You can tell there is a lot of care taken here, especially with the V60. They have a curated selection of single-origin beans and the branding clearly highlights the processing methods for each, which is a great touch for transparency.
I tried the Peruvian Geisha (washed) and it was excellent—very bright with a lovely, soft sweetness. The baristas are knowledgeable and took the time to discuss my preferences and flavor notes before I ordered.
The shop itself is small, with just a few bar seats and outlets. Depending on the day, it's a nice spot to linger, but it’s also designed well for a quick, high-quality pit stop even when others are working. While they specialize in pour-overs, they also have a full espresso menu and more traditional drinks, so there is something for everyone.
It’s also a perfect spot if you need to pick up coffee-making implements or beans to take home. Whether you're a seasoned brewer or just looking for a top-tier cup, this shop hits the mark.
