Baker Cris C.

I had a very good breakfast. The staff were very friendly and attentive, asking if I needed anything else at the end.
The interesting thing about this place is that it makes its own pastries and sourdough bread.
The croissant is well made, but it's very buttery inside, so if you don't like this style, you might find it a bit heavy to eat.
The broccoli and cauliflower pastry was a pleasant surprise, with a very good balance of flavours. It was also a bit too buttery, but that seems to be the style of the lamination.
The raspberry brioche is moist and very fresh, well done.
Overall, it was a good experience, coffee included. The atmosphere is pleasant with an open kitchen, which I really like, and a good ventilation system (important in the summer heat).
It's a good place to enjoy coffee and homemade treats. At a time when cafés buy their pastries from other companies, it's important to appreciate and support these initiatives of in-house production. Come and try their pastries and you'll see the difference in quality.
