Twinpalms Surin Beach Phuket

I would love to give 5/5 but there are some points I can’t ignore. First of all the positive: - very fresh and good breakfast - hotelarea is really nice designed, nice pools and nice plans all around - service is outstanding 10/10 - very friendly, also the management was really good The problems we had been, that we could hear to whole night the aircon / machine outside. Even when we switched rooms it was the same. It’s really loud. Then in the first room we had no problems with smells, in the second room in the bathroom it smelled so badly from the tubes. I don’t know how this is possible and not fixible for them? I don’t want a bad smell for that price per night. For me, 2 major issues. Everything else was fantastic. So it’s hard for me to rate it. At the end I would probably book a different hotel until those points are fixed.

The best test for a hotel is not a first visit, but it is when clients choose it for a second time. This was our second visit to Twin Palms, having loved the experience in 2025, and this hotel remains the jewel of Surin Beach.||The beautiful rooms and gardens, plus the super-clean facilities, including the gym and pool, are maintained to a superb level by the hotel team. The guest experience is enhanced by the expert and professional staff, and once again a special mention must be given to Pisit and his team for their personal care, and for Pisit’s ability to adapt to the needs of his clients.||We value especially the peace and calm inside TwinPalms - this is not a hotel for the noisy party set of Phuket - and it is a definite oasis for those who are looking for something more refined and exclusive.||Once you are inside TwinPams, you can relax and enjoy the calm, the beauty and the wonderful staff. 100% recommended.

It was magic! We had a penthouse with a private swimmingpool in a very stylisch design. We were treated like kings. Mrs Bank was like our personal assistent. She speaks fluent Englisch. She helped us in every possible way and always with her beautyfull smile. There was nothing she couldn´t arrange. Thanks to her our stay at Twinpalms was like a dream. Thank you Bank! Everyone was friendly, food delicious, Spa massage was professional, we come back!

Absolutely incredible resort! Every detail was specially curated and made us feel like royalty… from the welcome drinks and flowers, the hospitality of the staff, the incredible selection of delicious food at the breakfast buffet, a wonderful massage and day cruise experience, and of course the stunning architecture and landscaping… I could go on and on, but this was an incredibly special experience that satisfied all our senses. Highly recommend Twinpalms to anyone visiting Phuket!

We were staying one night in Twinpalms Surin beach Phuket to celebrate our anniversary. The staff welcomed us friendly with some bracelets made of yasmin flowers and guided us to a room with a pool view. They have fruit hour included to hotel guests from 3 to 4pm every day and they have yoga available to book too. Hotel gym was high class gym with all the facilities such as sauna. Pool was free to use up until midnight which was really nice since the pool looks amazing during the night time.

What a fabulous discovery. The Twin Palms Surin is easily one of the nicest hotels in the area! A lovely breakfast, a superb fitness centre and a 40 mtrs main pool! We also had access to our lagoon which was a step away from our balcony-super convenient! The staff are friendly and they have a shuttle from 11 am till midnight every hour to their twin restaurants on the beach-Catch & Lazy Coconut! Surin beach is a 3 mins walk across the road! The bars and restaurants outside the hotel are all nearby and walking distance! Many massage centres and supermarts are within minutes on foot! Very convenient and lovely for a couple on a romantic holiday or with friends/ family! Our only disappointment was the experience at Wagyu Steakhouse- unfriendly staff who are just there to sell you the most expensive steak which is also not worth the money! If there is gastronomic racism it was prevalent there! All in all a superb stay and we will be back here for sure!

Love this hotel so much - very tranquil. I stayed here many years ago not long after it opened so was great to see that they’ve been able to maintain such a high standard. The staff are amazing - always so friendly and welcoming. The Palm Premium room was perfect - so much space and I loved the view over the pagoda and pool. The pool opens until 11 pm - perfect for a late night swim on a warm night. There’s a free shuttle bus between the hotel and the beach club which has its own restaurants, bar, pools and lounge-chairs. 10/10

We are a family of three and have spent 8 days at the Twin Palms Surin Beach.|Our stay has been made so special by a staff member named Pisit.|Pisit has been absolutely amazing, thoughtful, reliable, hardworking, and an absolute pleasure.|There has been nothing too big or small for Pisit to do for us. He has exceeded our expectations with his outstanding quality of service and exceptional personality.|From booking the beach clubs to leaving roses in the room, Pisit has added a touch of personal service, that I have never experienced.|Pisit you are a huge and valuable asset to Twin Palms Resort, I hope to see you grow and flourish in this company, as it was you that made our stay so incredible. |We are going to miss you so much, and hopefully we will see you again one day.|We cannot thank you enough, we love you!|Monique, Johnny and Dion with many many thanks xxxx
