Great holiday park for a comfy stay in Tweeds. Easy to find. Service is friendly. Pool with a slide for little or big kids, nice large outdoor bbq area and kids playground. Every night hosts a different food truck for a nice dinner option. Amenities are really clean 👌 We'd definitely stay again.

We stayed in a Banksia cabin, pay 3 nights, stay for 4. Fantastic value, beautifully presented wee unit. The queen bed was comfy with its own ceiling fan, & inbuilt bunks in the adjoining lounge to accommodate children makes it the perfect spot for a family break away. Our cabin had an outside but adjoining bathroom with a huge double shower & fabulous water pressure. The full kitchen meant we could prepare our own meals with a great range of supermarkets close by.|The onsite facilities are fantastic with a large communal kitchen/ dining space next to the in ground pool. While close to the main road, we weren’t bothered by traffic noise at all, the resident birds were a treat

Sadly a great unit and the team was great to deal with but the advertised accessible access was misleading and incorrect. We arrived with 5 week old baby and someone with mobility issues. The lift not only not working but not there at all. Tammy was apologetic but would have been better if we had been advised before arriving. They did offer a refund if we moved but not practical for a two night stay…hopefully TCH will do the right thing and update their listing to remove details of accessible access. It really impacted our stay.

We have stayed at various different caravan parks throughout our travels and this is by far the best park that we have stayed at. Beautifully laid out park, great amenities and attention to detail is amazing. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Beautiful cabin — my children absolutely loved the pool and the games room. The camp kitchen was also great and we were very happy with the stay overall. However, this changed at 2:30pm on the day of check-out when I received a missed call and text message from the reception staff member, Angela: “Tweed Heads Holiday Park, Afternoon Danni could you please ring reception please. I just tried to ring your phone and could not leave a message. Just regarding the Cabin that you were in that I need to touch base with you please. Kind regards, Angela.” I called back, assuming we had accidentally left something behind. Instead, I was informed — in a very blunt and accusatory tone — that one of my children had urinated on the mattress and that I “didn’t have the decency” to let reception know. I was told the cabin “stank of urine” and that the mattress was wet through the protector. I was then advised that I would be charged a cleaning fee, which would be invoiced directly to my card. While I fully understand cleaning fees apply in situations like this, the issue was not the fee — it was the way I was spoken to. I was belittled, spoken down to, and treated as though I had intentionally hidden something, when in reality I had absolutely no idea my 4-year-old had wet the bed until after this phone call. The conversation became so upsetting that I told Angela to just charge my card and to never call me again. To be clear: I would never ignore or hide something like this if I had known. Accidents happen with young children, and a professional, compassionate approach would have gone a long way. I also want to acknowledge the receptionist who checked us in on Friday — she was absolutely lovely. If she had been the person to contact me today, I am confident the situation would have been handled with understanding rather than belittling. Because of how I was treated, I will not be returning, nor will I be recommending this accommodation to others

Kids have had an amazing time in the pool, the large playground and the small river beach, as well as riding in safety. Other visitors have been very friendly and the staff communication has been excellent, with regular text messages to guests regarding park information. Our cabin was refreshed 4 days into our stay to an incredibly high standard, would definitely return!

Left earlier than planned. Our first disappointment was when the booking we made for 2 sites was seperated and not able to be sorted. Also, unfortunately the filthy hygeine habits of patrons was evidently very lacking. When park busy as has been this last week it would be appropriate if the toilets etc were cleaned more than once a day. Also, being so busy it would of been good if all washing machines were working. Cannot fault the staff everyone friendly and helpful. Have stayed here many times and will again but not during holiday time.

We camped here over the King’s Birthday long weekend. The amenities were clean and the location is great, perfect for those who enjoy fishing, with shops and plenty of tourist attractions nearby. However, a major downside was the sandflies, especially around the camping sites. Despite using insect repellent torches, coils, and spray, I was still bitten hundreds of times and ended up needing medication for an allergic reaction. If you're sensitive to mozzie or sandfly bites, this may not be the ideal spot for you.
