Ủ bar is a Vietnamese culture inspired bar which hide on the second floor of Miên restaurant. It’s a small door to go upstairs beside it. The vibe of this bar is romantic, slightly bar and good atmosphere for night chill life. It’s definitely a speakeasy bar in Saigon. My personal think it’s a next potential Asia best bar in Saigon! It deserves a shine ✨ The drink choices is a lot can feed different taste people hahaha.

very friendly staff and good service, he explain well about their menu, and also we won a kombucha lucky draw from them. the drinks pretty strong, yet very smooth. love it! highly recommend

High quality bar. Up one floor from Miên great restaurant . Cocktails very well prepared with a great level of service . High end single malt whisky available. Signature cocktails are displayed in a nice menu chart . Small tables mostlyvfor 2 people , some more confortable at the end of the place. Also sitting places at the bar. Minimalist decoration. Quite expensive.

The cocktails are creative and well-balanced — especially the signature “Ủ Blossom”, which tastes like summer in a glass. The staff are warm and genuine, and the playlist perfectly matches the chill atmosphere. Definitely a must-visit for anyone who loves craft cocktails and intimate vibes.

Beautiful cocktail lounge. Great vibes. The concept for the menu is very unique and well done. Great service as well. We truly enjoyed all of the staff’s recommendations. Higher prices than most places but it’s worth it. 10/10 would come back.

It's a very beautiful bar with a fun atmosphere. It's a lovely place to be. But their bartender makes tasteless cocktails. My husband's cocktail was a signature one and resembled a Vinamilk drinkable yogurt on the rocks; it wasn't well-thought-out and didn't feel like a cocktail. And my Negroni, which I've always ordered everywhere for the past 20 years, was incredibly poorly made and had no balance between the bitterness and the tartness of the alcohol. This is the kind of cocktail that someone might make for the first time using a step-by-step recipe from the internet, and it's incredibly disappointing.

Every drink is a whole Vietnamese story. Asian soul and culture is so rich throughout their menu. Love the place, love the vibe. The bartenders explained everything with passion. A 10/10 cocktail bar if you want to explore Vietnam.

I’ve explored their entire cocktail journey through every menu change, and now the bartenders create something unique for me each visit, a drink shaped around my mood. The familiar greeting, “Ủ nghe anh Tony ơi,” whenever I reserve a table, adds a warm and memorable touch. A beautifully curated bar I genuinely recommend.
