Two Chicks Walking Tours

I had an amazing tour of the Garden District with Dannel. She was extremely knowledgeable and fun to talk to. Unlike other tour guides, she wasn’t putting on a whole performance, she was more like an enthusiastic college professor eager to share her love and knowledge of the city, its history, culture, and architecture. We had a nice small group so the whole tour felt so personal. I would definitely do another tour with Two Chicks next time I visit!

Our walking tour of the Garden District with Karen on June 11 was super fun and interesting! She was the perfect blend of knowledge and enthusiasm and was a pleasure to spend the morning with. It was extra cool that she’s a NOLA native and really knows her City!

We loved our Garden District Walking Tour led by Dannel. She was a very informative and interesting guide and kept us moving to shady spots along the route. Information pre-event was very clear and everything ran on time the day of the tour. The stop at The Rink was a nice touch at the half way point to cool down, get a beverage or use the restroom. We learned a lot and had fun too!

Great little walking tour in New Orleans Garden District! Our guide was Bonnie and we loved her! She was very informative on the culture and history and had her own little stories she’d throw in. You stop halfway for a drink/shopping/bathroom break and we opted for The Rink. Also highly recommend the bookshop there! It’s the cutest store!! Would absolutely do another tour with them!

We took a walking tour with Bonnie from Two Chicks. She was funny, very personable, and extremely knowledgeable about the history and architecture along our tour. She took the time to talk to everyone in the group and made it that much better. I highly recommend Two Chicks for anyone interested in the Garden District.

Our tour guide was Dannal and she did not disappoint. Very knowledgable, friendly, and professional. My friend and I really enjoyed our tour of The Gaden District and highly recommend this agency for others. When we revisit, we will book another tour of a different area through them.

We learned about Two Chicks Walking Tours through the Beyond Bourbon Street podcast. We tend to stay in the Garden District when we’re in town and we’ve always been amazed by the architecture of the area, so the Garden District tour was the perfect opportunity to learn all about it. Dannel was an amazing tour guide!

We were so excited to do this walking tour. We have been to New Orleans a few times and had spent little time in the Garden District. Booking was super easy online and the day of we got a reminder/welcome text from Dannal (like flannel :) ) confirming the tour. The tour was phenomenal. She was very knowledgeable and personable. We stopped talked about the houses, the history, the Gardens, the people. Not one stone was left unturned. Not only did we get a great walk around the area but we actually learned a lot. She sent a follow up email with the names of books she had talked about and a few other reference items. That was a really nice touch and SUPER appreciated. Not only would I do a tour with them again, but I highly recommend using Two Chicks Walking Tours if you are in town. Great experience all around!
