We had the most bizarre experience at Twin Forks Tavern. After deciding we weren't going to eat there because my husband wasn't feeling well, we were stopped in the dining room by the executive chef who was offended that we "didn't find anything we wanted to eat on her menu" which was untrue. She was loud and made a scene, and we were forced to give her an answer because she was blocking our way out.
Also our server Laura was the rudest waitress we have ever encountered. She was snotty, unfriendly, entitled, and made the "I'm disgusted" noises under her breath when she was picking up the menus after we let her know we were going to leave because of my husband not feeling well. We still stopped to tip her anyways for stopping by the table a few times, and she pretended to ignore us from behind the bar. The bartender had to get her attention and at that point, the entire restaurant was silent watching things unfold. Laura didn't want to accept the money at first, but then took it with a rude and flat "Thanks." Literally awful energy from her and she is extremely ungrateful.
Like I said the whole experience was just bizarre and left us scratching our heads. Based on the staff alone, this place isn't worth spending the money on with what they charge for prices on their menu. The vibe is off, the server we had was and probably still is atrocious, and the executive chef has some sort of ego complex.
