No surprise to see many 5 star reviews. This place is gorgeous. Far from the main road and that seclusion adds to the experience. Our host, was great. Quality of the wine is superb and the portfolio offers more than just Anderson Valley. Prices are fair for the quality and membership has a fair amount of discounts and access to all 3 Twomey properties.

Just returned from a tasting at Anderson Valley's newest "must see" tasting experience. The tasting room and facility are beautiful and our host, Jessica was fantastic. Delicious Pinot noirs, merlot, and Sauvignon blanc make the $10 tasting fee a bargain. Came home with several bottles and can't wait to share them with friends.

Yelp
Lovely selection of Anderson Valley pinots. Dropped in with the girls for a tasting ($25 + tax for 4 pours) and had the tasting room to ourselves on a rainy Sunday afternoon. We started with a splash of a bright and melony Sauvignon Blanc before moving onto their Pinot noirs. I enjoyed the bing cherry cola notes that - to me- represent quintessential Anderson Valley Pinot noir. A gorgeous venue with solid wines, even with wet, winter weather.

Yelp
It's stunning! This was my first time tasting wines from Twomey and I am shooketh! The wines are incredible and the tasting experience is even better. Came here for a tasting during my annual trip to Anderson Valley, and Twomey completely impressed. First; those grounds! Wow! Absolutely striking! Their estate is surrounded by their vibrant vineyards and their tasting room is immersed in the most vibrant flower gardens. It's so lovely! If you have any kind of green thumb, you will fall in love with the garden and vineyards sights here. Their patio is comfy and chic, and their indoor tasting area is well decorated. Twomey does pre-poured flight tastings which feature four tastes from their current selection. Their basic tasting is $20 and is waived with an $80 wine purchase (this price could have increased since my last visit). A bit steep to require an $80 purchase for this wine region in my opinion, but the wines are already on the pricier side and also very delicious. They also offer wine by glass as an options. I should also note that Twomey is owned by Silver Oak Winery out of Napa Valley and this is one of 4 Twomey locations (hence the higher price points). It's a tad bit more commercialized than the other tasting rooms in this area, but it's still very intimate and charming. I was seated on their beautiful patio and assisted by Emily during my tasting. Emily was extraordinary! She was very upbeat, exuberant, and explained every detail about the wines that I tasted. Twomey specializes in Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir and rightfully so. Both tasted excellent. I'm a huge fan of Burgundian style Pinots, and I find that this wine region produces these kinds of Pinots. Twomey's Pinots are so well executed. Very bright, fruity, and luscious. Fell in love with all of them. This was a fun tasting experience. Emily was wonderful to chat with, and the manager Jessica was really cordial as well. I'd stop again for a tasting on a future Anderson Valley trip.

Yelp
Beautiful environment for a tasting - definitely the best Sauv Blancs we had in the Anderson Valley - Pinots also among the best Our servers were awesome - great dialogue on wine and their personal / professional experience...

Yelp
Emily helped us and we had a beautiful experience. This winery has gorgeous grounds gardens and grapevine. They are one of the few if not the only winery in the Anderson Valley with a Cave that is spectacular. Their white wines are great and they have grapes from all around California and have now started in the Willamette Valley as well. They also have some very tasty red wines. Great family and dog friendly winery

Yelp
A lovely tasting at Twomey. We knew we needed food, so we added the provisions (salami, cheese, olives, almonds, chocolates, crackers, and bread sticks). We mentioned our love of sparkling and they suggested we visit Scharfenberger Cellars. With so many wineries and tasting rooms, we loved getting a winery to winery referral!

Yelp
Twomey is one of the larger wineries, part of the Silver Oak with multiple tasting rooms throughout Napa and Sonoma. Tasting room in Anderson Valley focuses more on Pinot and have a more affordable tasting option compared to ones in Napa. We stopped by on a whim on our way to Mendocino and so glad we did. The ground is adorable with tasting area filled with flowers and nice view of the vineyard. We ended up purchasing a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc and one of their older vintage Merlot (2013) and to our surprise got two of their wine glasses as a gift! More wineries based on views, price, varietals at finevining.com IG @fine.vining Cute for pictures: 5/5 QPR: Average price $40-100 Main varietals: Pinot, Merlot, Cab, Sauvignon Blanc Tasting fee: Two different flights $15 or $40, waived with two bottle purchase

Yelp
For my Birthday my friends and I rented a house in Gualala so on our LONG drive up, we stopped here because they have some yummy reds! It's a small winery and to our shock the tasting was only $10.00 each and where else does this happen? Ah nowhere! Our server was helpful and very nice, we even got 2 glasses each, one white wine and one red wine and we use them all the time. They have a very nice interior tasting area it is quite large, but because of COVID-19 were sitting outside, that was fine it was a beautiful day and we were the only people there doing a tasting! We sat at a picnic table in front of the building, first we tried the 2019 Sauvignon Blanc it was fresh, light so refreshing, perfect on a hot day. Next 2018 Anderson Valley Pinot Noir my favorite of the tasting, medium body still smooth and yes I'll take a couple bottles, of course it was my birthday lol we don't want to get thirsty riiiight! Lol Next Monumental Tree Vineyard Pinot Noir 2017 again delicious umm umm oh yes 2 more bottles please! Next 2016 soda Canyon Ranch Merlot medium body and dry finish, which is why I don't like Merlot, but my friend Cheryl loved it, so there you go! This was a great stop, we got a few sips in and relaxed absolutely worthy of a quick stop! Cheers SYOY

Yelp
We just had a wonderful tasting experience at this winery. On the property that used to be Lazy Creek (one of the pioneer wineries in the Anderson Valley), Twomey has brought their Silver Oak heritage into this beautiful valley. In these COVID times, Twomey sets the bar high. Beautiful setting under the canopy, beautifully arranged, well-timed, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and great wines. We have tasted with them several times now and the experience has been consistent every time. And my wife and I agree, Twomey offers one of the few lineups we've tasted where all wines are standouts across the board. Usually you find a couple of wines that you think are standouts, seldom do you find the whole line up to be in that category. This will definitely be a "go to" stop when we have friends visiting.

Yelp
Wonderful wines even though Pinot Noir heavy but nice to try from different areas, great staff and beautiful location!

Yelp
What a beautiful venue. My boyfriend and I visited two weeks ago and had the place to ourselves. Jessica sat us out in the garden where we were able to taste five wines from a prix fixe menu. Good wines, even more gorgeous winery!

Yelp
Nice tasting room up a winding dirt road. Nice gardens. But just didn't wow me. A bit disappointing.

Yelp
Their pinots are amazing! We called for last minute reservations and were pleasantly surprised by this place - never tasted (or even been to) in the Anderson Valley and this place was pretty upscale. We got to taste outside due to Covid restrictions and felt safe and clean. We even got a set of wine glasses included in our tasting. Paid around $50 for a special bottle of wine (their 2018 pinot I believe) and it was very worth it!

Yelp
If it was only about the wine it would be 5 stars. Service is so so. The staff are not that friendly to groups with children. Our group was outside at a picnic table which was a great environment and very beautiful. Our group spent hundreds on wine yet we received a hard "no" and a bit of a scowl for daring to ask for a second helping of bread sticks. When I came to get a second carafe of water the look on the women's face was as if I was stealing something. Great wine but not very hospitable. Sometimes it's the little things... I would come here with a group that includes kids. Pretty disappointing.

Yelp
Twomey is amazing! Wonderful staff and beautiful property! Seating indoors and outside (with blankets in case your cold!). We drove up because we heard they opened another location in Philo. Their wine is amazing. You will not regret stopping by I promise!
