Twinpalms Surin Beach Phuket

We booked through Luxury Escapes and got a fantastic deal with meals, beach clubs access, massages, airport transfers and luxury yacht cruise included. I booked the Palm Premium but we were upgraded to the most beautiful lagoon room because the yacht was out of action. This absolutely made our stay next level luxury. The rooms are stunning, very clean, so spacious and room service comes by several times a day to make it. Our only small issue was the bed was a little hard.||The breakfasts were absolutely perfect, a great selection of quality food that kept us happy all week. The menu's and food available at the pool bar, restaurant and beach clubs was also great, although slightly skewed more to western food and we were wanting to eat Thai food. So we ate out at different places each day to get the right balance.||The staff were absolutely beautiful, friendly, welcoming and nothing was an issue. |The onsite massages were also absolutely amazing.||The location was great, very peaceful and quiet. Surin Beach is a short walk from the hotel, you can see it over the bush block in front of the hotel. This beach was always very quiet and often we were the only ones on it.||The beach clubs are a short ~10 min drive in the shuttle bus which was alway cool and clean. They ran every hour. The clubs were awesome - right on the beach, one quite premium, the other quite casual which was really lovely for just having a chilled day sunbathing and swimming in the ocean. Both directly next door to each other.||We also caught the shuttle bus to Shimmer and the other Twin Palms property which is actually on the beach. It's a lovely property too, although not much pool space. But great if you want to be closer to Kamala beach area.||All up our trip was perfect, we went there for a rest, recovery and to connect after a crazy year and we left feeling like we were floating, connected and feeling so relaxed. A perfect couples holiday.

Love this hotel so much - very tranquil. I stayed here many years ago not long after it opened so was great to see that they’ve been able to maintain such a high standard. The staff are amazing - always so friendly and welcoming. The Palm Premium room was perfect - so much space and I loved the view over the pagoda and pool. The pool opens until 11 pm - perfect for a late night swim on a warm night. There’s a free shuttle bus between the hotel and the beach club which has its own restaurants, bar, pools and lounge-chairs. 10/10

What an amazing time we had at this hotel. The room was more than expected. I stayed in the 1br penthouse and it was 3 stories of fabulousness! The service was excellent, Bank our personal room service staff was great. She constantly checked in on us and gave recommendations throughout the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel, specifically the penthouse rooms. Seems like a lot of work is being done throughout the hotel but I still was able to see the potential as our room was extremely clean, the pool was spacious a little under 5 feet deep and the views from the deck were spectacular. Thank you Twinpalms for amazing hospitality.

Possibly the best experience I have ever had a at a hotel and resort. The service was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced, the room was beautiful and clean, and the food was delicious. I especially loved having access to the beach clubs and being able to swim at night. While the resort itself is not super large, that makes it all the more intimate and like a true getaway. I would highly recommend Twinpalms to anyone who is looking for a truly luxury experience.

We had such a lovely experience staying at this hotel for our honeymoon. The staff were incredibly kind, polite, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, making us feel at home from the first moment. One detail that truly touched us was on our last day, when we had to leave very early in the morning before breakfast hours. To our surprise, the staff prepared a beautiful breakfast box for us to take on the go so we wouldn’t leave hungry. This thoughtful gesture perfectly sums up the warm hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

This was my second stay at Twinpalms Surin and I honestly loved it even more than the first. Everything was flawless – the staff are warm and attentive, the rooms stylish and comfortable, and the whole atmosphere so relaxing. The pool and gardens are beautifully kept, and every detail feels carefully thought out. It’s rare to return somewhere and be even more impressed, but Twinpalms truly delivers. Can’t wait to come back again!

This place. SPECTACULAR!!! Gym, sauna, steam room, buffet restaurant, steak restaurant, spa, in room dining, floating breakfast, Catch beach club - we tried it all!! We had the Lagoon Premium Room and was upgraded to it upon arrival. Lagoon access by the room was by far our most favourite part of the stay. Could spend hours by the pool too. Special experience and wonderful memories made here during our beach holiday. Perfect place for adults/couples wanting a honeymoon-like getaway more than families with young kids. Team has been attentive and helpful+friendly during our stay. App was also super useful. We are convinced we’ll be back! Thank you!!
