Overall this place is pretty good - pork and chicken gyros are good quality and tasty, but won’t blow your socks off. They are pretty quick so you won’t wait for long, so if you’re hungry you could do a lot worse than this place at many of the more touristy places in the nearby area. Note that the spicy versions do not contain tzatziki. I’ve gone a few times and the quality is consistent. If you do go and it’s busy, there’s always plenty of seating right up the street on the far side of the church near the little fountain area. There’s also seating upstairs but it can get pretty full.

Visited this shop because of the hype. When we arrived, there was already a long queue, and seating is quite limited both inside and outside. Luckily, we managed to get a seat after about a 15-minute wait. We ordered the Chicken Shawarma — it was flavorful and delicious, though the portion size felt a bit small for the price. On the positive side, the staff were nice and friendly, and the service was fast despite the crowd. Still worth trying at least once!

Hands down the best gyros in Athens!! So delicious, especially the halloumi one. And the staff is friendly. We came here every day during our stay in Athens! However, it can be a little tricky finding a spot outside, as there are just six really small tables and most of the time they're taken.

Absolutely delicious gyros. Got chicken the first time, pork the second time. Both are excellent. The pita is soft and fresh. Nice balance of meat, veggies, fries and sauce. So good, we ate here twice. Line is long but moves quickly.

I was during the day and place ws very busy but service was quick. You can eat outside but there is only few sitting places. There are three tables upstairs. Its very hot upstairs and i dom't recommend. Food is great and very delicous.

We tried both gyros options—so juicy and perfectly seasoned. Honestly though, the pita almost steals the show: it’s super soft, delicious, with just a thin crust that gives a little bite. Yes, there’s usually a queue, but it moves surprisingly fast, so the wait is totally worth it. Seating outside is limited, but don’t worry — there are more seats upstairs, so it’s not a problem if you can’t grab one immediately outside.

We only ordered the chicken gyros for lunch. The gyro was packed and tasted delicious; the regular size gyro was filling for the both of us. We went around 1pm and there was a line but it goes by quick. Limited seating outside and a few tables upstairs; we were able to quickly get a table upstairs compared to the outside seating (FYI there is no AC so it does get warm inside).

Overhyped street food. Not the best place to try gyros, despite all the social media hype. The meat was cold, not very tasty, and poorly wrapped. Expectations simply didn’t match reality. To be fair, the price is quite good for this kind of gyros — cheap, fast, but nothing special.
