What started as a flat tire in our very city slicker Tesla turned into one of the most memorable experiences my son and I have ever had. We were literally heading out of Moab when the tire forced us to turn back and kill some time in town. Driving down Main Street, we spotted the Twisted Jeeps sign, and something about it just felt right. Within minutes, it was obvious why the universe slowed us down. This was the detour we were meant to take. Not long after walking in, we were set up with a fully lifted Rubicon on monster tires and handed an itinerary that promised to show us Moab in a way most people never get to experience. Nick took care of us from start to finish. He was calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, confident, and safe before sending us off. The Jeep itself was unreal. There wasn’t a single obstacle it couldn’t handle. I played around a bit with four wheel drive, switching between high and low until it clicked, and once it did, we were unstoppable. We tackled trail after trail, climbed to the tops of mountains, and cruised past side by sides, 4Runners, and Land Cruisers along the way. The capability of that Jeep was impressive, but what surprised me most was how comfortable the ride was the entire time. I get the appeal of side by sides. They’re fast and exciting. But with a Twisted Jeep, you get the best of everything. Power, comfort, confidence, and the feeling that you can go anywhere without sacrificing the experience. Huge thanks to Nick for making it all happen. My son and I had an absolute blast, and this is a memory we’ll be talking about for a long time. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Moab.

This was the second time (Nov 2025 and Nov 2023) renting multiple jeeps for a group and I couldn't be happier that I chose Twisted Jeeps. I rented 3 jeeps for 1 day. They were perfect! The original reservation, my change (I added 1 more jeep to my original 2 jeep rental), and payment was super easy. The jeeps were ready to go when I got there on the morning of my rental. The guy at the desk was super friendly and helpful. And gave my first-time off-roaders driving tips. I 100% recommend renting Jeeps from Twisted Jeeps! I'll rent there again.

Hands down the BEST Jeep Rental in all of Moab!!!! Joe at Twisted Jeeps was beyond incredible from day one helping us plan our own custom off roading tour for our Elopement. Joe put together a fleet of Jeeps to get our family out on the trails and then off to Hells Revenge for a full day of Off Roading Adventure! Our tour guide for the day was Jeff (The Ice Man) and OH MY GOSH Jeff was the BEST!!!! He was fully responsible for making our Wedding Day the best day ever & we were so, so, SO grateful for his kindness, patience, trail expertise & driving skills! He was a BLAST to be with, knowledgeable beyond belief, and a sick driver out on the trails! We did a half day guided Jeep tour in Hell’s Canyon. Best time ever. Our guide, Jeff, was great and instructed us through any technically challenging maneuvers. Definitely a bucket list experience if you have never done it. I will come back and definitely rent through Twisted again.

Absolutely incredible group to rent from! Number 1 in Moab! My brother and I rented their orange Jeep JL Rubicon called “Fanta” and we did Hells Revenge and Poison Spider and drove through the Arches National Park! Made tons of memories! Can’t wait to rent from them again next time I’m in Moab!

Jeff and the crew made me feel welcome and provided great service. I expected a lack of enthusiasm for as late in the season as I chose to visit but that was not the case. Jeff has a real passion for sharing his talent and profession, he gave clear instructions and I learned a ton about the capabilities of my jeep and the technical aspects of hard core rock crawling. These guys and their jeeps are the best! We've used them now with small and very large groups for the past 4 years in a row and have absolutely loved them. We've had great experiences every time and always completed our adventures and made it back safe. The experience was amazing, they had very reasonable prices, nice cars, and overall a 5 star worthy experience. The even went as far as to let us keep the jeep for extra time when our car got a flat tire. 10/10 business.

Highly recommend an expert guide from here! We are new jeep owners and wanted some help. How lucky were we to have Jeff guide us to Hell's Revenge! He was an expert guiding us along--something we would NEVER have done by ourselves. His jeep was very tricked out but our stock Sahara was able to hang! We are from central Florida and work with Orlando Jeep Club. A member of the club is a former Moab guide. He told us when we went to Moab to make sure to rent from Twisted Jeep. We did and at no point regretted it. The Jeep was capable of all of the trails we took and Joe ( not sure if he is the owner or an employee) was fantastic. Joe helped us determine what trails were best for what we were looking for. They were very accommodating we had zero complaints ! Was an amazing trip overall and they definitely contributed to that.

We decided to rent a jeep last minute and called around, Twisted Jeep, specifically Jeff said he can help us out with a Jeep rental for that day and since we were arriving later in the day that we could drop off the Jeep past the normal drop off time. Jeff went way above and beyond and even gave us trail recommendations for what we were looking for. He was super friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend Twisted Jeep!

Fantastically amazing! Just Jeff is your man! Request him. Went on a 3 hour tour on Slick Rock: Devil'sRevenge! We were either hugging the tops of the fin or we were going straight down or straight up bare rock with Jeff entertaining us with a steady string of local lore. The views were incredible. The angles mid boggling. And I never once felt unsafe. This is Moab at its most realness!

I was in the area and wanted to try my new Bronco out, but also wanted someone with Experience to help guide me. I called Twisted on a last minute deal, and Jeff went OUT OF HIS WAY to help accommodate me. I drove in an hour away and he had a gentleman named Woody there to guide me. This experience absolutely made my vacation. One of the best experiences ever, and worth every penny. Woody was quick to assess my capability, as well as my vehicle's, and we had a a fantastic time. It also helps that Woody has been doing this for years, as well as having a fantastic knowledge of the area. Woody was more than accommodating in my love for taking photos, as well as making sure I got great shots while we were out on the trails. He was an excellent host and made sure I was having an incredible time, not to mention staying hydrated in the desert. This is a 'must do' experience if you like off-road adventures.

Many options in Moab, but these are the best Jeeps on the trails that we saw. Our Rubicon was bad@ss. Jeep was really clean on the inside, and I loved how helpful staff was with recommendations of where to go.

Highly recommend this agency. The vehicles are in excellent condition and well maintained. The staff covers the important information concerning operation of the Jeeps. The staff is amazing in helping plan the trips and trails to follow based upon your experience level. They are even funny. The value for the time spent is well worth it. I would use this business again.

The owner of the company I work for recommended these guys to me. He said it was the most fun he's had on vacation ever. We rented a jeep from them and followed Jeff. The jeep was clean and top of the line with a few enhancements. We couldn't have picked a better day (11/9/2020). There was no traffic at all, but I would expect that at hell's revenge, we just got lucky. Jeff was fantastic. Our kids road with him half the time and he did some stunts for them. Drive well and don't freak out and he will take you on more advanced terrain if you're up for it. He stopped for some photo ops and short hikes. He gave some nice explanations on the area. This is a great time and worth the price tag. You won't forget it.

June 2024... if you're going to Moab you have to explore the area off the beaten path... and you need a jeep. If you need a jeep, I promise, you'll want Twisted jeeps for your rental. Service is outstanding, friendly advice and good equipment makes for a great trip. When I was there, everyone had a Twisted Jeep... says a lot!!! Three thumbs up!!!

We booked a Half Day Drive Along tour with Twisted Jeep and it was the highlight of our trip. I've always wanted to try tougher trails than what our SUV can handle and liked the idea of having a guide show me the ropes so I'd feel comfortable pushing the limits more than I would on my own. I got to drive my family in one of their awesome lifted Rubicons on 37's while following our guide, Joe, in another one of their Jeeps. Our family of 4, including 2 teenagers absolutely loved it! Joe was a great guide and so friendly. I can't thank him enough. We went on Hell's Revenge and tackled things I never would have imagined we could, and I definitely wouldn't have had the skills or confidence to try on my own. We can't wait to come back to Moab and either take another Drive Along on a different trail, or rent one of their Jeeps to go out on our own. It was so much fun, we might do both next time.

Great vehicle with much appreciated air conditioning. Joe was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable, He lent us a book of off-road options and marked up a map for us with trails that matched our abilities. Very good at explaining what we can expect. We really enjoyed the Gemini Arches and Long Canyon.

The Twisted Jeep team was a pleasure to rent from, friendly, helpful and their Jeep was awesome. We came into Moab during Jeep Safari and decided to rent on a whim. Twisted Jeeps made it easy for us and we had a great time!

We hoped for a great Jeep adventure and we got one. First this place has the newest, cleanest Jeeps in town. They are set up perfectly to go on the jeep trails. We went with a guide Jeff. He made sure we understood the Jeep and the trails. He spent time explaining why you do certain things and how. He stopped to point out things of interest. You couldn't have a better guide. The other people that work there are also very nice, polite and very knowledgeable about the area. Thanks guys for making our twisted jeep experience one of the best things on our vacation.

We rented a Jeep for two days and asked for the easy trails. They give you a mini course on how to drive the Jeep and shift to 4x4, a trail guide book and you're on your way. What a ride!

Wondered about renting a Jeep, called, the owner Nick answered. Nick listened to my goals, interests, concerns, even asked me about my mountain biking, and at the end of the conversation suggested that an alternative vehicle touring company would be a better fit for what I'm looking to do. While Nick was correct and a rental is not right for me right now, I cannot wait to come back to Moab and rent a Jeep from him.

I have never rented from Twisted, but they helped make our vacation perfect. For years we've been coming to Moab for spring break to hit the world famous 4x4 trails in our own Jeep. This year we were joined by close friends who have never been. They rented from Twisted for two days to join us. The whole experience couldn't have been better. Our friends couldn't stop raving out the customer service and friendliness of their staff. They said repeatedly that they felt like family. Twisted was the only rental shop that allowed our friends to join us on our favorite trails thanks to their permissive trail policies and carefully built and maintained vehicles. Everyone is planning to join us again next year and for years to come. Thanks Twisted for helping our friends and us have an exciting vacation!

I choose this team because they seem to have the least restricted trails. There are some obstacles that you are rested to do, but you can at least drive up to it and check it out. The guys at Twisted are the best. Justin took us around the jeep for pre departure. Then took time to go over local trails and based on our inputs, gave us great trail ideas that we should do. The Jeep we were given was top quality & capable for the terrain we encountered. I highly recommend them. If I don't bring mine next time, I will rent from them again. would recommend this off roading adventure to anyone!

These guys are awesome. There jeeps are on point for what you're getting. These are not typical stock jeeps. They are set up to off road. You can't be mad when one has dirt or mud and you can't be upset when one breaks. I have owned a Jeep since early 90's. Things happen that you don't always see. But these guys do a great job keeping them on the road and safe. Just don't expect that to pick up a new Jeep rental like you would from Avis.

My family came to Moab in April for spring break and decided to rent a Jeep. I sent Twisted Jeep and email and the next morning they confirmed my rental. The Jeep did not disappoint. The owners take great care of their Jeep's and it shows. They only have 3 trails you are not supposed to take the Jeep's on , and honestly, you'd be a fool to try them. On a side note - Hell's Gate - one of the off limits trails - we saw a razor flip trying to get up it. Anyway - we did all of Hell Revenge without any problem and had a blast. Definitely planning a return trip soon and will definitely rent from Twisted Jeep.

Went out with Twisted Jeep's and ran Hell's Revenge and Fins and Things guided by Jeff following in our Jeep. Jeff was awesome and we ran trails with practically no one else around due to weather. Don't hesitate to go out just from weather. They'll keep you safe and wouldn't do anything unsafe if they felt conditions weren't appropriate or you/your rig wasn't capable. Highly recommend and will use them next time we are back in Moab.

Was looking for a Jeep your. Other companies were booked up. Twisted had a number for same day trips, I called it and sure enough they got me and Miley kids out. Jeff drive us and he was a great driver, lots of info and great with kids. Their jeeps are all new and well modified. Can tackle more than the RZRs and more than Hummers. The ride was super fun and exciting. I've got a Jeep at home and Jeff showed me what's possible. I thought about a rzr tour or driving the Jeep myself but super glad we went this route. Jeff was able to tackle obstacles I wouldn't have been able/willing to try. Overall, this was the most memorable thing we did in Moab and will recommend Jeff/Twisted to my friends

There is only one place to rent Jeeps or Tacomas in Moab. Twisted Jeep is it. These guys are not only the best at what they do when it comes to making highly capable vehicles for some of the most challenging terrains, but they are also helpful and make sure you make the most of your Moab experience. This is the 2nd time I've rented from TJ and both times I left excited to come do it again.

AMAZING! First off the guys who run and work at TJ are phenomenal. So helpful. Extremely friendly with all things MOAB not just the Jeep life. The machines/jeeps that they have built are incredibly well done for the novice or the experienced Jeep bro. We took a guided tour with KL on our last day and it was crazy fun. We did three day rental and still had trails left to see! We can't wait to go back and rent from them again. We did look into other Jeep rental places but they not only came highly recommended but for good reason! They have the least amount of restriction and the best jeeps to rent in Moab!!

If you are going to take a Jeep tour in Moab, you have to go through Twisted and ask for KL to be your guide. We stopped in last minute and they had a tour available the next morning so we took it just hoping it would be a good trip. Well, it was a wicked awesome tour that we will remember forever! KL has the perfect personality and unreal driving skills to give you the full effect of the tour. As fun as it would be to drive our own Jeep, we would do the ride-along again because of KL. Even Zoe would do it again. Thank you KL for giving us the best ending to our Moab trip. We will back again.

Although we didn't use the Jeep for its intended purpose (off roaring) I can tell you that it's fully equipped for all your adventurous endeavors in the MOAB area. Super helpful and friendly as well. Great place to get a rental if you're in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Twisted Jeeps. The owner was very helpful with recommending great trails for us. He was very accommodating with dropping off the jeep after hours.

We had a great time in our jeep rental today. The jeeps are well equipped and look good too. The staff at Twisted Jeeps was very helpful and thoroughly prepared us for adventure. We were out for about 6 hours today and had a blast even with our 3 year old. Looking forward to tomorrows rental on a different trail. Prices are very competitive and the customer service is very good. This will be my go to rental company every year.

My husband and I came upon Twisted Jeeps sort of on accident. We were in town for a week and don't know the area well, aside from the mountain biking trails. We talked about doing a Jeep tour and actually wandered into Barlow's on the main strip asking if they did driving tours. They are only a rental shop, but the man there told us to hang on, and he'd call a friend to see if he had time for a tour. Sure enough, 30min later we were walking to Twisted Jeep to meet K.L. who came to drive us on his day off. K.L. is super knowledgable about the trails in the area and is a great driver. We rode with him in a new JL Jeep with a 4in lift and 40in tires. It was a blast! We did Hell's Revenge and we were really the only ones in the park. It's currently the off-season here and a bit cold (and very windy!) so we didn't cross paths with any other vehicles on our drive. We stopped to look at dinosaur tracks, geologic features, beautiful vistas and overlooks, and stopped a few times to examine the features that had been driven. K.L. was really great about talking through all the driving he was doing and how to adapt to the trails, and how often things can go wrong. He offered for both of us to drive (I declined but my husband drove for a bit.) Next time we come back to Moab we hope to come back to Twisted Jeep to do some 4 wheel coaching and do more getting behind the wheel of a Jeep. The trip was so worth it, it was awesome, K.L. is rad, and I recommend the experience to anyone looking to get a different perspective to the terrain in Moab.

The jeep was very capable as well and performed very well on Hell's Revenge, Finns & Things and Top of the World. I will rent from Twisted again next time I am in town.

Twisted hooked me up with an awesome Tacoma when I needed an additional vehicle on short notice for my wedding weekend. They went out of their way to help me even though they were busy with a commercial shoot. Stand up guys, well run company, and an awesome selection of badass vehicles. Our group rented 5 Jeeps during a 2-day stay in Moab. We had a blast! The guys at Twisted Jeep were super friendly and informative. The rental process was easy. A great place to rent Jeeps to have fun on the trails and national parks. We will definitely rent from them again! Highly recommend!

These guys Jeeps are amazing. Like, they're not "Man, that's a pretty cool Jeep. Must be pretty good for offroading." More like "Holy crap I can't believe they actually rent these to strangers." They're top notch. Basically as good as you can possibly get. When I was a younger man I had a CJ-7 with 33s and open diffs and thought I was hell on wheels. That was nothing. I might as well have been in a stock Subaru Forester. I rented one of these guys Jeeps and went on "Fins and Things" and nearly lost my mind it was so amazing. I went up and down stuff I could barely walk up and down. The ladies I was with insisted on getting out of the Jeep at least 4 different times because after seeing the slope/obstacle, they were sure I was going to kill all of us. Nope. Straight up. Straight down. Whatever you wanted it to do, it'd do it. 37s and fully locked front and rears will do that for you. Which is not to say that you couldn't do something and get yourself in trouble, if you're an idiot, but these Jeeps are so capable that as long as you're not totally clueless, or trying to do something so far beyond your skill level that you're an idiot, you're good to go. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We came to Moab to ride dirt bikes for several days and ended up renting a couple 4 door jeeps for a day. Twisted Jeep was EXTREMELY accommodating and the price was more than fair when compared to dirt bike or SxS rental. The Jeeps were well equipped and very capable. Customer Service was fantastic. I highly recommend Twisted Jeep for a fun day in Moab!
