Pet friendly cafe that is very clean! Food and coffee are also pretty good! The truffle fries were a decent portion with fairly mild, occasionally lacking the truffle flavour. We got the build your own with butter croissant (4/5, crisp and buttery), avocado, scrambled eggs, vanilla pancakes (3.5/5, a tad dry but otherwise fluffy with no vanilla taste) and mushrooms (1/5, very ordinary mushrooms). Service was great! Servers were attentive and refilled the water regularly.

Waiting time too long. Breakfast eggs n ham were great, hard to find sunny side with runny yolk. Skip the chicken risotto, chicken breast tasted frozen, tough and dry. Great place to bring dogs if can tahan the wait.

The desserts (tart and strawberry short cake) were small and only a mouthful; a little too petite. The cold drinks basically comprised of at least two thirds ice despite requesting for less ice. Two iced drinks and two tiny desserts for $30. A little pricey

I ordered Beef Don [brown rice] value meal. The Don is perfectly done. Usually brown rice does not taste nice [in my opinion], but I must say that the way they cooked, the rice tastes really well with beef, crispy enoki, proached egg and steam brocoli. Highly recommended.

12 June 2024: Got the lunch set (11am-230pm) for $20.90- Rosti Eggs Benny & a Latte. Rosti was nice with the gooey eggs. Latte was okay. Also got a dirty chai which was enjoyable. Kind of expensive, would want to try their cakes instead next round. 25 August 2024: Came back with my parents! We tried the berry pancakes but they were too dry :-(unfortunately wouldn’t order it again) truffles fries were good! I got the eggs benedict rosti again and my parents loved it too. We got the gula melaka coffee, it was nice but not amazing. Pain Au Chocolat was okay, but I would buy from somewhere else. Still have not tried their cakes! 🍰 I like that it’s not too crowded even on a Sunday afternoon, noise levels are not too bad.

Pet friendly cafe (indoors & outdoors) with super friendly & attentive staff. Food & coffee were decent. We had their croissant, Rosti with sausage and Breakfast Pancake. For our golden, we ordered their Pawsti Benny for her. The friendly staff also gave us a pack of free cookies to feed her. For drivers, fret not on carpark, there is a big multi storey carpark opposite the cafe.

Was searching for a cafe with family around Horne Road for lunch and made a random decision to try Two Bakers. Excellent service staff and delicious food. Ordered the highly recommended Rosti with sausage and Truffle mushroom bacon pasta. Nicely cooked. The Omakase mini tarts were also very flavourful. We will be back soon.

My friend ordered the omakase dessert series online and I tried the following: 1. Strawberry shortcake 2. Tiramisu 3. Ondeh ondeh 4. Bao zi 5. Passion fruit cheesecake 6. Yuzu lemon Honestly I don't know if the serving was too small and I couldn't really taste the individual taste such as yuzu and passion fruit. Out of the 6, I personally like the ondeh ondeh as it wasn't too sweet and I could taste the pandan and gula melaka. For the rest such as bao zi it was too sweet. The cheese cake was basically whipped cheese and a little biscuit base. Tiramisu was a little too wet and didn't have the liqueur taste. Strawberry shortcake is not as fluffy as the one baked by Japanese bakery

Yelp
Best latte I have had in Singapore! I got the Singapore latte and it was a perfect mix of pandan, milk, and coffee. I like my coffee somewhat sweet and this had the perfect balance. The rosti breakfast was fantastic as the rosti was buttery and had a perfect amount of food. 8.3/10 The desserts were good however, what I don't like is that it was cold and made the dessert hard to eat and not as tasty. If you go, get the tarts for home and eat inside as the place is hip and cold inside.

Yelp
Another great find along Horne Road! If you just finished up at Bao Makers, Two Bakers is a great follow up for dessert. They have lots of cakes to choose from, and if you're in a big group you'll have the luxury of trying ALL THE THINGS. From the variety that we chose, my favourites would have to be Le Chocolat Noir and the Yuzu Lemon Tart. Le Chocolat Noir reminds me of an opera cake, or the cake version of a Ferrero Rocher. The Yuzu Lemon Tart served as a great palate cleanser, with the tartness cutting through some of the heavier cream of the other desserts that we chose. If you're one of those Instagram folks, sit at the large table in the back as there's a window on the ceiling that will provide the natural light you're looking for. You're welcome! ;)

Yelp
Eat here! They have a certificate for Le Cordon Bleu for crying out loud. I need not say more but will in case you were looking for details. Completely exceeded my expectations. The Unicorn Hotcakes were so delicious with the perfect consistency. I'm from New York City and wish there was a place that could compare to this spot but unfortunately there is not. The Unicorn Hotcakes look like they could give you a toothache but! They are not as sweet as they look. Perfect amount of sweetness. Each different colored hotcake is a different flavor. My favorite flavor was the purple beetroot. WOW. Such a uniquely satisfying flavor that I had never tasted in a hotcake. I also had the Truffle Omelette which had a black truffle spread and tasted like perfection. The truffle taste wasn't overpowering at all. If you love truffle then try this dish. Mix the salad in with each bite. Perfect combination of flavors. The dressing for the salad is honey mustard and really complements the Truffle Omelette. One of the other things I tried was the fries with truffle mayo. Also a win. Perfect crisp to each fry with a great flavored truffle mayo to dip in to. Lemon Yuzu Tart was yet another winner because unlike most lemon tarts, it was not overpowered by the lemon. This place knows how to feed their customers right! I will definitely be back again during my business trip in Singapore and will surely be dreaming of the magical Unicorn Hotcakes once I return home to New York City.

Yelp
I'm pretty critical when it comes to judge any kind of pasta dish because come on! pasta is like one of the easiest bunch of dishes you could make yourself. I ordered Duck Confit Fusilli (SGD$21.80) in which they claim to be one of their Chef's recommendations. This is the description of the dish on the menu: An all-time classic French delicacy of shredded duck leg confit and roasted leeks tossed with fusilli cooked al dente. Sounds amazing, isn't it? That's what I thought too. However it turns out that this dish is very very ordinary - taste wise & appearance wise. I cannot imagine how their mains taste like if their chef's recommendation turns out to be like that only... On a positive spin, I'd have to agree that this place is a good place for young people to chill. The cafe is spacious and the ambiance is very laid back.

Yelp
You had me at artisan bakery Two Bakers. Cute hip little cafe serving all day brunch, lunch sets and delicious coffee and fancy cake. Tried the Raspberry Lychee Mousse Cake and it truly heavenly. Coffee blend is strong and smooth. Really want to come back for breakfast before we leave SG.

Yelp
Great brunch, better coffee...Loved this place! Desserts are unique and they do not disappoint!

Yelp
I always come here whenever I'm craving for a good dessert. A friend of mine recommended me this place a couple months ago. And this has been my default dessert place in my neighbourhood ever since. The ambience is good and the staff is very friendly. My personal favourites here are Eclair, Carrot Cake and Le Chocolate Noir Cake. Do give the desserts a try if you are in the area.

Yelp
Portions are decently sized but not exactly big enough for verocious eaters. Had the soba, which was aromatic. Pasta is so-so, feels like they used canned tomatoes to do the sauce and frozen prawns. Not really worth that amount of money I am paying for. Sambal risotto was served undercooked the first round. Taste was however refreshing and very interesting concoction I must say. Crowded at lunch time, recommended to get reservation before heading there. NO WIFI and there is bad reception. Not great for studying or doing work there despite a cosy ambience.

Yelp
Best pulled pork burger we've had, followed by The 1925 Microbrewery. Their brunch is based on bagels and sous vide-d eggs which comes out perfect! Great ambience plus most definitely nicest looking pastries and cakes. My new goto brunch place for a slow relaxing day on the weekends.

Yelp
Fantastic pineapple tart. Excellent pastry skin. Completely melted in your mouth. However Taiwanese pineapple tart still has an edge over pineapple fillings.
