Tutti's Pizzeria Y Restaurante

Was here around lunch time, and only me in the restaurant. Maybe I have a different notion on when lunch is. Located "off the beaten path", and not the cheapest restaurant on the Island. They have vegan options here. The vegetarian burger can be made vegan upon request. Also some nice selection of local crafts beer. Burger was nice, it also took some time to prepare. Friendly staff and talkative staff. Accepts credit card.

Best pizza I had in a long time! I even ate the crust... something I never do. I took the Pizza Mexican. Highly recommendable. They also serve several beers, like IPA.

We have been here for some tasty craft beers. A welcome change from the standard Costa Rica beer.

Wonderful service, good food and huge portions. Unless you're really hungry, consider sharing! Prices were very reasonable as well (around 4000 colones/meal)

Rarely do I write a review, but rarely have I experienced such a bad restaurant visit. It started off with not being greeted, we had to go into the kitchen to find someone. The lady there did not say a word throughout and handed us an ipad with the menu. Half the juices were unavailable. We ordered a pizza and a burger. When our order came, both were stone cold. If this wasn't bad enough, the dough of the pizza was raw. You could still knead the dough. Horrible. When we asked if it could be done a little longer we got once again not a single word out of the lady. She sighed in our face and just took the plates. My hamburger came back scolding hot, but the burger was still undercooked (probably straight out the freezer) and the pizza came back looking like the picture. It was still uneatable and when we mentioned it the boss got called to come "explain" us why we were wrong. Supposedly all the cheese and oil made the bottom soggy and not the fact that it was undercooked. Heating it more would burn the pizza, which makes sense if you heat something the wrong way. So we had a pizza raw in the middle and burned on the sides. To avoid further confrontation we ate the meal, of course with stomach pain after. Would recommend nobody to eat here.

We ordered pizza but the dough was still raw and other dish was cold. When we asked for an alternative, the waitress did not give us a look sadly enough. Not a good experience. In response to the reaction you placed: we were forced to eat it and didn't eat everything but we had to pay for it. I've never placed a bad review before but I was really dissatisfied, maybe even more by the way the employee communicated with us, whereas I tried to have a decent conversation in order for you as a restaurant to learn from your mistakes.

Decent enough food. The pizzas were a good size - we got a large and a small and shared that between 4 and struggled to finish. Service was friendly and efficient. You might want to book a table if going in the evening as it was busy when we went.
