Tweed Holiday Parks Tweed Heads

The boom gate with carregistration recognition was practical. Staff very friendly and helpful. The Caravan park was very well set up, lovely heated pool with water slide, kitchen and BBQ area looked good. The slabs were pressure cleaned when the sites were empty. The Amenities were large, great water pressure in shower and hot water, blade to clean wet floor in shower, very strong hand dryer. The basins and toilet bowels could do with more bleach and scrubbing, they were daily cleaned. In ladies Amenities the furthest left basin when turned to hot setting didn't run water, only on cold it had water, the others all worked well. ( did mention this to staff member) The Park was clean and well maintained, large sites. The cabins looked large and were facing the water, lovely setting. Friendly people all around, nice Caravan park. Would recommend it to everyone.

Wow, one of the best parks we've stayed in this year. Super friendly staff, really well set-out grounds with a central pool and camp kitchen, nice gardens throughout, good sized sites with easy access, four well located amenities buildings (kept spotlessly clean) each with a laundry and ample clothes lines. And the location? It backs onto a beaut little creek with a boat ramp and this leads to the Tweed River, and is right on a cycleway into town (15 minute ride) in one direction, and a great cafe is a 10 minute walk in the other direction. We'll be back for sure.

Staff are very friendly and helpful amenities are clean, camp kitchen excellent and all under cover ,locked doors with code to enter, which I really like . Tables I think need to be arranged a little different to how they have them set under cover .Park is very clean and tidy and well maintained. Sites are quite big. We had a site on fake grass and they are just beautiful. I think the Holiday park could do with a coffee van , it’s about 1-2 km away from any coffee shop. There’s a pizza van that comes which is nice. We felt very safe in the park. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Very good holiday park. I've been here many times and have loved it..helpful staff and friendly ..nice clean amenities..spotless..there is a small beach and calm water for kayaking..fishing and chilling out..across the the road is a jetty and beach..beautiful sunrise..bike ride from park to the coolangatta takes 25 minutes..definitely worth it..

Well maintained park. Spacious quiet sites, beautiful beach with great walking path running past. First time stay, but will certainly come back.

Lovely grassy sites, great pool and amenities BUT the location of the tent sites adjacent to the creek meant we were eaten by biting midges. Not somewhere I’d stay again after wet weather (and there’s been lots of rain the last month or so).

We have been to this place many times since my first visit in 2008 as a child now i am back with my own! we love the new artificial grass sites and i don’t think we will ever go back to a regular grass site again! Staff incredible as always, clean amenities, boat ramp and minutes away from local shops! We will be back time and time again! - Aliesha & family
