Twin Falls Maui

Fun but be prepared to scale the rocks down and up. The waterfall and swimming pool area was beautiful and there were some people there so we did feel safe. The parking lot was nice and the lock until you got close to the waterfall was pretty easy. But scaling down the rocks was pretty treacherous and definitely not easily accessible for all so be prepared. Need to pay if you do need to pay for parking so be prepared.

Absolutely stunning views the waterfalls are breathtaking and perfect for photos or a quick dip 🌊📸. The hike is fairly easy and totally worth it. The only downside? The toilets… yikes 😬 definitely bring your own hygiene supplies! Still a must-see if you’re in Maui & nature + waterfalls = perfection 🌺✨

Beautiful falls with flowers throughout the trail. Easy hike/walk makes it suitable for almost all visitors (we were able to take our mother in law with her cane). Does get busy and parking can be limited. I also recommend a bug repellent as you are near water amid trees and brush (nature).

The trail has 3 points. The first one is a waterfall about 5 minutes from the parking lot, second one is 5 more minutes (kinda meh) and the third one (twin falls) is about a mile in from the second point. You have to wade through some water to het to the falls. The trail is beautiful, but the waterfalls don’t really have much water. There is parking and its $10.

Didn't have time to do the whole Road to Hana itinerary, so we opted to go to Twin Falls. Parking is $10 per vehicle, a short trail to see the lower fall. You can also take the upper trail to see the upper fall. Be sure to wear shoes that can get wet as there is a short section of water trekking to get to the upper fall. You can remove your shoes and walk barefoot as well, but that's some nice (and perhaps intense) foot massage you'd get.

parking lot available - first falls very easy access from lot, a short walk not a hike. the upper falls is about 2 miles round trip and requires shoes that can get wet or going barefoot. the falls are beautiful and swimmable!

Beautiful place and worth the fee. It is a private farm, so we are lucky that they give us access to their land. There are 3 waterfalls to see while you hike, but the last one is the one you are looking for. Bring your swimsuit and don’t hesitate to go for a swim even if it’s cold. You will be able to reach the waterfall.

I love this place! It is like an arboretum ! Lots of tropical plants and flowers I have never seen in my life! There will be 2 sections you need to wade the running water. As for the first section of water wading , I recommend: 1.wear water shoes so the rock doesn’t hurt your feet and it doesn’t get slippery;2 on the way to the twin falls area, while treading across the rapid creek water, use the left side to wade across to the other side, the right side is more slippery and rocky;3 when wading across the rapid creek water, do not look at the running water , it might get you disoriented ! Btw, if you do not wanna wade across the rapid creek, there is a bridge you can use! I saw a group of people go across the bridge , I wonder it is cuz it is a tour group privilege! Last point : bring the mosquito spray for this trip and the following trips ! There are tons of mosquitoes living here and they bite like crazy !!! Overall , It is really fun! Do it :)
