Twinpalms Surin Beach Phuket

We booked through Luxury Escapes and got a fantastic deal with meals, beach clubs access, massages, airport transfers and luxury yacht cruise included. I booked the Palm Premium but we were upgraded to the most beautiful lagoon room because the yacht was out of action. This absolutely made our stay next level luxury. The rooms are stunning, very clean, so spacious and room service comes by several times a day to make it. Our only small issue was the bed was a little hard.||The breakfasts were absolutely perfect, a great selection of quality food that kept us happy all week. The menu's and food available at the pool bar, restaurant and beach clubs was also great, although slightly skewed more to western food and we were wanting to eat Thai food. So we ate out at different places each day to get the right balance.||The staff were absolutely beautiful, friendly, welcoming and nothing was an issue. |The onsite massages were also absolutely amazing.||The location was great, very peaceful and quiet. Surin Beach is a short walk from the hotel, you can see it over the bush block in front of the hotel. This beach was always very quiet and often we were the only ones on it.||The beach clubs are a short ~10 min drive in the shuttle bus which was alway cool and clean. They ran every hour. The clubs were awesome - right on the beach, one quite premium, the other quite casual which was really lovely for just having a chilled day sunbathing and swimming in the ocean. Both directly next door to each other.||We also caught the shuttle bus to Shimmer and the other Twin Palms property which is actually on the beach. It's a lovely property too, although not much pool space. But great if you want to be closer to Kamala beach area.||All up our trip was perfect, we went there for a rest, recovery and to connect after a crazy year and we left feeling like we were floating, connected and feeling so relaxed. A perfect couples holiday.

What a fabulous discovery. The Twin Palms Surin is easily one of the nicest hotels in the area! A lovely breakfast, a superb fitness centre and a 40 mtrs main pool! We also had access to our lagoon which was a step away from our balcony-super convenient! The staff are friendly and they have a shuttle from 11 am till midnight every hour to their twin restaurants on the beach-Catch & Lazy Coconut! Surin beach is a 3 mins walk across the road! The bars and restaurants outside the hotel are all nearby and walking distance! Many massage centres and supermarts are within minutes on foot! Very convenient and lovely for a couple on a romantic holiday or with friends/ family! Our only disappointment was the experience at Wagyu Steakhouse- unfriendly staff who are just there to sell you the most expensive steak which is also not worth the money! If there is gastronomic racism it was prevalent there! All in all a superb stay and we will be back here for sure!

Love this hotel so much - very tranquil. I stayed here many years ago not long after it opened so was great to see that they’ve been able to maintain such a high standard. The staff are amazing - always so friendly and welcoming. The Palm Premium room was perfect - so much space and I loved the view over the pagoda and pool. The pool opens until 11 pm - perfect for a late night swim on a warm night. There’s a free shuttle bus between the hotel and the beach club which has its own restaurants, bar, pools and lounge-chairs. 10/10

We had the most lovely stay. The staff were so amazing and attentive my partner was feeling unwell one day and they delivered flowers to the room. The breakfast and other food is very good and the pool is so beautiful. Would definitely stay again if we came back to Phuket. Surin beach is also a lovely area away from the craziness of the other towns

What a beautiful resort, so much luxury and simplicity at the same time! The staff were beyond helpful and respectful. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed. And the Catch beach club was a beautiful top tier!

Possibly the best experience I have ever had a at a hotel and resort. The service was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced, the room was beautiful and clean, and the food was delicious. I especially loved having access to the beach clubs and being able to swim at night. While the resort itself is not super large, that makes it all the more intimate and like a true getaway. I would highly recommend Twinpalms to anyone who is looking for a truly luxury experience.

We had a fabulous stay at this resort for 3 nights. If I could give it 11 out of 10, I would. The breakfast was exquisite. The hotel staff were very attentive and the attention to detail at the resort was above and beyond. You won’t be disappointed if you book a stay at Twin Palms Beach Resort.

We stayed with my husband for couple of nights at Twin Palms Surin Beach Hotel.|Very well looked after, the pool is amazing, quiet and peaceful place. Truly is a relaxing hotel, you won’t be surrounded by drunken people. The staff are very friendly and humble people.|There are some restaurants outside of the hotel but we personally thought is safer to dine in the hotel to avoid food poisoning.|Surin beach is great for sunset photos but being perfectly honest is very dirty, full of plastic and not maintained at all.|To dine I can highly recommend Wagyu and Oriental restaurant within the hotel.|Breakfast is ok, I would have expected a bigger choice but for couple of morning was ok.||The hotel offers a shuttle service so if you are after a bit of party one night you could just go to the BeachClub which is about 10 mins drive from the hotel. Is under the same management so you can dine and drink there and everything will be charged to your room.|We tried out the Shimmer restaurant which is at the sister hotel of Twinpalms. This is where everything went wrong…. I got a food poisoning and we had to cancel our plans for next day (which was our last day in Phuket), not to mention the pain to go through to all that pain, spending the whole day at the toilet….|I have notified the hotel reception about the food poisoning but they didn’t seem to care much.|On the day of the checkout we were shocked that Twinpalms was going to fully charge us for the dinner we had at Shimmer. We refused to pay for my meal but my husband had to pay for his, which I think it’s outrageous. We left very disappointed and I would definitely won’t be visiting again.
