Excellent food, drinks and dessert. We enjoyed it very much. Try salad Waldorf, a rare dish!

The fireplace lounge is filled with vintage furniture remeniscent of a turn of the (20th) century club with a real fireplace. Begging out on eggnog, glühwine or even a Feuerzangenbowl is the closest you ever get to experience a timemachine. If the interior does not satisfy the timetravel, check out the vintage books, some of wich are even signed by the author. Their Food presentation as well as their flavour combinations, either with or without meat, are divine. All is powered by a unique Icebattery for the inner tech geek in you.

We stayed in the Arosa Hotel and booked the dine around (which I can really recommend). On our 2nd night we went to the Hotel Valsana's Restaurant "Twist". We had a great dinner there, an interesting and delicious twist on "Geschnetzeltes mit Schupfnudeln" included.

To put it kindly I will say, I think they are trying their best. Luckily there are many fantastic restaurants in Arosa!

Great food, both the choice and quality. Super friendly staff, view from the terrace, and the overall design complement it.

We received our risotto more or less cold. 60.- for 2x risotto? After 5min my food was cold, i told it to the service but we just receive a sorry, i will say this to kitchen. Nothing more, no warming, no replacement, no price reduction for such a "good" restaurant? No way, very very upset.

The restaurant has a lovely ambiance, offers a variety of foods also including vegetarian and vegan options. Portions are rather small and prices rather high. We also appreciated the wine list. Food/Wine: 4* Although the staff was very friendly and helpful, service was rather slow and quite some of has waited in front of empty glasses. Service: 3* Unfortunately we had an ugly experience in the restaurant and afterwards (how it was dealt with in the process). One of the couples being with us (we were a company of 8) hat a 2month old toddler with them. We managed to keep him quiet over the whole dinner. At the very end we were told by staff that other guests complained as the mother was humming to the kid - as however those guests were already gone, we couldn't do much but leave with a bad aftertaste. We afterwards contacted the restaurant to frankly tell them that the info at that point in time was uncalled for and suggested sending a little note to the newly born parents - After following up, we got an apology from management, which however was missing our points, I didn't have the impression that our mail really mattered (maybe they were busy with the crisis, but by now there would have been plenty of quiet time to follow up on customer relations). Customer Service: 0* It's a nice restaurant and an option to go, but definitely not something I would become a regular - and I would NEVER again encourage friends to bring their kids.
