my kids but the service, sucks they didn't want to honor my free ice cream card, so won't be taking my kids there, any more

I'm surprised at how good the reviews were. This place is the worst frozen yogurt place I've been to. It's dirty inside and dangerous to those that have peanut allergies. Peanut or treenut allergies are more common than you think. There's cross contamination if the peanuts with the other toppings since the peanuts are next to the other toppings and not closed off. The toppings trays are close together so some peanuts were in other topping trays. There's still covid and obviously no one wears masks when they eat so it would be more sanitary if the they kept the toppings covered at least. My child could not add toppings because of his peanut allergies and the peanuts literally being smack next to and inside the other topping trays. I wish they would keep the nuts in a different section instead of in-between other toppings. Since it is self serve, some of the other toppings were over flowing into other topping trays, not separated well, very minimal space in-between toppings. in Lastly, we had strawberry and plain original flavor. The strawberry tasted good buy original flavor tasted like it went bad. It had a weird smell when eating so we had to through it away. It kind of tasted like rotten food with a gasoline taste. I don't know if it was just that day because I've only been to the establishment once. Overall, just dirty and would not recommend if your child has any nut allergies unless they are okay with frozen yogurt only and no toppings. If I were to go again, I would not get the toppings and only get the strawberry flavor froyo.

Good place to get some frozen yogurt and make it your own with a good variety of toppings. Not a lot of variety in the flavors and several times I have gone and the hot fudge or chocolate sauce taste burnt. Also there is very limited seating, but most warm days you can sit outside just fine.

Good froyo. I like how they have taro and honeydew as flavors. One of my fav spots to go to!

Delicious frozen yogurt and more treats. Good place for a quick dessert all year round.

I used to love tutti frutti so today I decided to get froyo togo because I was in Annandale already. I got the original (tart) flavor and filled up a medium cup because I always get tart. I took the (~$7 cup) togo and ate it at home. I was shocked when the froyo tasted like alcohol. It tasted nothing like tart and I was extremely confused because I definitely pulled the tart lever when getting the froyo. And I'm pretty sure tutti frutti doesn't have an alcohol flavor... which leads me to believe that the froyo I got was expired and fermented. When I smelled the froyo closely, it smelled like wine... I tried calling the store to ask, but after multiple attempts (nobody picked up) I am posting a yelp review bc this is a health hazard.

This place is alright, it's your basic froyo spot. However, I will mention that if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, be super vigilant. They don't label the toppings bar at all, and I got toffee chips thinking they were chopped nuts. They also didn't have any dairy free or sugar free options that day, just lowfat and nonfat yogurt. If you want options, call ahead to confirm or go somewhere else. Nothing against the restaurant, but there is always litter outside on the sidewalk, which is annoying if you want to sit outside to eat. Maybe the strip mall can add more trashcans since they are always overflowing.

Your typical frozen yogurt type of place. However it did lack in having a lot of different flavors. Had a lot of fruity flavors but not many chocolate type yogurts. They did have a lot of toppings however! Taro flavor was awesome would def visit for that again

Yelp said they close at 10 so I drove out of my way to visit. They turned off the lights as I was walking up at 9:17pm. Now I got no yogurt and I'm grumpy!

So many options, so little tummy space! Let me just say, I love froyo places where you make your own cup. It gives me a sense of control which is pleasing to my Type A personality. ;) To add to the excitement, Tutti Frutti's flavors are always changing up. Most remain constant such as their original tart, strawberry fields, salted caramel, vanilla, chocolate, etc. They also have tasty unique flavors such as red velvet, green tea (my fave!), taro, pineapple, and so forth. Method:You choose & add your flavor(s) to the cup then you add toppings of your choice. They offer everything from fruits, a variety of candy, cookie dough, bursting boba, cereal, nuts, a selection of syrups, etc.-- The possibilities are endless! Once you're satisfied with your probably over-indulgent creation, you weigh then pay! (I believe it's $0.42 per ounce.) In addition, you have the option of using the froyo as a smoothie foundation as they also serve a limited selection of bubble tea, milk tea, and coffee. They have lots of seating available and it is very clean inside. Always a happy camper when I have some froyo in my life!

I like this froyo place because it's pretty consistent and tastes good enough for me. The tartness and sweetness of the original flavor is on point. The froyo options change every week. You can ask for sample cups to taste before you start pouring. Beware of how much you get because its easy to overfill your cup. The toppings are fresh and nice. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. Try it if you haven't

Loved the froyo but was sad to see that the establishment doesn't enforce the employees to wear masks. The lady behind the counter saw us and kept refilling the pink popping bobas while also COUGHING which startled me and my party because she was touching the foods without gloves/mask. The froyo flavors were delicious and I've finally found the best froyo in NoVA...I've been on the hunt lately for good froyo by trying out different froyo places in the area but unfortunately, I won't be coming back here until coronavirus is over

Took my wife here tonight after dinner, and I must say that this place was a great treat in it's self. The FroYo was just delicious, and they had so many toppings. Not to mention that the toppings were very fresh. One of the biggest surprises was the price here. It was very affordable compared to other similar places. I will be coming back here more often.

Better than I expected it to be. I'm a fan of froyo that actually taste like froyo (has the tangy tart taste), so this place is a winner! The time I went I had the lychee, mango and original flavor. My favorite of the three is the lychee. I also got a sample of the pomegranate and it was also flavorful and delicious. The place overall is clean and there was a variety of fresh toppings. It may be a bit cramp of a hot summer's day, but still worth a visit, Definitely will return! :)

Recommend this place, one of my favorite frozen yogurt!! They have taro, tart, pina colada, lychee, mango, salted caramel, vinilla, banana, strawberry, chocolate, cookies n cream, etc, something that can never be found in other frozen yogurt. I'll give it a five star rating!!

Your regular fruity tutti store - now open in Annandale - right next to Hmart on Heritage. They have about 10 flavors now, including green tea (my favorite), coconut, green apple, strawberry, taro, cheesecake, and others. I really like the toppings here, including the multicolored moochies as well as the pop balls :) Price: 42 cents/oz

It's a very nice place. Price very affordable, great taste and the staff are friendly. All in one place! I really recommend it.

I've tried almost a dozen froyo spots in the DMV and i think i found a winner! IMO it's the best original flavor froyo in town, if you like it tart. I was also a big fan of the green tea which comes and goes. The lady working the counter said it would be back. i hope she wasn't lying to me. Another plus is its self serve so you can add what ever portions you want. One down side is i love almonds, silvered almonds. I don't like almond dust though and unfortunately that's what they serve. I'll be back, again and again, and again or until they run out of business. :)

Not bad... the original tart lacked the tart flavor I'm used to, but it was acceptable... as for other flavors, not bad as well... I mixed mine with original and pineapple and they went together very well. The design is copycat of Yogurtland from California... but looks like all the new froyo places are going in this direction.

Love Tutti Frutti and so do my husband and kids - nice treat and it doesn't make you feel as guilty as real ice cream! It's not as sweet and a little bitter because of the yogurt, but it's good and refreshing on a warm spring or summer day =)

Short and sweet, like most of my reviews... unless I keep rambling LOL. Why is Tutti Frutti the best?? They actually use real fruits for their yogurts, and actually taste LIKE YOGURT!! Not like ice cream at some places. The flavors are natural and not overly sugary and heavy. Your lips aren't all sticky like after eating a ton of sugary stuff, unless you get a bunch of sugary toppings of course. There are flavors that are more on the heavy/creamy side, but its nice that they have the options. They also offer non-dairy sometimes. The staff is always really friendly too. Their toppings are also top notch, and always very fresh. Especially their mochi! Most places, the mochi is hard and stale. NOT THIS PLACE!! They also have the Vietnamese jelly pieces, which are always my fav topping to put with mochi. You know, the little pieces that Vietnamese bakeries put in their version of boba tea. Do yourself a favor, and just go there. You won't go anywhere else afterwards. Unless, your definition of frozen yogurt is something similar to Menchi's or frozen custard.

Froyo is one of my gotos when it comes to satisfying my sweet tooth. There are a few in my area that I frequent but Tutti Frutti is simply the best in town. They have a very good selection of froyo and the toppings selection is just massive and fresh! Menchies is just half a mile from where i live but i would rather drive farther to get to Tutti Frutti!

I was advised by staff not to get the bubble tea, so be advised if there is someone working who is not as candid. However, the frozen yogurt is of good quality and the toppings are fresh. Their prices are also cheaper than some other places.

I like that they carry 2 dairy free soy based flavors and one dairy free sorbet and in flavors I like like peanut butter and pistachio. When I was there something was wrong with the peanut butter flavor though--it was sour. This particular tutti fruity seems really disorganized comparing to other locations I go to.

Keeping fruits fresh at all times while keeping the snacks from getting hard and cold seems commonsense for all frozen yogurt places. However, almost all of the places I've been to--especially ones in DC--eventually fail in that simple department. This place not only does well in that sense but also the frozen yogurt itself tastes great. The decor is pleasant enough and makes you want to come back again and again.

This is my favorite froyo location because they have had taro (to me it's ube, but, ok, whatever) every time i've gone there. That and a little bit of the original tart, small mochi pillows, 2-3 different juice poppers (last time i went they even had kiwi--my new fave), fresh fruit, and colorful tiny gelatin bricks (also something i haven't seen elsewhere) make my taste buds and tummy happy. :-)

i dont really care for froyo but it was pretty good. Didnt think i would but ended up eating a whole cup to the face. Toppings were fresh and the lady working was so nice. my friend didnt see one of the toppings there and even though we had already paid the lady let her have a couple of it anyways. place was also colorful and very clean. Id imagine it would be a great place for kids

Variety of flavors with fresh toppings and reasonable price! They change flavors frequently. Yet, you can't go wrong with coconut and chocolate

This place is really good for frozen yogurt, but I wouldn't recommend getting bubble tea there.. too much water, and their bubbles are actually jelly balls. I tried and hated it. However, frozen yogurt there has been pretty great (and consistent). My favorite is original tart flavor :)

A nice, clean place where I bring my kid cousins to eat frozen yogurt and chill out. I haven't tried other options, e.g. bubble tea and smoothies, but I have to say the froyo is quite good. They switch their flavors around a little bit every often and that's nice-- a little more variety would be good. But the best part really is the price. I'm always surprised by how low the cost is. Toppings are excellent too! Love the jellies!
