They seem to never be open, even following the hours on their website. Multiple times I’ve tried to stop by and the shop has been closed and locked.

This spot was really cute!! They make prints and different cards from aged - old type printing machine. They have posters, greeting cards, invitation cards and all kinds of different prints on pretty much every inch of their walls! The owner was very nice and easy to talk to. She even showed us how the machines worked, how sweet! If you need any type of prints, I'd highly recommend coming here!

The folks at Typecase are amazing and a pleasure to work with. They designed our wedding programs, working with us patiently through multiple iterations we had on a custom design. They also produced the designs for our table assignment cards (and allowed us to print the latter ourselves). Everything came out looking amazing and the final price was super affordable - particularly given the very high quality letterpress-work involved in the programs. Can't recommend them highly enough. Working with multiple vendors for a wedding can be stressful (and full of bait-and-switch pricing) but Typecase's attention to detail and customer service made them the easiest part of our wedding planning.

I've yet to go to Typecase Industries shop at the Atlantic Plumbing building but that's the next stop on my list. I have gone to their booth at two recent holiday fairs and been very impressed by their cards. They do a mix of letterpress greeting cards ($5), coasters ($5 for a pack of ten), postcard packs, and letterpress signs (most of which currently relate to alcohol and are pretty darn cute). A lot of their work has a DC theme. The greeting cards are more basic text-heavy and everything else plays a bit more with images and color. Looking forward to seeing them grow and create more in the future!

Beautiful work, easy to work with. If you want your print project to stand out, letterpress works.

My Fiancé and I worked with Alessandra on our wedding invitations. She understood the look we wanted and made suggestions that only made them turn out better. The pressed look is so clean and elegant we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Typecase for any print work.
