The hotel is located by a huge and beautiful beach. |The room was very comfortable but not luxurious. It had a good atmosphere.|A good selection of swimming pools, including one at the spa with an amazing view.|Lunches were good. Staff were really friendly, the food was god. |The only criticisms were:|- dinner. Only one restaurant was open with the same menu every day. The selection was limited - as I recall 3 starters and 2 deserts…. This was really disappointing and other than the first night we really did not enjoy dinners as it is quite boring|- they charge you for nespresso in your room. A hotel of this calibre should not do this

INCREDIBLE STAY!!! Every detail absolutely AMAZING!!! The GM Licio, Patricia and all the staff, so welcoming, friendly and go above and beyond for your every need. Location right on the beach and the casita's spread out throughout the beautifull gardens. Every room is different and the reservations team take note of each request to allocate you the right room for your requirements. Food is excellent, breakfast is artisanal with lots of local dishes & produce. Love the BBQs on the beach. The spa is epitome of tranquility and massage one of the best I've had!!!!! AMAZING TIME, UNFORGETTABLE ENERGY!!! Thank you so much, had the best time and memories!

I arrived to Txai in the dark with a very warm welcome in English. I was greeted with a coconut drink and escorted to my bungalow. The bungalow was only a few steps from the beach. The bed was cozy and the sheets and robes were so soft. The wifi was very strong as was the air conditioning. L'occitane amenities, well stocked minibar and casting to the TV. The resort is kept quite dark at night so that the turtles can naviage to the water by the stars. And the stars! Food is of the place. All local, organic and delicious. The menu could use a bit of help with translation, but I understand that they have done this since I stayed. The great room is a wonderful place for a cocktail and Joan does not disappoint. The most delicious cocktails in the area. The beach stretches about 3.5km and is spotless and almost deserted. You can walk for miles alone with the white sand squeacking beneath your feet. Sand dollars aplenty. Fabulous service right to your beach chairs. Sip a cold coconut under the coconut trees and then wander over to the restaurant and dine in the sand with bare feet. the spa, while a bit of a hike up the hill (or a car if needed) has the most incredible views, a warm swimming pool, sauna, steam room and a great massage with the whole wall open to the views. A complete luxury to enjoy such a beautiful location where time stands still.

We stayed two weeks and had an amazing time. The beach is exceptionally beautiful. The staff are wonderful. It was great with a small child. They had everything we needed and everyone was so nice, understanding and helpful.

They need to review the quality of service. The staff is very unprepared. The hotel is excellent and you need to realize that.

This resort is very nice. The rooms are awesome. Hospitable staff but the management wasn't very professional. They should brush up on their customer service skills . The beach at this resort is one of the best i have experienced. Pri t out your reservation to avoid the issues we encountered.
